Abstract

Tubo flexible submarino (1), que comprende una carcasa flexible metálica (10) un revestimiento interno polimérico (20) colocado en posición radialmente externa respecto a dicha carcasa flexible metálica (10), una vaina externa polimérica protectora (80) y estructura de refuerzo mecánica en una posición radialmente interna respecto a dicha vaina externa por polimérica protectora (80), y dicha estructura de refuerzo mecánica está potencialmente expuesta al contacto con el agua. La estructura de refuerzo mecánica incluye un refuerzo resistente a la presión (30) y un refuerzo resistente a la tracción (40), colocados en una posición radialmente externa respecto a dicho revestimiento interno polimérico (20). La estructura de refuerzo mecánica comprende una pluralidad de elementos alargados en acero al carbono (32,42, 62), cada uno de dichos elementos alargados en acero al carbono (32, 42, 62) está revestido por un revestimiento de aluminio (33, 43, 63).
