Abstract

Zur Mikrodissection und Aspiration von Zellen dient eine Vorrichtung, bei der eine Glaskapillare in einer Stahlkanüle geführt ist und darin längs ihrer Längsachse verschiebbar ist. Vorzugsweise werden Glaskapillare und Kanüle mit einem einzigen Mikromanipulator geführt. Dadurch wird die Gewinnung von Zellen wesentlich erleichtert und der Zeitaufwand auf wenige Minuten verkürzt. Dies ermöglicht den Einsatz der molekularen Diagnostik aus morphologischen Präparaten auch für klinische Routinelabors.
