Abstract

Feindisperse, emulgatorfreie kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser, enthaltend eine Ölphase, enthaltend als Hauptbestandteil ein oder mehrere unpolare Öle, Fette und/oder Wachse, eine Wasserphase, einen oder mehrere Verdicker, gewählt aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäurepolymere, Polysaccharide und deren Alkylether, wobei diese Verdicker keine Emulgatoreigenschaften aufweisen dürfen, sowie gewünschtenfalls enthaltend übliche kosmetische oder dermatologische Hilfs-, Zusatz- und/oder Wirkstoffe.

Description

Emulgatorfreie, feindisperse kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft kosmetische und dermatologische Zuberei¬ tungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung für kosmetische und medizinische Zwecke.
Unter kosmetischer Hautpflege ist in erster Linie zu verstehen, daß die na¬ türliche Funktion der Haut als Barriere gegen Umwelteinflüsse (z.B. Schmutz, Chemikalien, Mikroorganismen) und gegen den Verlust von kör¬ pereigenen Stoffen (z.B. Wasser, natürliche Fette, Elektrolyte) gestärkt oder wiederhergestellt wird.
Wird diese Funktion gestört, kann es zu verstärkter Resorption toxischer oder allergener Stoffe oder zum Befall von Mikroorganismen und als Folge zu toxischen oder allergischen Hautreaktionen kommen.
Ziel der Hautpflege ist es ferner, den durch tägliche Waschen verursachten Fett- und Wasserverlust der Haut auszugleichen. Dies ist gerade dann wichtig, wenn das natürliche Regenerationsvermögen nicht ausreicht. Au¬ ßerdem sollen Hautpflegeprodukte vor Umwelteinflüssen, insbesondere vor Sonne und Wind, schützen und die Hautalterung verzögern.
Medizinische topische Zusammensetzungen enthalten in der Regel ein oder mehrere Medikamente in wirksamer Konzentration. Der Einfachheit halber wird zur sauberen Unterscheidung zwischen kosmetischer und medizini¬ scher Anwendung und entsprechenden Produkten auf die gesetzlichen Be-

In einfachen Emulsionen liegen in der einen Phase feindisperse, von einer Emuigatorhülle umschlossene Tröpfchen der zweiten Phase (Wassertröpfchen in W/O- oder Lipidvesikel in O/W-Emulsionen) vor.
An sich ist die Verwendung der üblichen kosmetischen Emulgatoren unbe¬ denklich. Dennoch können Emulgatoren, wie letztlich jede chemische Sub¬ stanz, im Einzelfalle allergische oder auf Überempfindlichkeit des Anwen¬ ders beruhende Reaktionen hervorrufen.
So ist bekannt, daß bestimmte Lichtdermatosen durch gewisse Emulgatoren, aber auch durch verschiedene Fette, und gleichzeitige Exposition von Son¬ nenlicht ausgelöst werden. Solche Lichtdermatosen werden auch "Mallorca- Akne"genannt. Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war daher, emul- gatorfreie Sonnenschutzprodukte zu entwickeln.
Emulgatorfreie Lichtschutzpräparate auf Basis sogenannter Hydrodispersio- nen sind seit einiger Zeit für den Verbraucher zugängig.
Hydrodispersionen stellen Dispersionen einer flüssigen, halbfesten oder festen inneren (diskontinuierlichen) üpidphase in einer äußeren wäßrigen (kontinuierlichen) Phase dar.
Im Gegensatze zu O W-Emulsionen, die sich durch eine ähnliche Phasen¬ anordnung auszeichnen, sind Hydrodispersionen im wesentlichen frei von Emulgatoren. Hydrodispersionen stellen, wie im übrigen auch Emulsionen metastabile Systeme dar, und sind geneigt, in einen Zustand zweier in sich zusammenhängender diskreter Phasen überzugehen. In Emulsionen verhin¬ dert die Wahl eines geeigneten Emulgators die Phasentrennung.
