• Garnet (ザク口石) 次に、 上記鉱石 10をジョークラッシャー等の破碎装置を用いて破砕し、 図 l (b ) に示すように、 適当な寸法及び形状の砂利状物質 11を生成する。
次に、 同砂利状物質 11を、 セメ ント 12、 砂 13、 水とともに混和して泥漿状の表 面形成材 14を形成する。
なお、 かかる表面形成材 14の組成は、 例えば、 セメント 12を 40 〜50重量部、 砂 13を 10〜30重量部、 水を 15〜25重量部、 砂利状物質 11を 10〜30重量部とする。 次に、 同表面形成材 14を、 図 1 (c) に示すように、 型枠 15内に流入する。 同流 入作業の完了と同時又は一定時間養生後、 さらに、 図 1 (d) に示すように、 型枠 新たな用紙 15内に通常の成分構成を有するコンクリート 16、 即ち、 セメ ント、 砂, 砂利等の 骨材、 水の混合物を流入し、 一定時間養生する。 十分に表面形成材 14及びコン クリート 16が養生硬化した後、 図 1 (e) に示すように、 型枠 15からコンクリート 製の発光性構築材 17を取り出す。 なお、 表面形成材 14を養生後にコンクリート 16を型枠 15内に流入する場合は、 流入する前に、 図 1 (c) に示すように、 表面形 成材 14の表面を粗く しておけば、 表面形成材 14のコンクリート 16への接着力の強 化を図ることができる。
その後、 表面形成材 14が十分に硬化した後、 表面塗装材 14の表面を、 所望の研 磨装置によって研磨することによって、 砂利状物質 11を表面に現出させ、 本発明 に係る板状又はプロック状の発光性構築材 17を製造することができる。
以上の工程によって得られた発光性構築材 17は、 以下の特徴を有する。
① 無機質素材である鉱石 10を砂利状の顔料として用いることができるので、 顔料の経時的劣化を防止して、 長年にわたって、 十分な発光力を確保することが できる。
② 特に、 無機質素材として紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石 10を用いた場合、 かかる鉱石 10は安価に入手できるので、 顔料を安価に生成でき、 模様 ·装飾付構 築材を安価に製造できる。
また、 図示しないが、 上記した表面形成材 14と同一組成によって、 又は、 同組 成にさらに通常の砂利や砂等の骨材を混合して、 板状又はブロック状の発光性構 築材 17そのものを製造することもできる。
さらに、 コンクリート 16としては、 例えば、 不飽和ポリエステル樹脂を主成分 とするレジンコンクリートを用いることもできる。
新たな用紙 (第 2実施例)
第 2実施例を、 図 2に示す工程図を参照して説明する。
まず、 図 2 (a) に示すように、 紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質素材として、 紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石 20を用意する。
かかる鉱石 20としては、 第 1実施例において用いたと同じ組成の鉱物を用いる ことができる。
次に、 上記鉱石 20をジョークラッシヤーやボールミル等の破砕装置を用いて破 碎し、 図 2 (b) に示すように、 微小径の砂状物質 21を生成する。 その後、 同砂 状物質 21を、 セメ ント 22、 水とともに混和して表面形成材 23を形成する。
なお、 かかる表面形成材 23の組成は、 例えば、 セメ ント 12を 40 〜50重量部、 砂状物質 21を 10〜30重量部、 水を 15〜25重量部とする。
次に、 同表面形成材 23を、 図 2 (c) に示すように、 型枠 24内に流入する。 同流 入作業の完了と同時又は一定時間養生後、 さらに、 図 2 (d) に示すように、 型枠 24内に通常の成分構成を有するコンクリート 25、 即ち、 セメ ン ト、 砂, 妙利等の 骨材、 水の混合物を流入し、 一定時間養生する。 十分に表面形成材 23及びコン クリート 25が養生硬化した後、 図 2 (e) に示すように、 型枠 24からコンクリート 製の発光性構築材 26を取り出す。 なお、 塗布する前に、 図 2 (c) に示すように 、 表面形成材 23の表面を粗くしておけば、 表面形成材 23のコンクリート 25への接 着力の強化を図ることができる。
