- R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having from about 1 to 18 carbon atoms and preferably from 6-14 carbon atoms
- Q represents a polyether group comprising from 3 to 15 hydroxypropylene oxide units and preferably consists of at least 8 units which can be interconnected by ether linkages through an oxygen atom on any of the three carbon atoms of the propylene unit, such as to form isopropylene and n-propylene moieties in the group.
