Abstract

Le moyen de montage et d'articulation d'un panneau ouvrant dans un encadrement comprend une partie fixe (1) et une partie tournante (2). Le moyen comporte un boîtier (3) contenant un palier (4) guidant un fourreau porte-billes (6) servant de logement à un verrou (8) qui présente une gorge à face conique. Le verrou est plaqué sur un électro-aimant (9). Utilisation comme moyen de maintien en position ouverte d'une porte coupe-feu ou déverrouillage d'une porte montée sur pivot de sol.

Description

Moyen de montage et d'articulation d'un panneau ouvrant dans un encadrement et porte ou pivot de sol comportant un tel moven.
La présente invention concerne les portes, les pivots et les moyens d'articulation et de montage de panneaux ouvrant dans un encadrement, en particulier les paumelles de portes.
Les moyens de montage et d'articulation connus comprennent une partie tournante et une partie fixe, les deux parties étant coaxiales, au moins une première des deux parties comportant un boîtier contenant un palier.
Les moyens connus ne permettent pas un verrouillage d'un panneau en position ouverte qui permette un déverrouillage automatique intégré dans les moyens d 'articulation.
Pour bloquer une porte en position ouverte, il est connu d'utiliser un électro-aimant fixé sur le mur, une plaque métallique ayant été fixée sur le vantail de porte.
Il est également connu de bloquer des ferme-porte à bras avec un moyen fusible qui fond à 60°C fixé sur le bras extérieur. En cas d' incendie le fusible fond et le ferme- porte referme la porte.
Ces différents systèmes de l'état de la technique présentent l'inconvénient d'être rapportés et sujets aux agressions de toutes natures, par exemple le vandalisme dans les écoles provoqué par les enfants qui grimpent aux portes.
L'invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients des systèmes de maintien de panneaux ouvrants existants, tout en assurant un auto-déverrouillage. Pour ce faire le boîtier comporte un fourreau porte-billes guidé en rotation dans le palier muni d'empreintes situées sur sa face interne, le fourreau porte-billes muni d'un logement pour billes servant de logement à un verrou constitué d'une tige cylindrique qui comporte à sa partie médiane une gorge présentant une face conique sur laquelle au moins une bille vient en contact, cette face conique repoussant ladite bille dans le moyen de logement du fourreau porte-billes jusqu'au contact des empreintes du palier pour assurer le verrouillage du panneau ; un électro-aimant placé à l'extrémité du verrou maintient celui-ci qui est de plus plaqué sur l'électro-aimant par la pression d'un ressort intercalé entre le palier et une face interne du verrou, en outre le fourreau porte-billes est solidaire de la deuxième partie par un moyen de fixation anti-rotation.
Afin de diminuer les contraintes sur les divers éléments de verrouillage et d'assurer le guidage du verrou, le moyen de montage et d'articulation comporte deux billes en contact avec la face conique du verrou.
Dans le but de pouvoir choisir l'angle de maintien de la porte ouverte, le palier est démontable et comprend un moyen de fixation au boîtier.
Pour verrouiller une porte fermée, le moyen de verrouillage présente un couple de retenue nul, pour ce faire, la bille vient en contact de la surface externe de la tige cylindrique.
L'invention a également pour objet une porte coupefeu comportant des paumelles du type combinant ferme-porte et charnière, une paumelle assurant le moyen de fermeture, une autre assurant le moyen amortisseur.
La porte comporte au moins une troisième paumelle comprenant un moyen de montage et d'articulation de manière à assurer la tenue de la porte en position ouverte.
Suivant une autre caractéristique conforme à la définition ci-dessus, le moyen de montage et d'articulation est situé en haut de la porte de manière à ce qu'il soit rendu le moins accessible possible.
L'invention a encore pour objet un pivot de sol d'un vantail ou porte qui comprend un moyen de montage et d'articulation conforme aux caractéristiques ci-dessus.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description qui va suivre, donnée à titre d'exemple et se référant à la figure unique.
La figure est une vue en coupe verticale du moyen selon l'invention compris dans une paumelle.
