Abstract

Un laser comprend un boîtier étanche rempli de gaz (1), dont les parois opposées (1a, 1b) sont équipées de miroirs (2, 3) alignés le long de l'axe optique (O1-O1) dans la chambre à résonance laser (4) formée entre les miroirs (2, 3). Le boîtier (1) abrite également un moyen d'acheminement du gaz le long d'un circuit fermé à travers la chambre à résonance laser (4) dans une direction perpendiculaire à son axe optique (O1-O1), un moyen de génération d'une décharge électrique dans la chambre à résonance laser (4) et un échangeur de chaleur pour le refroidissement du gaz. Ledit moyen d'acheminement du gaz et l'échangeur de chaleur pour le refroidissement du gaz constituent un seul bloc (5), comportant un arbre creux (6) sur lequel sont montés de manière coaxiale des disques (7) mutuellement espacés, et dont la cavité (8) est reliée à un système permettant d'y introduire l'agent de refroidissement.
