Abstract

Die Presse hat ein im Prinzip C-förmiges Gestell mit Bodenplatte (10), Tisch (13), zwei Seitenwangen (11) und einer Kopfplatte (12). Zur Führung des kastenförmigen Stößels (30) ist ein Führungskörper (20) vorgesehen, der zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden auf dem Tisch angeordnet ist ohne Verbindung mit den durch die Presskraft belasteten Ständerwangen und dem Pressenoberteil. Die Presskraft wird ausgelöst durch einen Druckmittelzylinder auf der Kopfplatte, dessen Kolbenstange (47) an zwei Antriebshebeln (60) angekoppelt, die ihrerseits jeweils über Lenker (43) an einer Seitenwange (11) angeschlossen sind. Die beiden Antriebshebel (60) sind über zwei Pleuel (40) mit dem Stößel verbunden. Es ist eine Ständerdämpfung vorgesehen mit zwei Säulen (50) bestehend jeweils aus einem mit der Deckenplatte verbundenen Oberteil (52) und einem mit dem Tisch verbundenen Unterteil, dazwischen eingeschaltet ein die Dämpfung bewirkender Zylinderkolben (51). Bei außermittiger Belastung in Stößellängsrichtung wird durch Verlagerung des Pressenoberteils eine einseitige Aufweitung des Werkzeugraumes komponsiert.
