Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour indiquer des prix, des désignations d'article et des informations similaires sur des supports de marchandise dans les grands magasins et les entrepôts. Ce dispositif est caractérisé par un système d'affichage graphique comportant des cellules d'image bistables nécessitant donc un apport d'énergie uniquement lors de la modification du contenu de l'image. L'affichage de la désignation de l'article conjointement avec son prix ainsi que d'autres informations simplifie l'installation du dispositif, une référence étant établie entre le numéro d'article de la marchandise à étiqueter, un numéro d'identification de l'étiquette électronique et un numéro d'identification de l'emplacement de la marchandise sur son support, auxquels s'ajoutent la désignation de l'article et le prix de l'article mémorisés dans une centrale de commande grâce à un appareil mobile de saisie des données, le tout formant un ensemble de données article. Le dispositif d'affichage posé sur le support de marchandise possède une zone d'image constituée de canaux d'affichage parallèles reliés avec des canaux de dépassement de capacité non visibles. Au moins deux fluides contrastants sont refoulés dans les canaux d'affichage par des micropompes travaillant en alternance, en fonction du contenu d'image à produire, la qualité d'image exigée étant assurée par un circuit à verrouillage de phase dans lequel sont intégrés les micropompes et les capteurs.
