一种交通工具用的防盗装置 发明领域
本发明涉及一种防盗装置, 具体说涉及一种用于交通工具的操纵机构 的防盗装置。
发明背景
目前所知与本发明相近似的机械防盗装置主要有两种。 一种是方向 盘锁, 该锁附装于车辆的方向盘轴上。 使用时可以用锁舌卡住方向盘 轴, 禁止方向盘转动。 另一种是变速杆锁 (如实用新型专利
CN2223223Y ) , 这种锁将变速杆分为以钢丝绳相连的上、 下两段, 上 段附有可由钥匙控制的滑动体, 该滑动体可与下段连接。 转动钥匙使 滑动体与下段分离, 则上段的运动不会传递至被操纵部件。 但这两种 锁都存在不足。 前者可以用加大扭矩破坏锁舌或锁体的方法解除锁固; 后者可以用特定物代替上段的方法恢复汽车操纵机构的功能。
本发明的目的是提供一种简易、 可靠的用于交通工具的防盗装置, 该装置设置在操纵机构中, 是传递搡纵动作的一个环节, 在防盗状态 下, 所述装置不仅能中断操纵传动, 而且还能锁定操纵传动构件。 因 此, 除非对车体采用破坏性手段, 否则不能解除该防盗装置的防盗作 用。
发明概述
为达到上述目的, 根据本发明提供了一种用于交通工具的防盗装 置, 其特征在于包括:
用以支撑所述防盗装置并安装在车体上的安装件;
连接于手动搡作构件的连接件;
在编码装置的控制下可动的锁装置; 以及
可滑动但不可转动地设置在交通工具转向轴或变速传动杆或其他操 纵传动构件上的可动件, 当所述锁装置运动时所述可动件借助于可动 件和锁装置之间的传动装置可在第一和第二位置之间移动, 在所述第 一位置所述可动件与所述安装件啮合, 并同时与所述连接件脱离啮合, 而在所述第二位置所述可动件与所述连接件啮合, 并同时与所述安装 件脱离啮合。 所述可动件和所述锁装置之间的传动装置由设置在锁装置上的偏心销 和设置在所述可动件上的槽构成, 所述槽的延伸方向大致垂直于所述可动 件的移动方向, 所述偏心销与所述槽啮合。
所述可动件通过键或花键设置在所述转向轴或变速传动杵上。
所述可动件上设置有大致沿所述可动件的移动方向延伸的凹口, 所述 变速传动杆的端部位于所述凹口内, 使得可动件可相对于变速传动杵沿其 横向滑动但不可相对转动。
所述可动件与所述安装件之间的啮合由分别设置在可动件和安装件上 的相应的齿实现, 而所述可动件与所述连接件之间的啮合则由分别设置在 可动件和连接件上的相应的齿实现。
所述手动操作构件是方向盘或转向把手等。
所述手动操作构件是变速手柄, 其一端连接于所述变速传动杆并可绕 轴线转动地设置在连接件上, 所述变速手柄的所述转动轴线与变速传动杵 的轴线相大致垂直。
所述变速手柄与所述变速传动杆的连接是球窝连接。
所述可动件和所述安装件之间的啮合由固定在安装件上的凸起与设置 在可动件上的相应凹槽的啮合实现, 所述可动件和所述连接件之间的啮合 则由设置在可动件上的凸起与设置在连接件上的相应凹槽的啮合实现。
所述安装件固定在所述车体上。
所述连接件和所述变速传动杆的所述端部绕一根短轴可转动地安装在 安装件上, 而所述安装件则可转动地安装在所述车体上, 其中所述短轴的 轴线与所述安装件的转动轴线大致垂直。
本发明的防盗装置结构简单, 因此制造成本低廉。 另外, 本发明的 防盗装置设置在车体内的操纵机构中, 如果没有钥匙之类的编码装置, 几乎不可能解除本发明的防盗装置的锁固状态。 而且, 根据本发明的 防盗装置处在防盗状态时有中断操纵传动和锁定转向轴或变速传动杆 的双重作用, 因此防盗效果更加可靠。

发明的详细描述
