Abstract

Système de récupération et d'épuration de réfrigérant pouvant exercer au besoin le vide presque complet sur le système devant être vidangé et comportant un dispositif de clapet à plusieurs ajutatges pour déterminer différentes configurations, pour différents cycles de traitement de réfrigérant; par exemple vidange, vide intense, récupération, cycle d'épuration, chargement en réfrigérant, chargement en huile, etc. Le réfrigérant épuré peut être déversé de récipients en usage dans le commerce ou de réservoirs à réfrigérant par l'intermédiaire d'un collecteur. les principaux composants sont: un dispositif d'admission/évacuation (10), un dispositif accumulateur à succion (20), un dispositif d'épuration basse ( déshydrateur à filtre) (30) , un compresseur (40), un circuit secondaire (70), un dispositif d'épuration (haute) (90), un collecteur d'évacuation par pompage (100), un dispositif de stockage (120), un dispositif d'injection d'huile (140), un dispositif d'apport de régrigérant propre (170) et (180), un dispositif de pompage à vide (200) et un dispositif de régulation de la circulation (240).
