Abstract

Es wird eine Tensidkombination für den Einsatz in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln beansprucht, enthaltend C12-C18-Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10%, bezogen auf den Gehalt an C12-C18-Alkylsulfat, und C9-C13-Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1, die sowohl in pulverförmigen bis granularen als auch flüssigen Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden kann.

Description

Tensidkombination, enthaltend spezielle anionische Tenside
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tensidkombination, die spezielle Fettalkylsulfate in Kombination mit Alkylbenzolsulfonaten enthält.
Im Bereich der Textilwäsche in den privaten Haushalten ist in den letzten Jahren die Tendenz zu beobachten, daß die Wäsche bei immer niedrigeren Temperaturen gewaschen wird. Die Hauptwaschtemperaturen liegen zwischen 40 und 60 °C. Auf Kochwäsche wird in den meisten Haushalten verzichtet. Auf der anderen Seite wird aber an die Waschmittel der Anspruch gerichtet, daß die bei den angewendeten Waschtemperaturen über die ganze Bandbreite der in der Haushaltswäsche vorkommenden Verschmutzungen, wie Staub und Hautfett, Kosmetika und Pigmente, die im Wesentlichen aus den Lebensmitteln, Mitteln der dekorativen Kosmetik (Lippenstift, Make-up, Salben etc.) Pflegeartikel, wie Schuhcreme oder aus allgemeinem (Straßen-)Schmutz stammen, eine gleichmäßige und sehr hohe Waschaktivität aufweisen. Die Waschaktivität der meisten aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Tensidkombinationen hat ein Leistungsmaximum bei höheren Temperaturen. Auch die besonders leistungsstarken waschaktiven Substanzen, wie einige anionische Tenside zeigen ihr Aktivitätsmaximum gegenüber bestimmten Anschmutzungen, nicht aber über die gesamte Bandbreite der im Haushalt vorkommenden Anschmutzungen. So sind die Alkylbenzolsulfonate beispielsweise insbesondere gegenüber Lippenstift-Anschmutzungen besonders wirksam, sie zeigen jedoch eine Schwäche gegenüber Staub und Hautfett.
In der internationalen Patentanmeldung WO 95/02390 wird ein Tensidsystem beschrieben, das auf aus natürlichen Rohstoffen stammenden Alkylsulfaten basiert, die ein Gemisch aus Alkylkettenlängen enthalten, wobei die Alkylsulfate eine solche Gewichtsverteilung der Alkylkettenlängen aufweisen, daß sie weniger als 20 Gew.-% Alkylketten mit 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, von 30 bis 80 Gew.-% Alkylketten mit 14 Kohlenstoffatomen, von 30 bis 50 Gew.-% Alkylketten mit 16 Kohlenstoffatomen und weniger als 10 Gew.-% Alkylketten mit 18 Kohlenstoffatomen enthalten. Von den Alkylsulfaten ist jedoch bekannt, daß sie bei niedrigeren Waschtemperaturen keine gleichmäßige Aktivität gegenüber allen Anschmutzungen aufweisen. Ihre Leistungsstärke sind Staub/Hautfett/ Anschmutzungen.
Ein weiteres Tensidsystem, das spezielle Fettalkylsulfate enthält, ist in der intern. Patentanmeldung WO 96/21705 offenbart. Die dort beschriebene Tensidzusammen- setzung enthält (a) ein Alkylsulfat-Tensidsystem, das ein Gemisch aus Alkylkettenlängen enthält, wobei die Gewichtsverteilung der Alkylketten derart ist, daß weniger als 20 Gew.-% der Alkylketten eine Kettenlänge kleiner als 14 aufweisen. Als weitere Komponenten enthält die Zusammensetzung (b) ein nichtionisches Tensid und (c) einen Zeolithbuilder, der Zeolith P mit einem Verhältnis von Si : AI nicht größer als 1,33 (Zeolith MAP) umfaßt.