その後、 表面形成材 23が十分に硬化した後、 表面塗装材 23の表面を、 所望の研 磨装置によって研磨することによ'つて、 砂状物質 21を表面に現出させ、 本発明に 係る板状又はブロック状の発光性搆築材 26を製造する。
以上の工程によって得られた発光性構築材 26は、 上述した発光性構築材 17と同 新たな用紙 様に、 以下の特徴を有する。
① 無機質素材である鉱石 20を砂状の顔料として用いることができるので、 顔 料の経時的劣化を防止して、 長年にわたって、 十分な発光力を確保することがで きる。
② 特に、 無機質素材として紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石 20を用いた場合、 かかる鉱石 20は安価に入手できるので、 顔料を安価に生成でき、 模樣 *装飾付構 築材を安価に製造できる。
また、 図示しないが、 上記した表面形成材 23と同一組成によって、 又は、 同組 成にさらに通常の砂利や砂等の骨材を混合して、 板状又はプロック状の発光性構 築材 17そのものを製造することもできる。
さらに、 コンクリート 16としては、 例えば、 不飽和ポリエステル樹脂を主成分 とするレジンコンクリートを用いることもできる。
(第 3実施例)
本実施例は、 実質的に、 上記した第 1実施例と第 2実施例における紫外線発光 鉱石から生成した砂利状物質 11と砂状物質 22とを、 ともに表面塗装材中に混入さ せたことを特徴とするものである。
この場合、 それぞれ長波長又は短波長でないと発光しない紫外線発光鉱石を用 いることによって、 紫外線の波長を適宜変えることによって、 同一の発光性構築 材 25から 2種類の異なった色の発光を得ることができる。
(第 4実施例)
本実施例は、 実質的に、 紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質素材を小片状物質 新たな用紙 (小板状物質や小塊状物質を舍む) に生成し、 同抄利状物質又は砂状物質又は小 片状物質をコンクリートに混和してプロ 'ンク等の構築材を形成することを特徴と する発光性構築材の製造方法に係るものである。
図 2 (a) 及び図 2 (b) に示すように、 まず、 発光性物質を舍有する天然石 30を ダイヤモンドカッター等によって所望の厚さ、 例えば、 1 随〜数 nunに切断して複 数の薄肉板 31を形成する。
次に、 図 2 (c) に示すように、 これらの薄肉板 31を赛の目状に切断して小片 32 を形成する。
図 2 (d) に示すように、 これらの小片 32を、 予め紙等のフィルム 36からなる型 枠 33の底板 33a 上に載置した後、 図 2 (e) に示すように、 コンクリート 34を充塡 し、 養生固化する。
図 2 ( に示すように、 養生固化によって型枠 33内に成形された成形品を型枠 33から取り外し、 その表面からフィルム 36を剝離するとともに、 その表面を研磨 することによって、 表面に、 小片 32からなる所望の模様を有する凳光性構築材 35 を製造することができる。
なお、 本実施例では通常のコンクリート Mを用いたが、 レジンコンクリートを 用いることもできる。
また、 本実施例では、 天然石 30を用いたが、 上述した他の実施例と同様に、 無 機質の発光性物質を舍有する不飽和ボリエステル樹脂などからなる人工石を用い ることもできる。
さらに、 採鉱場等において、 発光性鉱石の切取作業の副産物として発生する、 いわゆる、 マイニングダストをレジンで固化したものを天然石 30の代わりに用い ることもできる。 新たな用紙 以上、 本発明に係る発光性構築材の製造方法を第 1 , 第 2、 第 3、 第 4実施例 を参照して説明してきたが、 さらに、 上記製造方法は、 以下の効果を奏するもの である。
(1) 上記した第 1 , 第 2 , 第 3、 第 4実施例において、 砂利状物質 11 , 砂状物 質 21は研磨装置による研磨作業によつて表面形成材 14, 23 の表面に現出したが、 硬化遅延剤を用いてセメ ント 12, 22 の硬化を遅延して、 セメ ント 12, 22 を洗い流 し、 砂利状物質 11 , 砂状物質 21のみ、 表面形成材 14, 23 の表面に現出することも できる。
また、 養生後に、 サンドプラストゃショッ トブラストをかけて表面を粗くする こともできる。