图 1示出了根据本发明的防盗装置的一个实施例。 该实施例可用于 交通工具的转向操纵机构中, 即用于机动车辆或船等的转向轴 5 上。 根据本发明, 防盗装置 19 主要包括一连接件 1, 一安装件 3, —可动 件 2 和一在编码装置(图中所示的编码装置是钥匙, 但也可以是一拨 码盘或磁卡等) 的控制下可动的锁装置。 安装件 3 固定在车体上, 转 向轴 5 穿过安装件 3上的孔延伸并可相对于安装件 3转动。 连接件 1 安装在转向轴 5 上, 并在转向轴的轴向上与安装件 3 隔开一定距离, 并可相对于转向轴 5转动。 所述连接件 1 由一限位螺母 10保持在转向 轴 5的指定轴向位置。 在连接件 1上连接有手动操作构件(未示出) , 如汽车或船用方向盘, 或者摩托车的把手等。
可动件 2设置在连接件 1和安装件 3之间。 该可动件 2以其内孔通 过花键或键 15安装在转向轴 5上, 这样可动件 2可相对于转向轴 5沿 其轴向滑动, 但相对于转向轴 5 不可转动。 在可动件 2 的外周面上加 工有一个槽 16, 所述槽所限定的平面大致与转向轴 5的轴向垂直。
在安装件 3和连接件 1之间还设有一个容纳锁装置的锁体 7, 锁装 置内设有在钥匙(未示出) 的控制下可转动的锁芯轴 9 (图中仅示意性 地示出) , 锁芯轴 9的转动轴线大致垂直于所述转向轴 5的转动轴线。 锁芯轴 9以传统方式插在锁芯 8 内, 并且锁芯轴 9在朝向转向轴的一 端固定地连接于拨动轴 6。 锁芯 8, 锁芯轴 9和拨动轴 6同轴。 这样, 当锁芯轴 9转动时就可带动拨动轴 6转动, 并且拨动轴 6的转动轴线 亦大致垂直于转向轴的转动轴线。 在拨动轴 6 上与锁芯轴 9 对置并朝 向转向轴 5的一端上固定有一个偏心销 4, 该偏心销 4恰与设置在可动 件外周面上的槽 16啮合。 这样, 当拨动轴 6转动时, 通过偏心销 4与 槽 16的啮合就可使可动件 2在图 1 中所示的靠近安装件 3和靠近连接 件 1这两个位置之间沿转向轴 5移动。
在可动件 2上沿转向轴 5的轴向的两个端部上分别加工有齿 17, 17', 齿 17, 17,沿可动件 2 的端面分布并可呈任何形式。 同时在安装 件 3和连接件 1面对可动件 2的端部上亦分别加工有相应的齿 18, 18,。 可动件 2上的齿 17, 17,可以分别与安装件 3和连接件 1上的齿 18, 18, 啮合。
图 1 中所示的防盗装置 19的操作如下: 当操作者希望使防盗装置 处于防盗状态时, 他可将钥匙插入锁芯轴 9 并转动一定角度, 这样偏 心销 4亦绕拨动轴 6的轴线转动了相应的角度。 通过偏心销 4与可动 件 2上的槽 16的啮合, 偏心销 4绕拨动轴 6的轴线的转动就迫使可动 件 2离开连接件 1而朝安装件 3移动。 这样可动件上的齿 17,与连接件 1上的齿 18,脱离啮合, 同时可动件上的齿 17与安装件 3上的齿 18进 入啮合。 此时, 防盗装置 19 即进入防盗状态。 在此防盗状态下, 转动 方向盘或把手只能使其在转向轴上空转, 而不能带动方向盘转动。 同 时, 由于安装件 3固定在车体上并且可动件 2的齿 17与安装件 3的齿 18啮合, 因此转向轴 5 被锁定在车体上而不能转动。 如果操作者希望 防盗装置处于非防盗状态, 即图 1 所示的状态, 他只需将钥匙插入锁 芯轴并反向转动相应的角度即可。
图 2示出了根据本发明的防盗装置的另一实施例。 根据本实施例的 防盗装置 20 可用于这样一种变速操纵机构中, 即在换档时不仅需使变 速传动杆 21 绕其轴线转动, 还需使它沿其轴线移动。 沿轴线的移动用 于选择档位, 绕轴线的转动用于挂入档位。 图 2所示的防盗装置 20的 结构和操作原理与图 1所示的防盗装置 19类似, 所不同之处是为了实 现选择档位的功能, 增加了使变速传动杵 21 沿其轴线移动的机构。 所 以, 在下文中将省略防盗装置 20与防盗装置 19相同部分的描述。