Bei Hydrodispersionen einer flüssigen Lipidphase in einer äußeren wäßri¬ gen Phase kann die die Stabilität eines solchen Systems beispielsweise da-
ERSATZBLÄΓT (REGEL 26) durch gewährleistet werden, daß in der wäßrigen Phase ein Gelgerüst auf¬ gebaut wird, in welchem die Lipidtröpfchen stabil suspendiert sind.
Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik haben jedoch im allgemeinen den Nachteil, daß sie entweder instabil sind, auf einen engen Anwendungsbe¬ reich oder eine begrenzte Einsatzstoffauswahl begrenzt sind. Meist verhält es sich darüberhinaus so, daß Zusammensetzungen des Standes der Technik wenig oder gar keine hautpflegende Fette oder Öle enthalten.
Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es, emulgatorfreie feindisper¬ se Zubereitungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche nicht die Nachteile des Standes der Technik aufweisen. Eine weitere Aufga¬ be der Erfindung war, das begrenzte Angebot an emulgatorfreien feindi¬ spersen Zubereitungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser des Standes der Technik zu bereichern. Ferner war es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, stabile, emulgatorfreie Zubereitungen mit hohem Fett- und/oder ölanteil zur Verfü¬ gung zu stellen.
Erstaunlicherweise werden diese Aufgaben gelöst durch
Feindisperse, emulgatorfreie kosmetische oder dermatologische Zuberei¬ tungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser, enthaltend
eine Ölphase, enthaltend als Hauptbestandteil ein oder mehrere un¬ polare Öle, Fette und/oder Wachse eine Wasserphase einen oder mehrere Verdicker, gewählt aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäu¬ repolymere, Polysaccharide und deren Alkylether, wobei diese Ver¬ dicker keine Emulgatoreigenschaften aufweisen dürfen sowie gewünschtenfalls enthaltend übliche kosmetische oder derma¬ tologische Hirfs-, Zusatz- und/oder Wirkstoffe.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafter Verdicker ist Carbomer 980, ein Acrylsäure- polymer. Carbomer 980 ist unter anderem unter der Handelsbezeichnung Synthalen M (Sigma) erhältlich. Zwar beschreibt die EP-OS 328 355 eine feindisperse kosmetische Zuberei¬ tung des Typs Öl-in-Wasser, enthaltend 3 - 40 Gew.-% einer Ölphase, 0,02 - 2,0 Gew.-% eines amphipathischen Emulgators und Wasser. Der amphipa- thische Emulgator kann dabei gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäu¬ repolymere (Carbomere oder Carbopole genannt) mit Emulgatoreigen- schaften, nämlich Carbopol 934, Carbopol 940, Carbopol 941 , Carbopol 1342 sowie anderen amphipathischen Emulgatoren.
Erfindungsgemäß aber sind die Verdicker Acrylsäurepolymere ohne Emulga- toreigenschaften, beispielsweise Carbomer 980. In Seife-Öle-Fette-Wachse 113. Jg. Nr.5/1987, S. 149 ff. wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, daß Carbomer 980, im Gegensatz zu den anderen vorgenannten Carbomer- bzw. Carbopolarten keinerlei Emulgatoreigenschaften aufweist.
Der Stand der Technik konnte also nicht in die Richtung der vorliegenden Erfindung weisen.
Stellen die Verdicker Polysaccharide und deren Alkylether dar, so ist es vorteilhaft, diese aus der Gruppe Xanthangummi, Methylcellulose, Hydroxy- methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Propylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose zu wählen.
Entsprechende Cellulosederivate sind unter der Handelsbezeichnung Tylo- se (Hoechst) erhältlich.
Es hat sich als günstig herausgestellt, wenigstens einen der Bestandteile der unpolaren öle, Fette bzw. Wachse aus der Gruppe der mikrokristallinen Wachse zu wählen.
Vorteilhaft werden die erfindungsgemäßen unpolaren Fette, Wachse bzw. Öle gewählt aus der Gruppe Vaseline (Petrolatum), Paraffinöl, Polyolefine. Unter den Polyolefinen sind Polydecene die bevorzugten Substanzen.
ERSATZBLATT (REGR 26) Ferner ist es möglich und vorteilhaft, wenngleich nicht unbedingt zwingend, auf einen zusätzlichen Gehalt an Silikonölen zu verzichten.
