Abstract

L'invention a pour objet de créer un conducteur torsadé qui tienne compte des besoins des constructeurs de machines et d'appareils et qui permette une meilleure utilisation du matériau en même temps qu'une réduction des dimensions. Comme il est montré dans les figures 1 et 2, les conducteurs élémentaires (2) présentent un coude (3), de manière que les deux empilements de conducteurs élémentaires soient parallèles entre eux. Entre les deux empilements de conducteurs élémentaires est disposé une couche intermédiaire de carton comprimé (4). Sur un côté plat au moins du conducteur torsadé (1) sont disposées des pièces intercalaires (5) en matériau isolant. Pour assurer la cohésion du faisceau de conducteurs élémentaires de manière qu'il forme un conducteur torsadé (1), il est prévu une enveloppe (6). Cette enveloppe (6) est un bandage de fibres de verre à grosses mailles préimprégné avec une résine époxy partiellement réticulée et il est appliqué au niveau de la pièce intercalaire (5). On pourrait naturellement entourer le conducteur torsadé sur toute sa longueur avec un bandage de fibres de verre. L'invention permet d'obtenir pour la première fois un meilleur facteur de bobinage, ce qui permet de réduire la hauteur de la machine électrique ou de l'appareil électrique, et de préférence celle du transformateur. Ce conducteur torsadé objet de l'invention a principalement pour avantage de réduire la durée du bobinage, étant donné qu'on supprime l'opération de longue durée consistant à introduire des plaquettes d'écartement pendant le bobinage pour former des canaux de circulation d'huile entre les enroulements.
