Abstract

La présente invention concerne des améliorations de traitement de transactions en ligne (OLTP) dans des environnements d'informatique distribuée. L'invention concerne également des mécanismes améliorés de mise en oeuvre de systèmes OLTP indépendants (matériel et système d'exploitation) d'une conception architecturale souple. Des clients à distance peuvent communiquer de manière transparente avec un logiciel OLTP grâce à la mise en oeuvre d'appel de procédures à distance d'une grande souplesse. Une fonction de répartition regroupant des transactions client dans un service répartiteur permet de minimaliser l'utilisation d'une largeur de bande réseau. On gère le transfert de messages en utilisant une technique souple d'objets messages indépendante des types de données et du système d'exploitation. En outre, on crée une interface explorateur Web permettant de relier d'une manière satisfaisante différents clients utilisateurs aux systèmes OLTP configurés.