(2)原料となる発光性鉱石は、 昼間の可視光の下における鉱石自体の色と、 紫外 線を照射されたときの発光色とのコントラストを考慮することによって、 さらに 発光性構築材 16, 25 等の装飾効果を高めることができる。
例えば、 砂利状物質 11と砂状物質 21とを舍む発光性構築材において、 砂利状物 質 11は可視光を重視し、 妙状物質 21は紫外線発光を重視したものとすることがで きる。
(第 5実施例)
本実施例は、 実質的に、 紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質素材を不飽和ポリエ ステル等に混合した後、 造粒機等を用いて所望の粒径のペレツ ト状物質となし、 同ペレッ ト状物質を加熱プレス等によつて型枠成形する::とを特徴とする。 本実施例では、 例えば、 異なった色彩のペレツ トを、 用意に適量型枠内に充塡 し、 その後、 加熱下にプレス成形を行う;:とができる。 新たな用 , また、 紫外線発光物質を舎んだ液状物質を型枠内に流し、 その後、 ペレツ ト状 又は液状物質を追加注入して、 加熱成形することによって、 所望の成形物を得る ことができる。
(第 6実施例)
第 S実施例を、 図 4に示す工程図を参照して說明する。
まず、 図 4 (a) に示すように、 紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質素材として、 紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石 40を用意する。
かかる鉱石 40は第 1実施例で用いたと同じ鉱石を用いる。
また、 本実施例では、 図 4 (a) に示すように、 紫外線照射でも発光しない基礎 成分 Aに、 それぞれ色彩を異にし、 紫外線照射で発光する紫外線発光成分 G , R , Yを舍有する鉱石 40とする。
なお、 紫外線発光成分 G , R , Yは、 それぞれ、 昼光下では薄茶、 白、 赤であ り、 紫^線照射時には、 緑、 赤、 黄に発光するものとする。
次に、 上記鉱石 40をジョークラッシャー等の破砕装置を用いて破砕し、 図 4 (b) に示すように、 それぞれ、 紫外線発光成分 G, R , Yを舍む適当な寸法及び 形状の妙利物質 41, 2, 43を生成する。
同抄利状物質 41 , 42, 43を、 セメント, 砂, 水の混合物である泥漿状のブ πック 形成材 14中に混合、 攪拌する。 なお、 かかるブロック形成材 44の組成は、 例えば 、 セメントを 15%、 水を 8 %、 砂を 28%、 砂利状物質 41 , 42, 43を 46%、 顔料を 3 %とする。 ここで、 %表示は、 全て重量%とする。
一方、 レジンコンクリートの場合は、 例えば、 不飽和ポリエステル樹脂を 13% 、 炭酸カルシウムを 25%、 砂利状物質 41 , 42, 43を 60%、 顔料を 2 %とする。 新たな用紙 次に、 同ブロック形成材 44を、 図 4 (c) に示すように、 型枠 45内に流入する。 同流入作業の完了と同時又は一定時間養生する。
十分にブロック形成材 14を養生硬化した後、 図 4 (d) に示すように、 型枠 45か らコンクリートブロック 46を取り出す。
その後、 ダイヤモンドカッター等の切断装置を用いて、 例えば、 厚さ 0.3 〜 5 mm. 好ましくは 1〜 3關の薄い板状体からなる多数の紫外線発光板 47を製造する かかる紫外線発光板 47は、 コンクリート基板 18中に、 紫外線発光成分 G, R , Yを多数分散させている。
従って、 図 5に示すように、 紫外線発光板 47の一側から紫外線照射装置 49によ つて紫外線を照射した場合、 紫外線が紫外線発光板 47を貫通して同板 47の他側に も伸延し、 紫外線発光板 47は、 紫外線照射面側のみならず、 反対側面も発光する ことになり、 光装飾効果を著しく向上することができる。
なお、 紫外線発光板 47と紫外線照射装置 49との間の距離を自由に変えることに よって、 紫外線の強度を変えることができる。
また、 紫外線発光板 47中の紫外線発光成分 G , R , Yは、 可視光下での色彩, 明度及び彩度と、 紫外線を照射した場合の色彩, 明度及び彩度を著しく変化する ので装飾に意外性 (可視光下では擬石壁体、 紫外線下では発光) をもたらす::と ができ、 この面からも光装飾効果を増大することができる。
