Definitions

  • an H-shaped cross-section member as a structural member in the case of a beam, an I-shaped cross-section in which H is horizontally oriented is usually used, but for convenience of description, it is referred to as an H-shaped cross-section member.
  • each truss member in the truss structure is usually designed so that a compressive or tensile force is applied. However, the buckling of one of the compression-side chords sharply reduces the overall truss' proof stress. There is a problem of doing. In order to prevent buckling of the compression-side chord, it may be possible to increase the cross section of the member or perform various reinforcements, but imbalance in rigidity and weight may occur. The design becomes complicated. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. Disclosure of the invention
  • the reinforcing structural member of the present invention is a component located on the compression side of a structural member such as a plate girder or a flat truss or a three-dimensional truss assembled into an H-shaped beam, a grooved beam, an H-shaped column, an I-shaped cross section, or the like.
  • a reinforcing portion is provided which extends in the direction of the neutral axis with reference to the neutral axis or the vicinity of the cross section of the structural member.
  • the reinforcing portion is disposed around the neutral axis of the member cross section or the vicinity thereof so as to restrict the deformation in the vicinity thereof.
  • the reinforcing member may be provided over the entire length of the structural member, or may be provided partially only in the vicinity of a range in which components located on the press contact side may cause buckling.
  • the buckling of the chord on the compression side of the truss is reduced by providing a reinforcing member parallel to the neutral axis or in the vicinity of the neutral axis to reduce the load capacity of the truss as a whole. Can be prevented.
  • the reinforcing member is provided at or near the neutral shaft, it hardly participates in the initial state of stress deformation, and does not complicate the design of the truss.
  • the structural member is an H-shaped cross-section member, the reinforcing part is provided parallel to the flange and the neutral axis at a position where the flange on the pressure side may cause buckling. The same can be dealt with.
  • the reinforcing part depending on the port shape and configuration of the structural members.
  • the structural member to be reinforced is an H-shaped section member used as a column or a beam, a grooved section member (hereinafter referred to as an H-shaped section), a shape member such as a band-shaped section, an angle, etc.
  • Other reinforcing members can be formed by welding or bolting to both sides or one side of the wheel as a reinforcing member.
  • a half-split pipe or the like can be used as a reinforcing member.
  • a half-split pipe near the neutral shaft is used.
  • the torsional stiffness is achieved by forming a tube reinforcement.
  • the reinforcing portion may be formed integrally with the structural member without using a separate reinforcing member.
  • the cross section of the structural member is formed into an enlarged shape at the center of the X-shaped tube, or the T-shaped member is used as a reinforcing member. It is also conceivable to weld the tip of the gauze tube to form a structural member with a substantially H-shaped cross section, or to integrally mold a similar shape.
  • a half-split pipe that forms a closed cross section is used as a reinforcing member, that part is also used as a pipe or a duct for wiring, and a duct connection port is provided at a predetermined position. It is also possible.
  • a reinforcing member can be formed by combining or combining a member consisting of a connecting portion that connects the rain flanges of the above, or by attaching or joining an integral member as a reinforcing member by welding, porting, or the like.
  • the neutral axis of the entire beam shifts to the tension side due to the reduction of the resistance of the compression side of the structural member due to the buckling of the flange on the compression side.
  • the joints transmit the compressive stress of the compression-side flange to the axial resistance part.
  • the reinforcing part having the same function can also be obtained by joining an X-shaped steel member intersecting at the center between the two flanges of the web as a reinforcing member by welding or bolting.
  • the X-shaped net is provided on the basis of the neutral axis of the cross section of the structural member or in the vicinity thereof, and reduces the stress on the compression side for the amount of reduction in power resistance when large deformation occurs on the compression side flange due to buckling. It is transmitted in the shape of an X-shape, and the reinforcement in the vicinity of the neutral shaft and the web in the vicinity can compensate for the reduced resistance.
  • the reinforcing member may be, for example, an angle or a channel such as a channel steel, a pipe, etc., and is the same as the upper chord, lower chord, abdomen, etc. constituting the truss structure Can be used.
  • a cross-sectional shape and material different from those of the truss components.
  • the reinforcing member is provided at or near the neutral shaft.
  • This has the advantage that the reinforcing member hardly affects the initial stress-deformation state and does not complicate the design of the truss. However, it is also possible to consider the se arrangement that is biased toward the chord on the compression side. In that case, the reinforcing effect on the chord on the compression side increases. It is also conceivable to provide reinforcing members on the upper and lower sides of the neutral axis, respectively, so that the arrangement is symmetrical to the neutral axis. When the reinforcing members are attached from one side or both sides of the flat truss structure, a long member extending between multiple abdominal members can be used. However, it is also possible to mount a plurality of reinforcing members in parallel with the neutral axis.
