Abstract

AN APPARATUS FOR SMOOTHING AND REGULATING THE THICKNESS OF LIQUID COATINGS ON A THIN SUBSTRATE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE WIRE WOUND ROD, SCRAPING MEANS SUPPORTING THE RODS AND TENSIONING ROLLS FOR THE SUBSTRATE.

DEFENSIVE PULTCATIQN UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE Published at the request of the applicant or owner in accordance with the Notice of Dec. 16, 1969, S69 O.G. 687. The abstracts of Defensive Publication applications are identified by distinctly numbered series and are arranged chronologically.
