明 細 書 複合磁性体及びそれを用いた電磁干渉抑制体 技術分野
本発明は、 電子機器において電磁干渉の抑制に適用される複合磁性体に関する 背景技術
電子機器においては、 外部からの電磁波による障害、 あるいは自らの放射する 電磁波が外部機器へ障害を与えること、 すなわちいわゆる電磁干渉が問題となる。 この電磁干渉の問題は、 電子機器の高周波化、 小形化、 停電力化とともに、 さら に顕著となっている。
このような電磁干渉を抑制するために、 従来、 導体板による電磁シールドが用 いられている。 し力、し、 導体板は、 電磁波の透過を遮断するが、 反射による 2次 放射を引き起こす都の問題がある。 すなわち、 電子機器を機器外部からの電磁波 から保護する力、 反射による 2次放射が外部機器に影響を与えることになる。 ま た、 機器内部からの電磁波を機器内部に反射し、 同じ機器内の他の電子部品に悪 影響を与える。 しかも、 そのような不要な電磁波は、 特に高周波機器において、 その成分が広 L、周波数範囲に及んでおり、 電磁障害に係る周波数成分の特定も困 難な場合が少なくない。
従って、 このような、 電磁干渉を抑制するためには、 広い周波数にわたる不要 な電磁波を吸収する材料が望まれる。
このような要望に応える材料として、 特開平 7— 2 1 2 0 7 9号公報は、 形状 異方性を有する钦磁性体粉末を有機結合剤中に分散した複合磁性体を提供してい る。 この複合磁性体は、 難磁性体粉末の複数の磁気共鳴により発現すると類推さ れる数十 MH zから数 G H zに亘る磁気損失を、 電磁波の吸収に利用するもので める。
前記特開平 7— 2 1 2 0 7 9号公報は、 この複合磁性体と導体体とを積層して、 導体層で電磁波の透過を遮断するとともに複合磁性体で電磁波を吸収して、 電磁 波の侵入反射を防止する電磁干渉抑制体を開示している。
一方、 近年、 工業上の多くの製品は、 廃棄処理されたときに有害物の発生がな く、 自然に完全分解して残渣を残さないこと、 或いはリサイクル性に富むこと等 の要望が強くなつている。 し力、しな力 ら、 前記の電磁干渉抑制体やその材料であ る複合磁性体は、 このような要望を全く考慮していない。
本発明は、 このような問題点を解決すべくなされたもので、 廃棄処理時の安全 性を保証でき、 自然分解し、 しかもリサイクル性に富む複合磁性体及びそれを用 いた電磁千渉抑制体を提供することにある。 発明の開示
本発明は、 請求項 1に記載のように、 扁平状の钦磁性体粉末を有機結合剤中に 分散させて成る複合磁性体において、 前記有機結合剤は生分解性プラスチックで あることを特徴とする複合磁性体を提供する。
本発明による複合磁性体の実施の態様は、 従属請求項 2、 3及び 4に記載され ている。
又、 本発明は、 請求項 4に記載のように、 上記の複合磁性体と、 導電性材料と から成る電磁干渉抑制体を提供する。 図面の簡単な説明

以下に、 本発明の複合磁性体及びそれを用いた電磁干渉抑制体の実施例につレ、 て、 図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
第 1図は、 本発明の複合磁性体 3の基本構成を示した側面断面図である。 この 複合磁性体 3は、 扁平状の钦磁性体粉末 2を有機結合剤 1中に分散させて成る所 望の磁気特性を保持した絶縁性软磁性体であり、 有機結合剤 1には生分解性ブラ スチックを使用している。 生分解性プラスチックには、 微生物系, 化学合成系, 天然高分子系があり、 これらの何れかによる製品が用いられている。 又、 钦磁性 体粉末 2は鉄粉, 或いは少なくとも F e及び S iを含む合金粉末であれば良い。 この複合磁性体 3は、 体積の相当部分を占める生分解性プラスチックの有機結 合剤 1が廃棄処理した場合時間経過に伴って分解され易く、 もう一つの主要な構 成要素である钦磁性体粉末 2には鉄粉や F e及び S iを含む台金粉末が用いられ て安全性が保証されているため、 廃棄処理やリサイクル使用に好都合なものであ 。