Vorteilhaft enthalten erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen 0,5 - 50 Gew.-% ei¬ nes oder mehrerer unpolarer öle, 0,005 - 10 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenen¬ falls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
Besonders vorteilhaft enthalten erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen 0,5 - 50 Gew.-% Petrolatum, 0,005 - 10 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
Auch besonders vorteilhaft enthalten erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen 0,5 - 50 Gew.-% Paraffinöl, 0,005 - 10 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
Ganz besonders vorteilhaft enthalten erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen 0,5 - 30 Gew.-% Petrolatum, 0,5 - 30 Gew.-% Paraffinöl, 0,005 - 10 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
Bevorzugt enthalten erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen 1.5 - 20 Gew.-% Pe¬ trolatum, 3 - 18 Gew.-% Paraffinöl, 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenen¬ falls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
Besonders bevorzugt enthalten erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen 5 - 10 Gew.-% Petrolatum, 8 - 18 Gew.-% Paraffinöl, 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
Besonders vorteilhafte Zubereitungen werden ferner erhalten, wenn als Zu¬ satz- oder Wirkstoffe Antioxidantien eingesetzt werden. Erfindungsgemäß enthalten die Zubereitungen vorteilhaft eines oder mehrere Antioxidantien. Als günstige, aber dennoch fakultativ zu verwendende Antioxidantien alle für kosmetische und/oder dermatologische Anwendungen geeigneten oder ge¬ bräuchlichen Antioxidantien verwendet werden.

Aminosäuren (z.B. Glycin, Histidin, Tyrosin, Tryptophan) und deren Deriva¬ te, Imidazole (z.B. Urocaninsäure) und deren Derivate, Peptide wie D,L- Carnosin, D-Carnosin, L-Carnosin und deren Derivate (z.B. Anserin), Caro- tinoide, Carotine (z.B. μ-Carotin, ß-Carotin, Lycopin) und deren Derivate, Liponsäure und deren Derivate (z.B. Dihydroliponsäure), Aurothioglucose, Propylthiouracil und andere Thiole (z.B. Thioredoxin, Glutathion, Cystein, Cystin, Cystamin und deren Glycosyl-, N-Acetyl-, Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, Amyl-, Butyl- und Lauryl-, Palmitoyl-, Oleyl-, gamma-Linoleyl-, Cholesteryl - und Glycerylester) sowie deren Salze, Dilaurylthiodipropionat, Distearylthio- dipropionat, Thiodipropionsäure und deren Derivate (Ester, Ether, Peptide, Lipide, Nukleotide, Nukleoside und Salze) sowie Sulfoximinverbindungen (z.B. Buthioninsurfoximine, Homocysteinsurfoximin, Buthioninsulfone, Pen¬ tat-, Hexa-, Heptahioninsulfoximin) in sehr geringen verträglichen Dosierun¬ gen (z.B. pmol bis mmol/kg), ferner (Metall)-Chelatoren (z.B. μ-Hydroxyfett- säuren, Palmitinsäure, Phytinsäure, Lactoferrin), μ-Hydroxysäuren (z.B. Zi¬ tronensäure, Milchsäure, Apfelsäure), Huminsäure, Gallensäure, Gallen¬ extrakte, Bilirubin, Biliverdin, EDTA, EGTA und deren Derivate, ungesättigte Fettsäuren und deren Derivate (z.B. gamma-Linoiensäure, Linolsäure, öl- säure), Folsäure und deren Derivate, Ubichinon und Ubichinol deren Deriva¬ te, Vitamin C und Derivate (z.B. Ascorbylpalmitate, Mg - Ascorbylphosphate, Ascorbylacetate), Tocopherole und Derivate (z.B. Vitamin E - acetat), Vit¬ amin A und Derivate (Vitamin A -palmitat) sowie Konyferylbenzoat des Ben- zoeharzes, Rutinsäure und deren Derivate, Ferulasäure und deren Derivate, Butylhydroxytoluol, Butylhydroxyanisol, Nordihydroguajakharzsäure, Nor- dihydroguajaretsäure, Trihydroxybutyrophenon, Harnsäure und deren Deri¬ vate, Mannose und deren Derivate, Zink und dessen Derivate (z.B. ZnO, ZnS04) Selen und dessen Derivate (z.B. Selenmethionin), Stilbene und de¬ ren Derivate (z.B. Stilbenoxid, Trans-Stilbenoxid) und die erfindungsgemäß geeigneten Derivate (Salze, Ester, Ether, Zucker, Nukleotide, Nukleoside, Peptide und Lipide) dieser genannten Wirkstoffe.
