本発明は、 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱に関す る 。
背景技術
第 3 図及び第 4 図は従来の大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段 ボ ー ル箱を示す。 第 3 図， 第 4 図 に お い て 、 5 は大型 テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段ボー ル箱、 5 — 1 は上ケ ー ス 、 5 — 2 は 下ケ ー ス 、 6 は大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機で あ る 。
従来、 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱は、 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機 6 の重量が重た い た め、 大型 テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン 受 像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱 5 を上下分割方式 と し て、 上ケ ー ス 5 - 1 を取 り 外す こ と に よ り テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機 6 を取 り 出 し やす く す る必要があ っ た。
し か し な が ら、 上記の よ う に上下分割方式に す る と 、 上ケ ー ス 5 — 1 と 下ケ ー ス 5 — 2 の結合 に結合用 の別部品を必要 と し、 さ ら に生産性 も悪い と い う 問題点があ っ た。
本発明 は上記従来の問題点を解決す る も の で あ り 、 上下分割 方式 と す る こ と な く 、 開梱作業性の よ い大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像 機の外装段ボ ー ル箱を提供す る こ と を 目的 と す る も の で あ る 。 発明 の開示
本発明 は上記目的を達成す る た め、 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機 の外装段ボー ル箱は、 側面及び天面の一部を開閉可能 と し 、 大 型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機を取 り 出す場合は開いた側面部か ら の取 り 出 し を可能に し た も のであ る 。
し たが っ て上記構成に よ り 、 重量の あ る大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受 像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱を上下分割方式 と す る こ と な く 、 取 り 出 し 作業性を そ こ な わず、 さ ら に外装段ボ ー ル箱の生産性 も よ い

第 1 図は本発明の一実施例におけ る大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機 の外装段ボー ル箱の開閉可能な側面及び天面を閉 じた状態を示 す斜視図、 第 2 図は本発明の一実施例に おいて開閉可能な側面 及び天面を開い た斜視図、 第 3 図は従来の上下分割方式 と し た 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱を閉 じ た状態を示す 斜視図、 第 4 図は従来の上下分割方式 と して大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン 受像機の外装段ボー ル箱を開いた状態を示す斜視図であ る。 発明を実施す る た めの最良の形態
第 1 図は本発明の一実施例におけ る一部を開閉可能 と し た大 型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段ボー ル箱の側面及び天面を閉 じ た状態を示す斜視図、 第 2 図は本発明の一実施例において側面 及 び天面を開 い た状態を示す斜視図を示す も の で あ る 。 第 1 図， 第 2 図 に お い て 、 1 は大型 テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン 受像機の外装段 ボー ル箱、 2 は開閉可能な側面部、 3 は開閉可能な天面部、 4 は大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機で あ る 。 こ こ で 、 開閉可能な側面部 2 の寸法は、 開いた状態で大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機 4 を取 り 出 し易い寸法に設定 し てお く 。
上記 の よ う に構成 さ れた大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン 受像機の外装段 ボ ー ル箱 1 に つ い て さ ら に詳細 に説明 す る 。 第 1 図 に示す よ う に、 開閉可能 な側面部 2 及 び開閉可能 な天面部 3 を閉 じ た状態 に す る こ と に よ り 、 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段 ボ ー ル箱 1 が工場出荷後の輸送可能な状態 と な る 。 次 に、 第 2 図 に示す よ う に 、 開閉可能な側面部 2 及 び開閉可能 な天面部 3 を開 い た 状態 に す る こ と に よ り 、 大型 テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン 受像機 4 が取 り 出 し 易 い状態 と な る 。
産業状 の利用可能性
本発明 は上記実施例か ら 明 ら か な よ う に 、 重量の あ る 大型 テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱を上下分割方式 と す る こ と な く 、 取 り 出 し 作業性を そ こ な わ ず、 かつ製造性 に優れ た 外装 段 ボ ー ル箱を実現で き る と い う 効果を有す る 。

請 求 の 範 囲
1.大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機用外装段ボー ル箱の天面及び側面の 一部に開閉可能な面を設け、 大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン受像機を外装段 ボ ー ル箱か ら取 り 出す場合に は前記側面に設けた開閉可能面か ら取 り 出せ る よ う に した こ と を特徵 と す る大型テ レ ビ ジ ョ ン 受 像機の外装段ボ ー ル箱。