因みに、 物系生分解性プラスチックに関しては、 ^ーヒドロキシ酪酸及び ーヒドロキシ吉草酸から成る微生物産生の共重合ポリエステルが製品名バイォ ポールとして市販されている。 一方、 開発中のものでは微生物及びアルカリゲネ ス属細菌によるバイオポリエステル生合成によるもの, 酢酸菌の一種から生産さ れるバイオポリマ一, 下水処理の有効利用として微生物の蘭体内に生分解性のポ リエステルを生成するもの等が知られている。
又、 化学合成系生分解性プラスチックに関しては、 グリコール及び脂肪族ジカ ルボン酸を原料として縮重合法で合成される脂肪族系ポリエステル (製品名ピオ ノーレ) , ? L酸の環状 2量体の開環重合で生産されたもの (製品名ラクティ) , 脂肪族の線状ポリエステルによる高分子量ポリカプトラク トン (製品名ブラクセ ルー H) , fl旨肪族系ポリエステル樹旨ポリ力プロラク トン (製品名トーン) 等が 市販されている。 一方、 開発中のものでは、 脂肪族系エステルをベースとした化 学合成による共重合体によるもの, 生分解性繊維によるもの等が知られている。 更に、 天然高分子系生分解性プラスチックに関しては、 デンプンを主成分とし た変性 P V A等とのポリマーァロイ (製品名マタービー) , デンプン質を主成分 に天然又は合流添加剤を加えて生産したもの (製品名ノボン) 等が市販されてい る。 一方、 開発中のものではキトサン, セルロース, デンプンの共重合体による ものや、 ポリ力プロラク トンにデンプンを添加したもの等力《知られている。
ところで、 この複合磁性体 3における磁気特性は、 互いに異なる周波数領域に 出現する複数の磁気共鳴を有することにより、 広帯域に亘る周波数領域で所望の 磁気損失特性が得られている。
即ち、 このような複合磁性体 3は、 上述したように廃棄処理時の安全性を保証 でき、 リサイクル使用が容易となる他、 所望の優れた高周波透磁率特性を有し、 且つ電気的な非良導性を与え得るものとなり、 電波吸収体としての対空間ィンピ 一ダンス整合に有効となる。
そこで、 このような複合磁性体 3を薄板状に加工して金属製薄板上に積層する ことによって、 電磁干渉の抑制を目的とする電磁干渉抑制体とすることができる。 但し、 この電磁干渉抑制体では、 複合磁性体 3における相異なる周波数領域に出 現する複数の磁気共鳴のうち、 最も低い周波数領域に現れる磁気共鳴が、 所望す る電磁干渉抑制周波数帯域の下限よりも低い周波数領域にあることが望ましい。 電磁干渉抑制体は、 複合磁性体 3の表面に誘電体層を形成した上、 これを金網 等の導電性支持体を介在させて多重積層して得られる。 この積層構造においては、 渦電流損が低減される効果がある。 このような電磁干渉抑制体を実際に高周波電 子機器の電磁干渉抑制該当箇所に設ける場合には、 適当な大きさに切って使用す る。
こうして作製される電磁干渉抑制体の特性は、 第 2図に示すような特性評価用 の評価装置で調べることができる。 この評価装置は、 銅板 8上に複合磁性体 3を 積層して成る電磁干渉抑制体 1 0の複合磁性体 3側の近傍に電磁界波源用発信器 6に接続された微小ループアンテナ 4、 並びにネッ トワークアナライザ等の電磁 界強度測定器 7に接続された微小ループアンテナ 5を配備して成る。 尚、 電磁干 渉抑制体 1 0としては銅板 8が裏打ちされた厚さ 2 mmで一辺の長さが 2 0 c m の複合磁性体 3を用い、 微小ループアンテナ 4 , 5にはループ径 1 . 5 mmのも のを用いた。