在防盗装置 20的连接件 22上设置有一个孔 23, 孔 23容纳变速传 动杆 21的上端并允许变速传动杆 21在其内滑动和转动。 在连接件 22 上, 与孔 23的轴线隔开一定距离设有一个轴销 24, 其轴线大致垂直于 所述孔 23的轴线。 在轴销 24上可转动地设置一变速手柄 25。 变速手 柄 25的一端借助于球窝连接结构连接于所述变速传动杵的上端。 这样, 当搡作者绕轴销 24扳动变速手柄 25 与球窝连接结构对置的一端时, 就可使变速传动杆 21沿其轴线移动。
在防盗装置 20处于图 2所示的非防盗状态下, 操作者绕变速传动 杆 21 的轴线以及沿变速传动杵 21 的轴线方向扳动变速手柄就可使变 速传动杆 21 分别绕其轴线转动和沿其轴线移动, 从而完成换档动作。 当插入并转动钥匙使防盗装置 20 处于防盗状态下 (参照防盗装置 19 所作的描述) 时, 非法使用者沿大致垂直于变速传动杵 21 的轴线方向 扳动手柄只能使连接件 22 空转, 而不能带动变速传动杆 21 转动, 也 就是说不能实现桂档操作, 这样非法使用者就无法使用该交通工具。
图 3和图 4示出了根据本发明的防盗装置的另一实施例。 根据该实 施例的防盗装置 30可用于这样一种变速操作机构, 其中变速传动杆 31 需要绕相互大致垂直的两个轴线转动, 绕其中一个轴线的转动用于选 择档位, 而绕另一个轴线的转动用于挂入档位。
从分解透视图 3A和 3B中可最清楚地看出, 与图 1所示的实施例一 样, 防盗装置 30 亦主要包括一个安装件 32, —个连接件 33, —个可 动件 34和一个在钥匙的控制下可动的锁装置。
安装件 32为圆柱形并安装在支承结构 36上。 支承结构 36可以是 固定在车体上的单独一个构件, 也可以是车体的一部分。 支承结构 36 上有一个与安装件 32 的外圆柱表面相配合的内圆柱表面, 这样在将安 装件 32 安装在支承结构 36上之后安装件将可绕其圆柱形的轴线相对 于车体转动。 在安装件 32上形成有一个大致垂直于安装件 32 的轴线 贯通延伸的空腔 37, 用以容纳连接件 33和变速传动杆 31 的一端。 在 安装件 32 上设置有一根与安装件 32 的轴线大致垂直并横向穿过所述 空腔 37的短轴, 用以将连接件 33和变速传动杆 31可转动地支承在其 上。
连接件 33由圆柱形的主体部分 39和连接部分 40构成。 在主体部 分 39上形成有一个与圆柱形的主体部分 39 的轴线同轴地延伸的圆柱 形凹腔 41。 凹腔 41的一端敞开, 另一端由主体部分 39的侧壁 42封闭。 在所述侧壁 42上设置有一个与圆柱形凹腔 41和圆柱形主体部分 39同 轴延伸的孔 43。 在組装好后, 通过使短轴 38穿过孔 43而将连接件 33 安装在安装件 32的空腔 37 内, 如图 4B所示, 并如此确定孔 43的大 小, 即使得连接件 33可绕短轴 38自由地转动。
在凹腔 41的圆柱形表面上加工有一个长形的贯通开口 44, 用以穿 过变速传动杆 31。 变速传动杆 31的远离变速器的以及穿过开口 44的 一端上也加工有一个孔 45, 用以将变速传动杆 31可转动地安装在短轴 38上。 这样, 通过短轴 38就将连接件 33和变速传动杆 31连接于安装 件 32上, 并且连接件 33、 变速传动杆 31和安装件 32可绕短轴 38相 互转动。 因此, 开口 44的长度方向应大致垂直于凹腔 41和孔 43的轴 线延伸并足够长, 以允许连接件 33 可以相对于变速传动杆 31 转动一 定的角度。
连接件 33的连接部分 40设置在主体部分 39上, 并在连接部分 40 上形成有一个大致与开口 44 对置并从主体部分 39径向向外延伸的通 孔 46。 通孔 46通向凹腔 41。 通过通孔 46和一变速手柄 47的为圆周 面之间的固定连接如压配合及焊接等, 可使变速手柄 47 固定连接于连 接件 33上, 如图 4A和 4B所示。