また、 必要に応じて、 紫外線発光板 47の一側面又は両側面にアクリル樹脂や強 化ガラス等からなる透明板をエポキシ樹脂等の透明接着剤を用いて接着する::と によって、 紫外線発光板 47の強度を向上して破損を防止することができる。 さらに、 本発明に係わる紫外線発光板の製造方法は、 以下の効果も奏する。 新たな甩紙 ① 無機質素材である鉱石 40を紫外線発光成分として用いることができるので 、 紫外線発光成分の顔料の経時的劣化を防止して、 長年にわたって、 十分な発光 力を確保することができる。
② 特に、 無機質素材として紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石 40を用いた場合、 かかる鉱石 40は安価に入手できるので、 顔料を安価に生成でき、 模様 '装飾付構 築材を安価に製造できる。
(第 T実施例)
上記した第 7実施例においては、 砂利状物質 41, 42, 43を、 紫外線発光成分 G, R, Yを舍有した鉱石を破砕して得た。 本実施例は、 かかる砂利状物質 41, 42, 43 を、 複数の人工的な紫外線発光剤をそれぞれアクリル樹脂等の透明な樹脂ゃガラ スに混入硬化させた後、 ジョークラッシャー等の破砕装置で破砕して形成したこ とに特徴を有する。
かかる方法で形成した砂利状物質 41, 42,43は、 第 7実施例と同様に、 セメント , 砂, 水の混合物である泥漿状のブロック形成材 44中に混合、 攪拌した後、 型枠 15内に流入し、 ブロック形成材 44を養生硬化した後、 型枠 45からコンクリートブ ロック 46を取り出す。 その後、 ダイヤモンドカッター等の切断装置を用いて、 厚 さ 1〜数 の薄い板状体からなる多数の紫外線発光板 47を製造する。 かかる紫外 線発光板 47も、 コンクリート基板 48中に、 紫外線発光成分 G, R , Υを多数分散 させている。
従って、 第 6実施例と同様に、 紫外線発光板 47の一側から紫外線照射装置 49に よって紫外線を照射した場合、 紫外線が紫外線発光板 47を貫通して同板 47の他側 にも伸延し、 紫外線発光板 47は、 紫外線照射面側のみならず、 反対側面も発光す 新たな用紙 ることになり、 光装飾硬化を著しく向上することができる。
なお、 人工的な紫外線発光剤のみならず、 鉱石を破砕して得た砂利状物質 41 , 4 2, 43を共に用いて、 光装飾効果をあげることができ、 この場合は、 鉱石では得ら れない色彩を人工的な紫外線発光剤で得ることができる。
(第 8実施例)
第 8実施例は、 第 7実施例における砂利状物質 41 , 42, 43に代えて、 図 6 (a) に 示すように、 単味又は複数の紫外線発光成分を舍有する塊状物質 50を形成し、 同 ブロック形成材中に混合、 攪拌した後、 型枠内に流入し、 ブロック形成材を養生 硬化した後、 型枠から、 図 6 (b) に示すようなコンクリートプロック 51を取り出 す。 その後、 ダイヤモンドカッター等の切断装置を用いて、 厚さ 1 〜数 mmの薄い 板状体からなる多数の紫外線発光板 52を製造する。 かかる紫外線発光板 22も、 コ ンクリート基板 53中に、 紫外線発光成分 54を模様状に含ませることができる。 従って、 第 7実施例と同様に、 紫外線発光板 52の一側から紫外線照射装置 49に よって紫外線を照射した場合、 紫外線が紫外線発光板 52を貫通して同板 52の他側 にも伸延し、 紫外線発光板 52は、 紫外線照射面側のみならず、 反対側面も発光す ることになり、 光装飾効果を著しく向上することができる。 産業上の利用性
上記した構成によって、 本発明は、 以下の産業上の利用性を有する。
① 紫外線発光物質を含有する無機質素材を砂利状物質又は砂状物質又は小片 状物質に生成して顔料として用いることができるので、 顔料の経時的劣化を防止 して、 長年にわたって、 十分な発光力を確保することができる。 新たな用紙 ② 特に、 無機質素材として紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石を用いた場合、 か かる鉱石は安価に入手できるので、 顔料を安価に生成でき、 模様,装飾付構築材 を安価に製造できる。
③ 紫外線発光物質を舍有する多数の小片を模様構成片として用いることによ つて、 複雑な形状でかつ色彩の異なる模様を容易にプロ 'ンクの表面に現出するこ とができる。
