Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un adaptateur protégé pour des emballages de fluide stérile, afin de permettre une multiplicité d'utilisations dans le domaine du lavage médical et des blessures. Un ajustage serré et sûr est rendu possible par un filetage grossier qui est vissé dans la paroi intérieure de l'orifice et serre cette paroi. D'autres caractéristiques de conception empêchent la fuite des fluides stériles. On peut joindre un pulvérisateur à gâchette audit adaptateur. De façon pratique, le filetage de la vis de jonction peut également s'ajuster sur les cols filetés de bouteilles de plastique se tenant droites d'elles-mêmes et contenant une solution saline stérile. On obtient ainsi une unité de pulvérisation chirurgicale stérile. On peut incorporer un dispositif qui garantit la stérilité de l'ensemble constitué par l'unité de pulvérisation et l'adaptateur, et permet de monter cet ensemble en le vissant sans pour autant pouvoir le retirer facilement des bouteilles de plastique ou des poches de fluide. On peut également fixer l'adaptateur à une pluralité de cathéters médicaux. On a mis au point cet accessoire de formation de personnel au lavage des blessures afin d'illustrer l'utilisation de cette unité de pulvérisation chirurgicale stérile.
