Abstract

Dans une machine de remise sur forme et de montage, on prévoit un agencement de support de talon (26) comprenant un dispositif détecteur de position (potentiomètre linéaire (52)) permettant de contrôler la position réelle de l'élément en contact avec le talon (bloc talon (32)), ainsi qu'un organe comparateur servant à comparer la valeur du signal de sortie du détecteur à une valeur prédéterminée, représentant la position désirée du bloc talon (32) dans le sens de la hauteur. Lorsqu'il se produit une différence entre ces deux valeurs, un affichage (30) peut indiquer la différence, afin qu'elle soit corrigée par l'opérateur, ou l'on peut utiliser un organe motorisé pour déplacer automatiquement le bloc talon (32) jusqu'à la position correcte. Dans une variante, on utilise également un organe de verrouillage qui est libéré dès qu'une différence se produit, ce qui permet à l'opérateur d'ajuster en hauteur la position du bloc talon (32), l'organe de verrouillage (50) reprenant automatiquement sa fonction. La commande est organisée de sorte qu'il soit impossible de commencer un cycle d'opérations tant qu'une différence est détectée.