この評価装置では、 電磁界波源用発信器 6から微小ループアンテナ 4を介して 所定の強度の電磁波を電磁干渉抑制体 1 0へ向けて発信し、 電磁干渉抑制体 1 0 との間の結合レベルを微小ループアンテナ 5を介して電磁界強度測定器 7で測定 することによって、 電磁干渉抑制体 1 0の性能を評価することができる。
そこで、 以下は、 このような複合磁性体 3の製造工程. 磁気特性並びに電磁干 渉抑制性能の評価について、 具体的に説明する。
複合磁性体 3を製造する場合、 最初に水ァトマイズ法により作製された磁歪定 数スが異なる複数の鉄一珪素合金粉末及び鉄アルミ珪素台金粉末を用意し、 これ らをアトライタ及びピンミルを用いて様々な条件下で粉砕, 延伸. 引裂加工を行 い、 次に炭化水素系有機溶媒中で酸素分圧 3 5 %の窒素一酸素混合ガスを導入し ながら 8時間撹拌して液相中徐酸処理を施した後、 分級処理を施して異方性磁界 の異なる複数の粉末試料を得る。 ここで得られた粉末を表面分析した結果、 金属 酸化物の生成が明確に確認され、 試料粉末の表面における酸化被膜の存在が認め られた。
尚、 粉枠, 延伸, 引裂加工処理された鉄 -珪素合金粉末及び鉄アルミ珪素合金 粉末を減圧乾燥し、 これらを酸素分圧 2 0 %の窒素一酸素混合ガス^囲気中で気 相徐酸した試料に関しても、 その表面に金属酸化物力検出され、 複合磁性体 3と して用いることができる少なくともその表面が酸化された钦磁性体粉末が液相中 徐酸法或 、は気相中徐酸法により作製できることが確認された。
更に、 複合磁性体 3の製造及び磁気特性に関する具体的な検証例としては、 以 下のサンプル 1〜3として示すものが挙げられる。 但し、 ここでの各試料に関す る磁気特性の測定には、 トロイダル形状に加工された複合磁性体試料を用い、 こ れを 1ターンコイルを形成するテストフィクスチヤに挿入し、 インピーダンスを 計測することによって実部透磁率 ' 及び磁気共鳴周波数 f rを求めた。
[サンプル 1 ]
サンプル 1は、 扁平状钦磁性体 (F e— A 1— S i合金) 微粉末 A [平均粒径: = 2 0 // m x 0 . 3 / m t , 磁歪の大きさ : + 0. 7 2 , 焼鈍処理:無し] を 9 5重量部, 有機結合剤 1として上述した微生物系生分解性プラスチック, 化学 合成系生分解性ブラスチック, 天然高分子系生分解性プラスチックの製品化され たものの何れか一つを 8重量部, 硬ィヒ剤 (イソシァネート化合物) を 2重量部, 溶剤 (セルソルブ系混合溶剤) を 4 0重量部とする配合による砍磁性体ペースト を調合し、 これをドクターブレード法により製膜し、 熱プレスを施した後に 8 5 °Cで 24時間キュアリングを行って得たものである。
このサンプル 1を走査型電子顕微鏡を用 、て解析したところ、 粒子配列方向は 試料膜面内方向であった。 又、 サンプル 1は粉末充填率が 30%, 実部透磁率 ' が 1 4, 磁気共鳴周波数 f rが 50MH zであった。
尚、 ここでの磁歪の大きさは、 H = 200ェルステツ ドでの歪み量 d l l X 1 0— 6の値である。
[サンプル 2]
サンプル 2は、 扁平状钦磁性体 (F e— A 1 — S i合金) 微粉末 B [平均粒径: 0 = 2 0 ^mx 0. 3 / ml , 磁歪の大きさ : + 0. 72, 焼鈍処理条件: 65 0 °C X 2時間] を 95重量部, 有機結合剤 1として上述した微生物系生分解性プ ラスチック, 化学合成系生分解性プラスチック, 天然高分子系生分解性プラスチ ックの製品化されたものの何れか一つを 8重量部, 硬化剤 (ィソシァネート化台 物) を 2重量部. 溶剤 (セルソルブ系混合溶剤) を 40重量部とする配合による 钦磁性体ペーストを調合し、 これをドクターブレード法により製膜し、 熱プレス を施した後に 85°Cで 24時間キュアリングを行って得たものである。