在变速手柄 47上沿其轴向设置有一个与通孔 46 同轴的通孔 48。 在通孔 46和通孔 48 内设置所述锁装置。 该锁装置同样具有一个可在 钥匙的控制下转动的锁芯轴 35和一个拨动轴 49。 在锁芯轴 35和拨动 轴 49之间, 一个传动杆 50借助于图中所示的榫槽连接之类的结构将 锁芯轴 35和拨动轴 49连接在一起, 以便将锁芯轴 35的转动传递给拨 动轴 49。
在上述凹腔 41内设置有一个可动件 34,可动件 34有一个与凹腔 41 的圆柱形内表面相应的圆柱形外表面, 这样可动件 34 可沿凹腔 41 的 轴线方向滑动。 在可动件 34的外圆柱形表面上加工有一个与可动件 34 的滑动方向大致垂直的槽 51。 当装在凹腔 41内时, 所述可动件的槽 51 恰可与设置在拨动轴 49上的一个偏心销 52啮合。 这样, 当锁芯轴 35 顺时针或逆时针转动时, 就可使可动件 34 在凹腔 41 内沿其轴向往返 移动。
在可动件 34上对应于连接件开口 44的位置加工有一个凹口 53。 该凹口 53大致沿可动件 34的移动方向延伸, 即沿短轴 38的轴向延伸。 该凹口 53如此成形, 即该凹口内可容纳变速传动杆 31穿过短轴 38的 一端, 使得可动件 34 可相对于变速传动杆 31 沿其横向移动, 但不可 相对转动。
在可动件 34上面向连接件 33的侧壁 42的一端, 设置有数个凸起 54, 并且凸起 54的延伸方向与凹口 53的延伸方向相同。 在可动件 34 的侧壁 42上设置有与所述凸起 54对应的数个凹槽 55。 这样当可动件 34移向侧壁 42时, 所述凸起 54可与所述凹槽 55啮合。 同样, 在安装 件 32的空腔 37靠近连接件 33的凹腔 41无侧壁 42的一侧上设置有凸 起 56, 所述凸起 56可制成为一个独立的零件, 然后通过焊接或铆钉固 定在空腔 37的所述一侧上, 如图 3和 4所示; 所述凸起 56也可与安 装件 32制成一体。 所述凸起 56的形状和尺寸与凹口 53相对应, 这样 当可动件 34离开连接件侧壁 42向凸起 56移动时,可动件 34的凹口 53 就与所述凸起 56啮合。
根据该实施例的防盗装置 30組装后的状态可见图 4A和 4B, 其操 作过程如下:
如果操作者希望防盗装置 30 处于防盗状态, 只需将钥匙插入锁芯 轴 35并转动一定角度,这样通过传动杆 50和拨动轴 49以及偏心销 52, 使得可动件 34在连接件凹腔 41 内沿短轴 38 的轴向即变速传动杆 31 的端部移向安装件 32上的凸起 56, 直至可动件 34的凹口 53与安装件 凸起 56啮合, 并且可动件上的凸起 54与连接件侧壁 42上的凹槽 55 脱离啮合。 在这种状态下, 由于可动件凸起 54与连接件凹槽 55 不再 啮合, 所以绕短轴 38扳动变速手柄 47只能使变速手柄 47在短轴 38 上空转, 而不能将转动传递给变速传动杆 31, 同时由于可动件凹口 53 与安装件凸起 56啮合并且变速传动杆 31相对于可动件 34不能摆动, 这样等于相对于安装件 32锁定了变速传动杵 31使之不能绕短轴 38摆 动, 因此在这种状态下就不能完成有效的换档操作。 如果使用者希望 防盗装置处于非防盗状态, 他只需将钥匙反向转动相应的角度, 此时 可动件 34移向连接件侧壁 42, 可动件上的凸起 54与连接件側壁 42上 的凹槽 55啮合, 同时可动件凹口 53与安装件凸起 56脱离啮合。 在这 种状态下, 就相当于变速传动杆 31 与连接件 33 固定为一体。 因此绕 安装件 32的轴线扳动变速手柄 47就可使变速传动杆 31绕安装件 32 的轴线摆动, 从而完成选档操作; 而绕短轴 38扳动变速手柄 47就可 使变速传动杆 31绕短轴 38摆动, 从而完成挂档操作。
