Description

ここで、 Mは Z r、 V、 C r、 Mn、 F e、 C o、 N i、 C u、 T i、 Mo、 W、 C a、 L i、 M g S i、 Aし P d、 B eより選ばれる 1種類以上の金属 元素であり、 Xは Y、 L a、 C e、 Sm、 M d、 H f 、 Nb、 T aから選ばれる 1種類以上の金属元素からなる。
9 9≤ a≤ 1 00 0≤ b≤ 1
ただし、 Z rはジルコニウム、 Mは V、 C r、 M n , F e、 C o、 N i、 C u、 T i、 Mo、 W、 C a、 L i、 Mg、 S i、 A l、 P d、 B eより選ばれる 1種 類以上の金属元素であり、 Xは Y、 L a、 C e、 Sm、 Md、 H f 、 Nb、 T a
A 1、 C u、 N iが特に好ましく、 Xは H i が好ましい。
Z r c A 1 di C u d2 N i d3 H f e