このサンプル 2を走査型電子顕微鏡を用 L、て解析したところ、 粒子配列方向は 試料膜面内方向であった。 又、 サンプル 2は粉末充填率が 29%, 実部透磁率 が 1 6 , 磁気共鳴周波数 ί rが 30 MH zであつた。
[サンプル 3]
サンプル 3は、 扁平状砍磁性体 (F e— A 1 — S i合金) 微粉末 E [平均粒径: φ = 2 Ο μτηχ θ. 4 μτηι , 磁歪の大きさ :ほぼ 0 ] を 95重量部, 有機結台 剤 1として上述した微生物系生分解性プラスチック, 化学合成系生分解性プラス チック, 天然高分子系生分解性プラスチックの製品化されたものの何れか一つを 8重量部, 硬化剤 (イソシァネート化合物) を 2重量部, 溶剤 (セルソルブ系混 合溶剤) を 40重量部とする配合による軟磁性体ペーストを調合し、 これをドク ターブレード法により製膜し、 熱プレスを施した後に 85°Cにて 24時間キュア リングを行って得たものである。
このサンプル 3を走査型電子顕微鏡を用レ、て解析したところ、 粒子配列方向は 試料膜面内方向であった。 又、 サンプル 3は粉末充填率が 3 1%, 実部透磁率 が 1 7 , 磁気共鳴周波数 f rが 2 5 MH zであった。
第 3図は、 これらのサンプル 1、 サンプル 2およびサンプル 3の周波数 f (M H z ) に対する実部透磁率 a ' ) の測定値を、 それぞれ、 曲線 C l、 C 2及び C 3で示す。
同図において、 磁気共鳴周波数 f rは、 正の磁歪定数 λを有する磁性粉末を用 いたサンプル 1のもの力《最も高いことが分かる。 また、 実部透磁率 の値は、 ii¾定数スがほぼ 0であるサンプル 3のもの力最も大きくなつている。 又、 曲線 C 2として示されるサンプル 2に関しては、 サンプル 1で用いた磁性粉末に焼鈍 処理を施したものを原料粉末に用いたものであるが、 磁気共鳴周波数 f r及び実 部透磁率 μ ' の値の何れもサンプル 1及びサンプル 3の中間に位置されている。 これらの結果から、 生分解性プラスチックに関しては、 何れの分類に属する製 品を用いても磁気特性には影響を与えず、 複合磁性体の有機結合剤として利用で きることが判る。 又、 磁気特性に関しては磁歪定数 Iを 0でない値とし、 更に焼 鈍により残留歪み量を変化させれば、 透磁率の周波数特性を広い範囲にて制御で きることが判る。 産業上の利用可能性
以上に述べたように、 本発明の複台磁性体及びそれを用いた電磁干渉抑制体に よれば、 扁平状の軟磁性体粉末を有機結合剤中に分散させて成る所望の磁気特性 を保持した絶縁性钦磁性体としての複合磁性体における有機結合剤に生分解性プ ラスチックを使用し、 钦磁性体粉末に鉄粉, 或いは少なくとも F e及び S iを含 む合金粉末を用いているため、 廃棄処理時の安全性を保証できてリサイクル性に 富むようになる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1. 扁平状の钦磁性体粉末を有機結合剤中に分散させて成る複台磁性体におい て、 前記有機結合剤は生分解性プラスチックであることを特徴とする複合磁性体。
2. 請求項 1記載の複合磁性体において、 前記生分解性プラスチックは、 微生 物系, 化学合成系, 天然高分子系の何れかであることを特徴とする複合磁性体。
3. 請求項 1又は 2記載の複合磁性体において、 前記钦磁性体粉末は、 鉄粉, 或いは少なくとも F e及び S iを含む合金粉末であることを特徴とする複合磁性 体。
4. 請求項 1〜 3の何れか一つに記載の複合磁性体と、 導電性材料とから成る ことを特徴とする電磁干渉抑制体。
5. 請求項 4記載の電磁干渉抑制体において、 前記複合磁性体は、 互いに異な る周波数領域に出現する複数の磁気共鳴を有することを特徴とする電磁干渉抑制 体。
