Abstract

Un appareil, servant à déterminer la qualité de la viande, comprend une sonde (1), destinée à être introduite dans un morceau de viande devant être examiné, et un réflectomètre placé dans la sonde et comprenant un émetteur lumineux (2) et un récepteur lumineux (3). Un récepteur lumineux de référence (4), servant à réguler l'alimentation de l'émetteur lumineux (2), est placé dans la sonde à proximité de l'émetteur lumineux. La liaison automatique ainsi établie sert à compenser les fluctuations de performance de l'émetteur lumineux (2) et du récepteur lumineux (3). L'intensité de l'émetteur lumineux peut être maintenue automatiquement à un niveau constant.