ERSATZBLATT (RE6EL 26) Besonders vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung können öllösliche Antioxidantien eingesetzt werden.
Eine erstaunliche Eigenschaft der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, daß erfin¬ dungsgemäße Zubereitungen sehr gute Vehikel für kosmetische oder der¬ matologische Wirkstoffe in die Haut sind, wobei bevorzugte Wirkstoffe Anti¬ oxidantien sind, welche die Haut vor oxidativer Beanspruchung schützen können. Bevorzugte Antioxidantien sind dabei Vitamin E und dessen Deriva¬ te sowie Vitamin A und dessen Derivate.
Die Menge der Antioxidantien (eine oder mehrere Verbindungen) in den Zu¬ bereitungen beträgt vorzugsweise 0,001 bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevor¬ zugt 0,05 - 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 - 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Ge¬ samtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Sofern Vitamin E und/oder dessen Derivate das oder die Antioxidantien darstellen, ist vorteilhaft, deren jeweilige Konzentrationen aus dem Bereich von 0,001 - 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Formulierung, zu wählen.
Sofern Vitamin A, bzw. Vitamin-A-Derivate, bzw. Carotine bzw. deren Deriva¬ te das oder die Antioxidantien darstellen, ist vorteilhaft, deren jeweilige Kon¬ zentrationen aus dem Bereich von 0,001 - 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Ge¬ samtgewicht der Formulierung, zu wählen.
Es ist dem Fachmanne natürlich bekannt, daß anspruchsvolle kosmetische Zubereitungen zumeist nicht ohne die üblichen Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe denkbar sind. Darunter zählen beispielsweise Konsistenzgeber, Füllstoffe, Parfüm, Farbstoffe, Emulgatoren, zusätzliche Wirkstoffe wie Vitamine oder Proteine, Lichtschutzmittel, Stabilisatoren, Insektenrepellentien, Alkohol, Wasser, Salze, antimikrobiell, proteolytisch oder keratolytisch wirksame Substanzen usw.
Mutatis mutandis gelten entsprechende Anforderungen an die Formulierung medizinischer Zubereitungen.
ERSÄTZBLATT (REGEL 26) Medizinische topische Zubereitungen enthalten in der Regel ein oder meh¬ rere Medikamente in wirksamer Konzentration. Der Einfachheit halber wird zur sauberen Unterscheidung zwischen kosmetischer und medizinischer Anwendung und entsprechenden Produkten auf die gesetzlichen Bestim¬ mungen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland verwiesen (z.B. Kosmetik¬ verordnung, Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelgesetz).
Entsprechend können die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen, je nach ihrem Aufbau, beispielsweise verwendet werden als Hautschutzcreme, Reini¬ gungsmilch, Sonnenschutzlotion, Nährcreme, Tages- oder Nachtcreme usw. Es ist gegebenenfalls möglich und vorteilhaft, die erfindungsgemäßen Zu¬ bereitungen als Grundlage für pharmazeutische Formulierungen zu verwen¬ den.
Günstig sind auch solche kosmetischen und dermatologischen Zubereitun¬ gen, die in der Form eines Sonnenschutzmittels vorliegen. Vorzugsweise enthalten diese neben den erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffkombinationen zu¬ sätzlich mindestens eine UVA-Filtersubstanz und/oder mindestens eine UVB-Filtersubstanz und/oder mindestens ein anorganisches Pigment.
Es ist aber auch vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindungen, solche kosmetischen und dermatologischen Zubereitungen zu erstellen, deren hauptsächlicher Zweck nicht der Schutz vor Sonnenlicht ist, die aber den¬ noch einen Gehalt an UV-Schutzsubstanzen enthalten. So werden z.B. in Tagescremes gewöhnlich UV-A- bzw. UV-B-Filtersubstanzen eingearbeitet.
