Abstract

Une composition d'huile de lubrification de transmission aux roues motrices comprend une huile de base à laquelle on a ajouté (A) 1 à 10 % en poids d'un organophosphorodithioate d'oxymolybdène sulfurisé représenté par la formule générale (1), (dans laquelle R1 et R2, lesquels peuvent être identiques ou différents, représentent chacun alkyle ou alcényle C¿4?-C18; et p et q représentent chacun un nombre entier positif à condition que leur somme soit égale à 4), (B) 3 à 15 % en poids d'au moins un agent de pression extrême à base de soufre choisi parmi des oléfines sulfurisées et des sulfures d'akyle, et (C) 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'au moins un agent de pression extrême à base de phosphore choisi parmi des esters phosphoriques, des esters phosphoreux et des sels d'alkyle-amine d'esters phosphoriques, chacun basé sur la composition totale. La composition sert à améliorer davantage l'efficacité de la transmission au différentiel dans diverses conditions de couple d'entrée, de vitesse de rotation d'entrée et de température d'huile comparée aux compositions classiques contenant des additifs à base de composés soufrés et phosphoreux, permettant ainsi d'obtenir une réduction de la consommation de carburant.
