Abstract

On décrit un boîtier étanche à l'eau pour un raccordement électrique à écrou passe-fil et devant être utilisé dans un environnement humide. Le boîtier comprend une chambre où vient se placer le raccordement électrique. Des passages pouvant être hermétiquement refermés et ménagés à une extrémité de la chambre permettent à des fils électriques de pénétrer dans la chambre. A l'autre extrémité de la chambre, une ouverture pouvant être hermétiquement refermée permet à l'écrou passe-fil lui-même d'entrer dans la chambre. Les fils électriques sont mécaniquement et électriquement raccordés au moyen de l'écrou passe-fil. Le raccordement produit est alors tiré dans la chambre à travers l'ouverture pouvant être hermétiquement refermée, mentionnée ci-dessus. L'ouverture est refermée, produisant ainsi un environnement complètement étanche à l'eau pour le raccordement électrique à écrou passe-fil.
