Abstract

Le composé conjugué décrit comprend une partie avec spécificité cellulaire, telle qu'un anticorps spécifique aux antigènes des cellules tumorales, ainsi qu'une partie à activité enzymatique qui effectue le clivage d'un composé cyanogénique pour libérer du cyanure. Des enzymes tels que les β-glucosidases sont préférés. Le composé cyanogénique, qui peut être par exemple de l'amygdaline ou tout autre saccharide d'origine végétale, est administré après le conjugué. L'administration intra-vésicale est préférée (pour les cancers de la vessie) et forme un autre aspect de la présente invention, que le composé soit libérateur de cyanure (comme ci-dessus) ou qu'il soit de toute autre façon approprié pour des procédés thérapeutiques ou pour des techniques d'imagerie.
