Abstract
Un rotor de retordage-mise en forme pour un metier a filer sans broche a la forme d'un disque (1) pourvu de fentes radiales (2) et d'un canal de sortie axiale (3). Sur la peripherie de la surface d'appui du disque (1) se trouvent des saillies en forme d'arc (4). La zone centrale du disque (1) est pourvue d'au moins une saillie en forme d'anneau (5) coaxiale aux saillies en forme d'arc (4) et permet d'ameliorer le degre de rectilinearite des fibres sans augmenter la vitesse de rotation du disque (1). La saillie en forme de bague (5) est coaxiale a une circonference le long de laquelle les saillies en forme d'arc (4) sont situees et sa hauteur ne depasse pas la hauteur d'aucune des saillies en forme d'arc. Dans le cas ou plusieures saillies coaxiales en forme de bague (7 et 8) sont situees sur la zone centrale du disque (1), leur hauteur diminue dans le sens des fentes radiales (2) vers le canal de sortie axial (3).
