Abstract

Multi-Mode-Mobilfunktelefone arbeiten in mindestens zwei Betriebsarten. Eine davon ist der Betrieb in einem öffentlichen Mobilfunknetz (GSM-Netz). Die zweite Betriebsart ist der private, lokale Betrieb nach der DECT-Norm für Schnurlos-Telefone. Die zweite Betriebsart wird so auszugestalten, daß die Geräte einander unter Einbeziehung der jeweiligen Mobilfunk-Rufnummern identifizieren, die ihnen durch die SIM-Karten für die erste Betriebsart zugeordnet sind. Dadurch wird es möglich, lokale private Verbindungen aufzubauen, bei denen nur ein Teilnehmer dem autorisierten Teilnehmerkreis angehören braucht, insbesondere nur der angerufene Teilnehmer. Außerdem können auch Direktverbindungen (peer to peer) zwischen den Mobilfunkteilnehmern vorgesehen werden, ohne Beanspruchung des Mobilfunknetzes.