Auch stellen UV-Schutzsubstanzen, ebenso wie Antioxidantien und, ge- wünschtenfalls, Konservierungsstoffe, einen wirksamen Schutz der Zuberei¬ tungen selbst gegen Verderb dar.
Vorteilhaft können erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen Substanzen enthalten, die UV-Strahlung im UVB-Bereich absorbieren, wobei die Gesamtmenge der Filtersubstanzen z.B. 0,1 Gew.-% bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 bis 6 Gew.-% beträgt, bezogen auf das Ge- samtgewicht der Zubereitungen, um kosmetische und/oder dermatologische Zubereitungen zur Verfügung zu stellen, die die Haut vor dem gesamten Bereich der ultravioletten Strahlung schützen. Sie können auch als Sonnen¬ schutzmittel dienen.
Die UVB-Filter können öllöslich oder wasserlöslich sein. Als ollösliche Sub¬ stanzen sind z.B. zu nennen:
- 3-Benzylidencampher-Derivate, vorzugsweise 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)campher, 3-Benzylidencampher;
- 4-Aminobenzoesäure-Derivate, vorzugsweise 4-(Dimethylamino)-benzoesäure(2-ethylhexyl)ester, 4-(Dimethylamino)benzoesäureamylester;
- Ester der Zimtsäure, vorzugsweise 4-Methoxyzimtsäure(2-ethylhexyl)ester, 4-Methoxyzimtsäureisopentylester;
- Ester der Salicylsäure, vorzugsweise Salicylsäure(2-ethylhexyl)ester, Salicylsäure(4-isopropylbenzyl)ester, Salicylsäurehomomenthylester;
- Derivate des Benzophenons, vorzugsweise 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-4'-methylbenzophenon, 2,2'-Dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon;
- Ester der Benzalmalonsäure, vorzugsweise 4-Methoxybenzalmalonsäuredi(2-ethylhexyl)ester;
- 2,4,6-Trianilino-(p-carbo-2,-ethyl-1'-hexyloxy)-1,3,5- triazin.
Als wasserlösliche Substanzen sind vorteilhaft: - Salze der 2-Phenylbenzimidazol-5-sulfonsäure wie ihr Natrium-, Kalium¬ oder ihr Triethanolammonium-Salz, sowie die Sulfonsäure selbst;
- Sulfonsäure-Derivate von Benzophenonen, vorzugsweise 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon-5-sulfonsäure und ihre Salze;
- Sulfonsäure-Derivate des 3-Benzyiidencamphers, wie z.B. 4-(2-Oxo-3-bornylidenmethyl)benzolsuffonsäure, 2-Methyl-5-(2-oxo-3-bornylidenmethyl)sulfonsäure und ihre Salze.
Die Liste der genannten UVB-Filter, die erfindungsgemäß Verwendung fin¬ den können, soll selbstverständlich nicht limitierend sein.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch die Kombination eines erfindungs¬ gemäßen UVA-Filters mit einem UVB-Filter bzw. eine erfindungsgemäßes kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung, welche auch einen UVB- Filter enthält.
Es kann auch von Vorteil sein, in erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen UVA- Filter einzusetzen, die üblicherweise in kosmetischen und/oder dermatologi¬ schen Zubereitungen enthalten sind. Bei solchen Substanzen handelt es sich vorzugsweise um Derivate des Dibenzoylmethans, insbesondere um 1- (4'-tert.Butylphenyl)-3-(4'-methoxyphenyl)propan-1 ,3-dion und um 1-Phenyl- 3-(4'-isopropylphenyl)propan-1 ,3-dion. Auch Zubereitungen, die diese Kombinationen enthalten, sind Gegenstand der Erfindung. Es können die gleichen Mengen an UVA-Filtersubstanzen verwendet werden, welche für UVB-Filtersubstanzen genannt wurden.