④ 本発明では、 紫外線を照射するとにより発光する発光成分を舍有する鉱石 又は人工的に精鍊された無機の紫外線発光成分を、 コンクリート中に、 塊状又は 分散して混入し、 同コンクリートを任意の形状に形成♦硬化 ·養生してコンクリ ートブロックを成形し、 同コンクリートブロックを切断して、 コンクリート基板 中に紫外線発光成分を点在させた複数の薄肉の紫外線発光板を製造することとし ている。
従って、 紫外線発光成分を舍有する鉱石を用いた場合に生ずる各種制約を無く すことができ、 光装飾による自由なデザィンを行うことができる。

請求の範囲
1. ィ) 紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質素材を砂利状物質又は砂状物質又は小 片状物質又はペレツ ト状物質の形態で用意し、
口) 同砂利状物質又は砂状物質又は小片状物質又はペレツ ト状物質をコ ンクリ ートに混和して、 ブロック等の構築材を形成する、
ことを特徴とする発光性構築材の製造方法。
2. ィ) 紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質素材を砂利状物質又は砂状物質又は小 片状物質又はペレツ ト状物質の形態で用意し、
π ) 同砂利状物質又は砂犹物質又は小片状物質又はペレツ ト状物質をコ ンクリ ートに混和して、 ブロック等の構築材の表面層を形成する、
ことを特徴とする発光性構築材の製造方法。
3. コンク リートはセメントと水との混和物からなることを特徴とする請求項 1 又は 2記載の発光性構築材の製造方法。
4. コンク リートはセメントと水と骨材との混和物からなることを特徴とする請 求項 1又は 2記載の発光性構築材の製造方法。
5. コンクリートはレジンコンクリートであることを特徴とする請求項 1又は 2 記載の発光性構築材の製造方法。

6. 無機質素材として紫外線発光物質を舍有する鉱石を用い、 同鉱石を破碎又は 切断して、 砂利状物質又は砂状物質又は小片状物質を生成することを特徴とする 請求項 1〜 5の内、 いずれかの請求項に記載の発光性構築材の製造方法。
7. 無機質素材として紫外線発光物質を舍有する人工石を用い、 同人工石を破砕 又は切断して、 抄利状物質又は砂状物質又は小片状物質を生成することを特徴と する請求項 1〜 5の内、 いずれかの請求項に記載の発光性構築材の製造方法。
8. 砂利状物質又は砂状物質又は小片状物質を発光性構築材の模様片として用い ることを特徴とする請求項 1〜 7の内、 いずれかの請求項に記載の発光性構築材 の製造方法。
9. 紫外線を照射することにより発光する紫外線発光成分を舍有する鉱石又は人 ェ的に精鎳された無機の紫外線発光成分を、 コンクリート中に、 塊状又は分散し て混入し、 同コンクリートを任意の形状に成形 ·硬化 ·養生してコンクリートブ ロックを成形し、 同コンクリートブロックを切断して、 コンクリート基板中に紫 外線発光成分を点在させた複数の板状の発光性搆築材である紫外線発光板を製造 することを特徴とする発光性搆築材の製造方法。
10. コンクリートブロックはレジンコンクリ一トブロックであることを特徴とす る請求項 9記載の発光性構築材の製造方法。

即ち、 補正後の請求の範囲第 1項記載の発明は、 紫外線を照射することにより 発光する紫外線発光物質を舍有する無機質材料又は人工的に精錁された無機の紫 外線発光成分を、 コンクリート中に、 粉状、 砂利状、 砂状、 小片状、 又は塊状に 分散して混入し、 同コンクリートを任意の形状に成形 ·硬化 ·養生してコンクリ 一トブロックを成形し、 同コンクリートプロックを切断して、 コンクリート基板 中に紫外線発光成分を点在させた複数の板状の発光性構築材である紫外線発光板 を製造することを特徴とする発光性構築材の製造方法を、 その要旨とする。
2. 上記製造方法によって製造した板状の発光性構築材は、 紫外線を透過させ ることができるので、 ディスプレイ等の表側のみならず、 裏側に紫外線発生装置 を配置することができ、 紫外線発生装置を隠蔽して表側からは見えない状態にす ることができる。
また、 紫外線は長波と短波があるが、 短波はそのままでは有害であるが、 裏側 から板状の発光性構築材を通過させることによって無害な可視光に変換して表側 に可視光模様を現出することができる。 即ち、 長波の紫外線のみならず、 短波の 紫外線も利用することができ、 紫外線照射^よるディスプレイ効果をより高める ことができる。
さらに、 通常の可視光線を裏面から照射して、 紫外線と切換操作すれば、 三つ の異なったディスプレイを得ることができる。