以上参照优选实施例详细描述了本发明。 但应当理解本领域的熟练 技术人员在本发明的精神和范围内可对本发明作出多种改动或改进。 因此, 本发明的范围不受上述实施例的具体结构的限制, 而应由所附 的权利要求书限定。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种用于交通工具的操纵机构中的防盗装置, 其特征在于包 括:
用以支撑所述防盗装置并安装在车体上的安装件;
连接于手动操作构件的连接件;
在编码装置的控制下可动的锁装置; 以及
可滑动但不可转动地设置在交通工具转向轴或变速传动杵或其他 传动构件上的可动件, 当所述锁装置运动时所述可动件借助于可动件 和锁装置之间的传动装置可在第一和第二位置之间移动, 在所述第一 位置所述可动件与所述安装件啮合, 并同时与所述连接件脱离啮合, 而在所述第二位置所述可动件与所述连接件啮合, 并同时与所述安装 件脱离啮合。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述可动件和所述 锁装置之间的传动装置由设置在锁装置上的偏心销和设置在所述可动 件上的槽构成, 所述槽的延伸方向大致垂直于所述可动件的移动方向, 所述偏心销与所述槽啮合。
3- 如权利要求 1 所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述可动件通过键 或花键设置在所述转向轴或变速传动杆上。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述可动件上设置 有大致沿所述可动件的移动方向延伸的凹口, 所述变速传动杆的端部 位于所述凹口内, 使得可动件可相对于变速传动杆沿其横向滑动但不 可相对转动。
5. 如权利要求 1或 3所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述可动件与 所述安装件之间的啮合由分别设置在可动件和安装件上的相应的齿实 现, 而所述可动件与所述连接件之间的啮合则由分别设置在可动件和 连接件上的相应的齿实现。
6. 如权利要求 1或 3所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述手动操作 构件是方向盘或转向把手等。
7- 如权利要求 1或 3所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述手动搡作 构件是变速手柄, 其一端连接于所述变速传动杆并可绕轴线转动地设 置在连接件上, 所述变速手柄的所述转动轴线与变速传动杆的轴线相 大致垂直。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述变速手柄与所 述变速传动杆的连接是球窝连接。
9- 如权利要求 1或 4所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述可动件和 所述安装件之间的啮合由固定在安装件上的凸起与设置在可动件上的 相应凹槽的啮合实现, 所述可动件和所述连接件之间的啮合则由设置 在可动件上的凸起与设置在连接件上的相应凹槽的啮合实现。
10. 如权利要求 1 或 3 所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述安装件 固定在所述车体上。
11. 如权利要求 1 或 4 所述的防盗装置, 其特征在于所述连接件 和所述变速传动杆的所述端部绕一根短轴可转动地安装在安装件上, 而所述安装件则可转动地安装在所述车体上, 其中所述短轴的轴线与 所述安装件的转动轴线大致垂直。
