Description

Faltevorrichtung zur Hüftuntersuchung mit Ultraschall
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fixierung von Säuglingen insbesondere n Seitenlage zur Hüftgelenksuntersuchung mittels Ultraschall
Die Ultraschalluntersuchung von Säuglingshüften ist ein voll¬ kommen neues Anwendungsgebiet der Sonographie. Es hilft einer¬ seits Röntgenstrahlen bei der Untersuchung der Säuglingshüften einzusparen, andererseits liefert es wertvolle Information, die nur mit einer invasiven Röntgentechnik, wie es die Arthro- graphie darstellt, zu erhalten sind. Insbesondere können die knorpeligen, im Röntgen nicht sichtbaren Anteile der Säuglings¬ hüfte beurteilt werden. Es ergeben sich daher vollkommen neue diagnostische und therapeutische Gesichtspunkte.
Bei der Untersuchung sollte der Säugling möglichst in Seitenlage ruhig liegen, um eine entsprechende Bildqualität erzielen zu können. Es muß daher eine Haltevorrichtung gebaut werden, die den Säugling in Seitlage fixiert, um eine frontale Einstrahlung des Ultraschalles zu erreichen. Um den Säugling möglichst we¬ nig zu irritieren und durch bequeme Lagerung nicht zu Abwehr¬ reaktionen zu reizen, muß einerseits die Haltevorrichtung eine weiche Polsterung aufweisen, andererseits auch eine möglichst straffe Fixierung gewährleisten. Es muß die Haltevorrichtung so konstruiert sein, daß auf die Breite des Oberkörpers und die etwas geringere Breite der Beine Rücksicht genommen wird. Da eine relative Variabilität der Größe von Säuglingen vor¬ handen ist, muß die Haltevorrichtung verstellbar sein, um für verschieden alte Säuglinge bis ca. zum 1. ebensjähr gleich gut geeignet zu sein.
Da eine deutliche Korrelation zwischen dem Alter und der Größe des Säuglings und seiner Mobilität besteht, ergibt sich, daß erößere Säuglinge in der Regel auch stärker fixiert werden müssen.
ERSA* Die Erfindung geht nun von der Überlegung aus, eine Haltevor¬ richtung zu schaffen, bei welcher das Gewicht des Säuglings, das mit seinem Alter und seiner Größe korreliert, zur Regelung des Grades der Fixierung ausgenützt werden soll.
Zur Lösung dieser geschilderten Problemstellung ist die Haltevor¬ richtung erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer länglichen Grundplatte besteht, auf welche mittels je¬ weils einem Scharniergelenk, zwei parallele, in Abstand zuein¬ ander verlaufende, langerstreckte, aus weichem polsterartigem Material gefertigte und wulstartige Körper verschwenkbar ge¬ lagert sind, wobei die Scharniergelenke an den beiden einander zugewandten Innenseiten der wulstartigen Körper angreifen und daß etwa über die gesamte Längserstreckung beider wulstartigen Körper ein jeweils an deren Außenseiten auswechselbar befestigtes Tuch, insbesondere eine Windel, vorgesehen ist, dessen Breiten¬ erstreckung so gewählt ist, daß nach dem zwischen den beiden wulstartigen Körpern erfolgten Einlegen des Säuglings - vorzugs¬ weise in Seitenlage mit seinem Oberkörper und seinen Beinen - eine Spannung des Tuches und somit ein Verschwenken der beiden wulstartigen Körper in Richtung zum Körper des Säuglings er¬ folgen kann, sodaß eine dem Gewicht resp.Größe und somit dem Alter resp. obilität des Säuglings entsprechende Fixierung er¬ zielt v/erden kann und daß weiters ein, im Abstand zu den Stirn¬ seiten beider wulstartigen Körper und ebenfalls aus weichem polsterartigen Material gefertigter Teil vorgesehen ist, der zur Aufnahme des Säuglingskopfes eine muldenartige Vertiefung auf¬ weist, wobei dieser Teil auf der Grundplatte sowohl längsver- schieblich als auch um eine senkrecht zur Grundplatte verlau¬ fende Achse verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
