  • An extension table comprising a table with an undivided central table top (P) overlying a supporting frame and extension panels which may be added by drawing out, characterized by the fact-that beneath the central table top (P) there is arranged a fixed fourarmed arm-cross (K) on each of the arms of which there is fastened a retaining slab (3) and that each extension panel (Ul) near its edges have short side extension bars (1) and near its middle have-long middle extension bars (2) slidably mounted about one arm of said arm-cross, the said extension bars all resting upon the frame (S) of the table and the middle extension bars (2) engaging the underside of a retaining slab (3) for preventing tilting down of thepanel.
