Definitions
- OMPI ' 1 shows a block diagram of a device required for recording, transmission and reproduction of television pictures
- FIG. 4 shows a second exemplary embodiment of a reproducing device
- FIG. 5 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a reproducing device
- FIGS. 7 is a sectional view through part of the device of FIGS. 7, and
- FIG. 9 shows an actuating device for remote control of the device according to the invention.
- recording, transmitting, recording, receiving and reproducing devices are drawn with a transmission link, as they are used in a conventional television transmission device.
- a switching device is provided in the recording device, which enables the switching of the video signals coming from the cameras 3, 4.
- a switchover device is provided in the television camera, which alternately passes the light rays coming through lenses onto a single scanning surface of the camera by means of a lens and mirror system, which is otherwise also used in stereo microscopes.
- the recorded images can be recorded, as in the case of conventional television images, by means of a recording device, by means of a transmission device directly after the recording, or indirectly as a recording via a wireless or wired transmission link and transmitted be received by a receiving device.
- the design of the display device depends on whether the images intended for the left and right eyes of the viewer are transmitted in series or in parallel.
- a switchover device is also provided in the playback device in order to separate the serially transmitted images from one another. Both switchover devices, both those in the recording device and those in the reproduction device, are switched each time after a full picture intended for one eye has run off to the picture intended for the other eye. In the television systems which use two fields for one frame, the switchover occurs after two recorded or reproduced fields.
- FIG. 3 shows a display device in which, in a picture tube 6, electron beams, which are generated by two beam generation systems 7, 8, are projected onto a screen 11 by two deflection systems 9, 10.
- FIG. 5 shows a display device in which the two television images intended for the left and right eyes are projected onto a screen 28 by two television image projectors 26, 27.
- the image intended for the left eye is depicted on the left half and the image intended for the right eye on the right half of the canvas 28, the two images adjoining each other on the central perpendicular of the canvas 28.
- Devices can be used as television image projectors 26, 27 which operate according to the eidophore method or according to another known method.
- FIG. 6 Another embodiment of a playback device is shown in FIG. 6.
- the television image projectors 26, 27 throw the two images onto a 5 glass screen 29.
- the viewers are on the side of the glass screen 29 facing away from the projectors.
- a vertical partition 13 can be provided for better separation of the images intended for the left and right eyes be seen.
- the wall can be designed to be displaceable so that the viewer can bring it at a suitable distance from his eyes.
- the wall 13 is located in a plane which is given by the vertical perpendicular to the screen and the center of the eye relief of the viewer 15.
- two panes 20, 21 made of glass or transparent plastic can be placed in front of the The focusing screen 29 can be arranged, these screens being pivotable about a vertical axis 22.
- This axis preferably lies in the plane of the partition 13.
- the television image projectors 26, 27 can be pivoted about horizontal axes 18, 19 Spindles 14, 15, which are driven by electric motors 16, 17, are used to adjust the image size, and spindle nuts are arranged on the television image projectors 26, 27, so that the projectors can be moved in the direction of the projection, both the swiveling movement and the Movement movement can be provided with a remote control.
- the beam generation systems 30, 32 with the associated deflection units 33, 34 each sit on a carriage 44 (FIG. 8). These carriages can be pushed back and forth by spindles 40, 41.
- the spindles 40, 41 are driven by electric motors 38 and 39, respectively. Pushing the beam generation systems back and forth allows the image size to be adapted to the sea properties of the viewer. Both the swiveling movement and the displacement movement can be remotely controlled by the viewer.
- buttons 45 and a pair of buttons 46 are provided with which the pivoting movement or the image size setting can be operated remotely.
