Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés d'usinage de métaux par découpage. Un procédé de fabrication d'un élément tubulaire à nervures transversales, destiné à un échangeur thermique, consiste à faire tourner l'outil coupant autour de l'axe d'un mandrin (3), parallèle à l'axe (4) de l'ébauche tubulaire (1), simultanément avec la rotation de ladite ébauche tubulaire (1), de sorte que la surface de révolution entourée par le bord coupant dudit outil coupant (2) présente des rayons dépassant le rayon de la surface de révolution de ladite ébauche tubulaire (1), et entrecoupe cette dernière. Pendant la rotation, une couche de métal est contre-dépouillée à l'aide dudit outil coupant (2), et est simultanément recourbée afin de former les rangées de nervures transversales (8). On peut utiliser l'invention dans les industries électrotechnique, électrotechnique et de production d'électricité.
