Abstract

Un connecteur pour une conduite de fluide (10) comprend deux moitiés de connecteur (12, 13) ayant chacun un corps cylindrique (22) qui reçoit la conduite (11A, 11B), un manchon en élastomère (41) à l'intérieur du corps (22) ayant une portion terminale scellée au corps et dans l'état déconnecté son autre portion terminale espacée radialement du corps et fermée hermétiquement par un capuchon terminal (43). Chaque manchon d'élastomère (41) tient le capuchon terminal respectif (43) en une position avancée par rapport au corps cylindrique (22) et lorsque les deux moitiés de connecteur (12, 13) sont accouplées, les deux bouchons terminaux (43) et lesdites deux autres extrémités des manchons (41) sont pressés en contact mutuel, provoquant ainsi le déplacement du manchon qui vient alors reposer contre le corps cylindrique respectif (22), ce qui permet au fluide de couler autour du capuchon terminal respectif depuis une moitié de connecteur vers l'autre moitié de connecteur.