Erfindungsgemäße kosmetische und/oder dermatologische Zubereitungen können auch anorganische Pigmente enthalten, die üblicherweise in der Kosmetik zum Schütze der Haut vor UV-Strahlen verwendet werden. Dabei handelt es sich um Oxide des Titans, Zinks, Eisens, Zirkoniums, Siliciums, Mangans, Aluminiums, Cers und Mischungen davon, sowie Abwandlungen, bei denen die Oxide die aktiven Agentien sind. Besonders bevorzugt handelt es sich um Pigmente auf der Basis von Titandioxid. Es können die für die vorstehenden Kombinationen genannten Mengen verwendet werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen und dermatologischen Zubereitungen können kosmetische Hilfsstoffe enthalten, wie sie üblicherweise in solchen Zubereitungen verwendet werden, z.B. Konservierungsmittel, Bakterizide, Viruzide, Parfüme, Substanzen zum Verhindern des Schäumens, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, die färbende Wirkung haben, Verdikkungsmittel, oberflächenakti¬ ve Substanzen, Emulgatoren, weichmachende, anfeuchtende und/oder feuchthaltende Substanzen, entzündungshemmende Substanzen, Medika¬ mente, Fette, Öle, Wachse oder andere übliche Bestandteile einer kosme¬ tischen oder dermatologischen Formulierung wie Alkohole, Polyole, Poly¬ mere, Schaumstabilisatoren, Elektrolyte, organische Lösungsmittel.
Als weitere Bestandteile können verwendet werden:
Fette, Wachse und andere natürliche und synthetische Fettkörper, vorzugsweise Ester von Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen niedriger C-Zahl, z.B. mit Isopropanol, Propylenglykol oder Glycerin, oder Ester von Fettalkoholen mit Alkansäuren niedriger C-Zahl oder mit Fettsäuren;
Alkohole, Diole oder Polyole niedriger C-Zahl, sowie deren Ether, vorzugsweise Ethanol, Isopropanol, Propylenglykol, Glycerin, Ethy- lenglykol, Ethylenglykolmonoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Propy- lenglykolmonomethyl, -monoethyl- oder -monobutylether, Diethylen- glykolmonomethyl- oder -monoethylether und analoge Produkte.
Insbesondere werden Gemische der vorstehend genannten Lösungsmittel verwendet. Bei alkoholischen Lösungsmitteln kann Wasser ein weiterer Be¬ standteil sein.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen die vorliegende Erfindung verdeutlichen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Feindisperse, emulgatorfreie kosmetische oder dermatologische Zuberei¬ tungen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser, enthaltend
eine Ölphase, enthaltend als Hauptbestandteil ein oder mehrere un¬ polare Öle, Fette und/oder Wachse eine Wasserphase einen oder mehrere Verdicker, gewählt aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäu¬ repolymere, Polysaccharide und deren Alkylether, wobei diese Ver¬ dicker keine Emulgatoreigenschaften aufweisen dürfen sowie gewünschtenfalls enthaltend übliche kosmetische oder derma¬ tologische Hilfs-, Zusatz- und/oder Wirkstoffe.
2. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öle, Fette bzw. Wachse gewählt werden aus der Gruppe Vaseline (Petrolatum), Paraffinöl, Polyolefine.
3. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Verdicker gewählt werden aus der Gruppe Xanthangummi, Methylcellu- lose, Hydroxymethylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Pro- pylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose.
4. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Acrylsäurepolymere aus der Gruppe der Carbopole gewählt wird, welche keine Emulgatoreigenschaften besitzen.
5. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend 0,5 - 50 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer unpolarer Öle, 0,005 - 10 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs- , Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
6. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend 1,5 - 20 Gew.-% Petrolatum, 3 - 18 Gew.-% Paraffinöl, 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.

7. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1 , enthaltend 5 - 10 Gew.-% Petrolatum, 8 - 18 Gew.-% Paraffinöl, 0,1 - 2 Gew.-% Verdicker, gegebenenfalls Hilfs-, Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe sowie Wasser.
8. Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1 , enthaltend einen oder mehrere Zusatz¬ oder Wirkstoffe, gewählt aus der Gruppe aus Antioxidantien und UV- Schutzmittel.
9. Verwendung von Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 1 als kosmetisches oder dermatologisches Vehikel zum Transport von Wirkstoffen, insbesondere von Antioxidantien, in die Haut.
