Abstract

Procédé d'analyse par électrophorèse capillaire avec détection par fluorescence, dans lequel on fait passer dans un capillaire d'électrophorèse de diamètre intérieur inférieur ou égal à 100 νm un échantillon contenant les produits à analyser marqués au besoin par un agent de fluorescence. On utilise pour exciter la fluorescence un faisceau laser focalisé sur le capillaire par un dispositif de concentration de la lumière et on détecte la fluorescence de manière colinéaire, soit dans l'axe d'illumination par le faisceau laser et du même côté du capillaire, à l'aide du dispositif de concentration de la lumière utilisé pour focaliser le faisceau laser et d'un photodétecteur. Ce procédé permet un grand nombre d'applications, notamment en biologie moléculaire et dans le domaine pharmaceutique, ainsi que pour l'analyse de traces d'ions.