La paumelle représentée au dessin comprend une partie inférieure fixée sur un dormant d'une cloison non représentée et réalisée au moyen d'un produit composite conforme à celle décrite dans la demande de brevet français n° 9311367 au nom de la Demanderesse. Elle comporte un alésage qui assure le guidage du mécanisme et un méplat assurant l'anti-rotation.
Une partie supérieure 2 est fixée sur une porte, elle se compose d'un corps 3, d'un panneau de blocage ou palier 4 solidaire du corps 3 grâce à deux vis 5.
A l'intérieur du fourreau 4 vient se loger un fourreau porte-billes 6 qui retient grâce à deux alésages coaxiaux, deux billes 7 qui sous l'action du verrou conique 8 sont en appui sur la paroi de l'alésage du fourreau 4.
Un verrou 8 est maintenu plaqué sous un électroaimant 9 grâce à un ressort 10. La plaque polaire 11 fixée en bout du verrou 8 assure la force électro magnétique venant s'ajouter à celle du ressort.
Une plaque 12 et une vis 13 sont les éléments de fixation de l'électro-aimant. L 'électro-aimant est solidaire du corps de la partie supérieure 2 de la paumelle grâce à des goupilles 14 ou tout autre système de fixation.
Le fonctionnement du moyen de montage et d'articulation est le suivant : lorsque la porte est fermée, la position relative des fourreaux 4 et 6 est telle que les trous 15 et les billes 7 sont décalés de l'angle d'ouverture et de maintien de la porte.
Pendant l'ouverture, bien que le verrou 8 plaque les billes 7 sous l'effet du ressort 10 et de l'électroaimant 9, aucun effet n'est constaté sauf lorsque les billes 7 rencontrent les trous 15 (en fin d'ouverture), ce qui assure le maintien de la porte ouverte tant que l'électro-aimant 9 est sous tension.
Pour assurer la fermeture il y a lieu de couper l'alimentation de l'électro-aimant 9 pendant un temps même très court, à ce moment le couple de retenue de la porte dû au ressort seul est inférieur au couple de fermeture donné par les deux autres parties de paumelles 1 et 2, ce qui entraîne la fermeture de la porte.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1.- Moyen de montage et d'articulation d'un panneau ouvrant dans un encadrement ledit moyen comprenant une partie tournante (2) et une partie fixe (1) les deux parties (1, 2) étant coaxiales, au moins une première des deux parties comportant un boîtier (3) contenant un palier, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (3) comporte un fourreau porte-billes (6) guidé en rotation dans le palier (4) muni d'empreintes situées sur sa face interne ; le fourreau porte-billes (6) muni d'un logement pour billes (7) servant de logement à un verrou (8) constitué d'une tige cylindrique qui comporte à sa partie médiane une gorge présentant une face conique sur laquelle au moins une bille (7) vient en contact, cette face conique repoussant ladite bille (7) dans le moyen de logement du fourreau porte-billes (6) jusqu'au contact des empreintes du palier (4) pour assurer le verrouillage du panneau, un électro-aimant (9) placé à l'extrémité du verrou (8) maintient celui-ci qui est de plus plaqué sur l'électroaimant par la pression d'un ressort (10) intercalé entre le palier (4) et une face interne du verrou (8) ; en outre le fourreau porte-billes (6) est solidaire de la deuxième partie (1) par un moyen de fixation anti-rotation.
2.- Moyen de montage et d'articulation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la face conique du verrou (8) vient en contact de au moins deux billes (7).
3.- Moyen de montage et d'articulation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le palier (4) est démontable et comprend un moyen de fixation au boîtier (3).
4.- Moyen selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel en position verrouillée la bille (7) vient en contact de la surface externe de la tige cylindrique.
5. - Porte coupe-feu comportant des paumelles du type combinant ferme-porte et charnière, une paumelle assurant le moyen de fermeture, une autre assurant le moyen amortisseur, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins une troisième paumelle comprenant un moyen de montage et d'articulation conforme à celui d'une des revendications 1 à 3 de manière à assurer la tenue de la porte en position ouverte.
6.- Porte selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de montage et d'articulation conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3 est situé en haut de la porte.
7.- Pivot de sol d'un vantail de porte, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen de montage et d'articulation conforme à celui d'une des revendications 1 à 4.
