Definitions
- the injection molding mold has a structure in which the molding resin is injected from either the male mold or the female mold, the heating temperature differs and the expansion rate differs between the male mold and the female mold. For this reason, it is difficult to keep the gap between the male and female wedges constant at all times. Therefore, if the male and female edges are too close together, blade spillage will occur, and if the male and female edges are too far apart, cutting failure of the patterned insert will occur, Costs for molds and films are required.