In der GB-A-2 289 687 wird ein pulverförmiges Waschmittel mit einer Dichte von mindestens 650 g/1 beschrieben, das (a) von 1 bis 50 Gew.-% eines Tensidsystems enthält, (b) von 2 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Caliumsalzes und (c) mindestens 1 Gew.-% eines Builders. Das Tensidsystem enthält mindestens 30 Gew.-% eines sulfatierten Tensids, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der Alkylsulfate, Alkylethoxysulfate, sekundären Alkylsulfate und Gemischen daraus. Als Alkylsulfate werden beispielsweise Alkylsulfate mit 14 bis 16 C- Atomen in der Kohlenstoffkette eingesetzt.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Tensidsystem zur Verfügung zu stellen, das sowohl in pulverförmigen bis granulären als auch in flüssigen Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden kann und eine verbesserte Waschleistung über eine möglichst große Auswahl verschiedener Arten an Verschmutztingen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ferner sollte das Tensidsystem Komponenten enthalten, die im Handel zu günstigen Preisen erhältlich sind und ökologisch günstige Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Überraschenderweise wurde festgestellt, daß durch Einsatz einer speziellen Kombination aus anionischen Tensiden in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln, ein Optimum an Waschaktivität, bezogen auf verschiedenartige Anschmutzungen, bei gleichbleibender Konzentration der waschaktiven Komponenten aufweisen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist demgemäß eine Tensidkombination für den Einsatz in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln, enthaltend C12-Cι8- Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen und der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit mehr als 16 Kohlenstoffatomen jeweils kleiner ist als 10 %, bezogen auf den Gehalt an Ci2-C18-Alkylsulfat, und Cg-Cπ-Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist in den verwendeten Cι2-Cι8- Alkylsulfaten der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit mehr als 16 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner als 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Gehalt an C12-Cι8- Alkylsulfaten.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt in den verwendeten C12-C18- Alkylsulfaten der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit mehr als 16 Kohlenstoffatomen über 10 und unter 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Gehalt an Cj2-C18- Alkylsulfaten.
Besonders gute Waschergebnisse werden erhalten, wenn in den C12-C18- Alkylsulfaten der Anteil der Alkylsulfate mit einer mit einer Kettenlänge von 14 Kohlenstoffatomen von 40 bis 80 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die C12-C18-Alkylsulfate, beträgt.
Die in der erfindungsgemäßen Tensidkombination enthaltenen Cι2-C18-Alkylsulfate sind bekannte anionische Tenside, die durch Sulfierung der entsprechenden Alkohole erhalten werden können. Der gewünschte Kohlenstoffkettenschnitt kann eingestellt werden, indem die entsprechenden aus natürlichen Rohstoffquellen oder synthetische hergestellte Alkohole mit entsprechender Kettenlängenverteilung oder wenn entsprechende, reine Ausgangsverbindungen eingesetzt werden.
Auch die C8-C18-Alkylbenzolsulfonate sind bekannte anionische Tenside, die durch Sulfonieren der C8-C18-Monoolefιne mit end- oder innenständiger Doppelbindung mit gasförmigem Schwefeltrioxid und anschließende alkalische oder saure Hydrolyse der Sulfonierungsprodukte erhält, erhalten werden können. Üblicherweise werden die C9-C0- Alkylbenzolsulfonate eingesetzt; auf höherkettige Alkylbenzolsulfonate wird weitestgehend verzichtet.
In einer bevorzugten AusfLlhrungsform liegen die C12-Cι8-Alkylsulfate und die C9-C13- Alkylbenzolsulfonate vorzugsweise in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 4 : 1 vor.
Die erfindungsgemäße Tensidkombination ist zum Einsatz in pulverförmigen bis granulären als auch flüssigen Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln geeignet.
Die Tenside können den Mitteln sowohl als Einzelsubstanzen als auch in Form von Com- pounds zugesetzt werden. Die Compounds werden vorzugsweise mittels Granulierverfahren, insbesondere in der Wirbelschicht, hergestellt.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand sind demgemäß pulverförmige bis granuläre Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, die die erfindungsgemäße Tensidkombination in Kombination mit weiteren üblichen Bestandteilen enthalten.
Noch ein weiterer Gegenstand sind flüssige Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, die die erfϊn- dungsgemäße Tensidkombination, ein geeignetes Lösungsmittel sowie ggf. weitere übliche Bestandteile enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen pulverförmigen bis granulären oder flüssigen Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel enthalten die C12-Cι8- Alkylsulfate aus der Tensidkombination vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel. Die C9-C13- Alkylbenzolsulfonate sind in den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Mittel, enthalten.
Als weitere Bestandteile können die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel weitere anionische Tenside, nichtionische Tenside, Builder sowie ggf. noch weitere Substanzen, die üblicherweise in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln enthalten sind, enthalten. Als weitere anionische Tenside kommen beispielsweise die C8-C22-Olefιnsulfonate, C8- C2 -Alkansulfonate, C8-C22-Alkenylsulfate, Monoester und/oder Diester der Alkylsulfo- bernsteinsäure (Sulfosuccinate), C6-C18-Alkylpolyglykolethersulfonate, C8-C22-Fett- säureestersulfonate, C8-C2 -Alkylethersulfate, Glycerinethersulfonate, Glycerinethersul- fate, Hydroxymischethersulfate, Monoglyceridsulfate, Sulfoglyceride, Amidsäuren, C6- C18-Fettsäureamidethersulfate, C6-C18-Alkyl(ether)carboxylate, Fettsäureisethionate, N- C6-C16-Acyl-Sarcosinate, N-C6-Cι8-Acyl-Tauride, C6-C!8-Alkyloligoglycosidsulfate, C6- C18-Alkyl -Phosphate, Seifen sowie deren Mischungen in Betracht. Die anionischen Tenside können in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder Ammoniumsalze sowie als lösliche Salze organischer Basen, wie Mono-, Di- oder Triethanolamin, vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegen die anionischen Tenside in Form ihrer Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze, insbesondere in Form der Natriumsalze, vor.
