De it known that I, PETER S. CRAWFORD, of Rockford, county of Winnebago, and State of Illinois, lia-ve inventeda new and improved Halteror Harness-Buckle; and do hereby declare the following to be a fullfand exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, thereon, as a part of this specification.