An Hand der Zeichnungen wird nun ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert, wobei die Fig.l einen Aufriß, die Fig.2 einen Grundriß und die Fig.3 einen Seitenriß zeigen. Gemäß der Figuren 1-3 besteht die Haltevorrichtung aus einer länglichen Grundplatte (1), auf welcher mittels jeweils einem Scharnier¬ gelenk (6,6'), zwei parallele, in Abstand (a) zueinander ver¬ laufende, langerstreckte, aus weichem polsterartigem Material gefertigte und wulstartige Körper (2,2') verschwenkbar gelagert s n , wo e e c am erge en e ,6 an en e en e nan er zugewandten Innenseiten der wulstartigen Körper (2,2') angreifen und daß über etwa die gesamte Längserstreckung (d) beider wulst¬ artigen Körper (2,2' ) ein jeweils an deren Außenseiten aus¬ wechselbar befestigtes Tuch (4), insbesondere eine Windel vor¬ gesehen ist, dessen Breitenerstreckung so gewählt ist, daß nach dem zwischen den beiden wulstartigen Körpern (2,2' ) erfolgten Einlegen des Säuglings - vorzugsweise in Seitenlage mit seinem Oberkörper und seinen Beinen - eine Spannung des Tuches (4) und somit ein Verschwenken der beiden wulstartigen Körper (2,2') in Richtung zum Körper des Säuglings erfolgen kann, sodaß eine dem Gewicht resp.Größe und somit dem Alter resp. obilität des Säug- ' lings entsprechende Fixierung erzielt werden kann und daß weiters ein, im Abstand zu den Stirnseiten beider wulstartiger Körper (2,2') und ebenfalls aus weichem polsterartigem Material gefertig¬ ter Teil (3) vorgesehen ist, der zur Aufnahme des Säuglingskopfes eine muldenartige Vertiefung (5) aufweist, wobei dieser Teil (3) auf der Grundplatte (1) sowohl längsverschieblich als auch um eine senkrecht zur Grundplatte (1) verlaufende Achse (7) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
Bei Gebrauch der Haltevorrichtung wird eine vorzugsweise aus hygienischen Gründen auswechselbare Windel gelegt, die an der Außenseite beider Randwülste festgeklemmt wird. Dadurch entsteht eine Art Hängematte. Wird nun der Säugling seitlich in diese Matte gelegt, so sinkt er entsprechend seinem Gewicht zwischen den Randwülsten ein, wobei sich die Randwülste, die an der Innen¬ seite mit Scharnieren befestigt sind, an der Außenseite hoch¬ heben und sich nach innen neigen und auf diese Weise den Säug¬ ling elastisch einklemmen. Der Grad der Fixierung wird daher durch das Gewicht des Säuglings spontan reguliert.

1. Haltevorrichtung zur Fixierung von Säuglingen insbesondere in Seitenlage zur Hüftgelenksuntersuchung mittels Ultraschall, da¬ durch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer länglichen Grundplatte (1) besteht, auf welcher mittels jeweils einem Scharniergelenk (6,6') zwei parallele, in Abstand (a) zueinander verlaufende, langer¬ streckte, aus weichem polsterartigem Material gefertigte und wulstartige Körper (2,2') verschwenkbar gelagert sind, wobei die Schamiergelenke (6,6') an den beiden einander zugewandten Innen¬ seiten der wulstartigen Körper (2,2' ) angreifen und daß etwa über die gesamte Längserstreckung (d) beider wulstartigen Körper (2,2' ) ein jeweils an deren Außenseiten auswechselbar befestigtes Tuch (4), insbesondere eine Windel vorgesehen ist, dessen Breitenerstreckung so gewählt ist, daß nach dem zwischen den bei¬ den wulstartigen Körpern (2,2' ) erfolgten Einlegen des Säuglings - vorzugsweise in Seitenlage mit seinem Oberkörper und seinen Beinen - eine Spannung des Tuches (4) und somit ein Verschwenken der beiden wulstartigen Körper (2,2') in Richtung zum Körper des Säuglings erfolgen kann, sodaß eine dem Gewicht resp.Größe und somit dem Alter resp.Mobilität des Säuglings entsprechende Fixierung erzielt werden kann und daß weiters ein, im Abstand zu den Stirnseiten beider wulstartiger Körper (2,2') und ebenfalls aus weichem polsterartigem Material gefertigter Teil (3) vorge¬ sehen ist, der zur Aufnahme des Säuglingskopfes eine muldenartige Vertiefung (5) aufweist, wobei dieser Teil (3) auf der Grund¬ platte (1) sowohl längsverschieblich als auch um eine senkrecht zur Grundplatte (1) verlaufende Achse (7) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
2. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden wulstartigen Körper (2,2') mit zueinander gewandten Ausnehmungen (8,8') zur Anpassung an _dj_e Breite des Oberkörpers des Säuglings versehen sind.
