Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil autorisant un abonné d'un réseau numérique à intégration de services (RNIS) à établir une connexion permanente ou semi-permanente avec un réseau de données à l'aide du canal D, sous forme de connexion de faible vitesse et faible coût. Cela permet à l'abonné de réaliser des recherches non-interactives, par exemple, sur l'Internet et d'agir ainsi comme fournisseur de données (hôte) dans le réseau.
