Abstract

Verfahren zum Tiefziehen von Kavitäten (2) in dünne Metallfolien (3), vorzugsweise doppelseitig mit Kunststoff beschichtete Alu-Verbundfolien von Blisterpackungen (1), bei welchem ein Ziehstempel (6) mit konvex gerundetem Stirnende (7) die plan zwischen Niederhalter (10) und Matrize (12) liegende Metallfolie (3) in eine Matrizenöffnung (13) unter Bildung einer konkav ausgerundeten Kavitäten-Bodenfläche (Boden 16) einstößt (Umformungs-Erstschritt), gekennzeichnet durch einen Umformungs-Folgeschritt derart, daß die von der Bodenfläche (Boden 16) zum planen Metallfolien-Bereich reichende Mantelwand (19) unter ringförmiger Umfassung durch eine zweite Matrizenöffnung (18) unter Verkleinerung des Kavitäten-Öffnungsrand-Durchmessers (D) in Richtung der Ziehstempel-Achse (x-x) - also in einen steileren Verlauf zur planen Metallfolienebene (E-E) - einwärts verlagert wird.
