Abstract

Un implant (10), notamment un bouchon ou un obturateur du canal médullaire, comprend au moins un corps creux (12) dont la paroi est au moins partiellement poreuse, élastiquement, visco-élastiquement ou plastiquement déformable et pouvant être introduit dans un os long de manière à l'obturer. L'implant a l'avantage d'être adaptable à différents diamètres de canal médullaire, ce qui permet de fermer hermétiquement pratiquement tous les canaux médullaires.