Der Gehalt der Mittel an weiteren anionischen Tensiden beträgt vorzugsweise bis zu 10 Gew.-%.
Als nichtionische Tenside können die Mittel C8-Cι8-Alkoholalkoxylate, Alkylpoly- glykoside, alkoxylierte, vorzugsweise ethoxylierte oder ethoxylierte und propoxylierte C8-Cι8-Fettsäurealkylester, N-Fettalkyl- Aminoxide, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide oder deren Gemische eingesetzt werden.
Als nichtionische Tenside werden vorzugsweise alkoxylierte, vorteilhafterweise ethoxylierte, insbesondere primäre Alkohole mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 18 C-Atomen und durchschnittlich 1 bis 12 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) pro Mol Alkohol eingesetzt, in denen der Alkoholrest linear oder bevorzugt in 2-Stellung methylverzweigt sein kann bzw. lineare und methylverzweigte Reste im Gemisch enthalten kann, so wie sie üblicherweise in Oxoalkoholresten vorliegen. Insbesondere sind jedoch Alkoholethoxylate mit linearen Resten aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, z.B. aus Kokos-, Palm-, Taigfett- oder Oleylalkohol, und durchschnittlich 2 bis 8 EO pro Mol Alkohol bevorzugt. Zu den bevorzugten ethoxylierten Alkoholen gehören beispielsweise Cι2-C]4-Alkohole mit 3 EO oder 4 EO, C9-Cn -Alkohole mit 7 EO, Cι3-C15-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO, 7 EO oder 8 EO, Cι2-C18- Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO oder 7 EO und Mischungen aus diesen, wie diesen, wie Mischungen aus Cι2-C)4- Alkohol mit 3 EO und Cι2-Cι8- Alkohol mit 7 EO. Die angegebenen Ethoxylierungsgrade stellen statistische Mittelwerte dar, die für ein spezielles Produkt eine ganze oder eine gebrochene Zahl sein können. Bevorzugte Alkoholethoxylate weisen eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung auf (narrow ränge ethoxylates, NRE). Zusätzlich zu diesen nichtionischen Tensiden können auch Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO eingesetzt werden. Beispiele hierfür sind (Talg-) Fettalkohole mit 14 EO, 16 EO, 20 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform enthalten die Mittel als nichtionisches Tensid C12-C16-Fettalkoholalkoxylate mit einem mittleren Alkoxylierungsgrad zwischen 5,2 und 5,8, vorzugsweise zwischen 5,4 und 5,6.
Als weitere bevorzugt eingesetzte nichtionische Tenside können auch Alkylglykoside der allgemeinen Formel RO(G)x genannt werden, in der R einen primären geradkettigen oder methylverzweigten, insbesondere in 2-Stellung methylverzweigten aliphatischen Rest mit 8 bis 22, vorzugsweise 12 bis 18 C-Atomen bedeutet und G das Symbol ist, das für eine Glykoseeinheit mit 5 oder 6 C-Atomen, vorzugsweise für Glucose, steht. Der Oligomerisierungsgrad x, der die Verteilung von Monoglykosiden und Oligoglykosiden angibt, ist eine beliebige Zahl zwischen 1 und 10; vorzugsweise liegt x bei 1,2 bis 1,4.
Der Gehalt der nichtionischen Tenside beträgt in den fertigen Mitteln vorzugsweise von 2 bis 45 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise über 20 Gew.-%, wobei der Gehalt an nichtionischen Tensiden in flüssigen Mitteln in der Regel über 10 Gew.-% liegt.
Als anorganische Buildersubstanzen eignen sich beispielsweise Phosphate, vorzugsweise Tripolyphosphate, aber auch Orthophosphate und Pyrophosphate, sowie Zeolith und kristalline Schichtsilikate.
Der eingesetzte feinkristalline, synthetische und gebundenes Wasser enthaltende Zeolith ist vorzugsweise Zeolith A und/oder P. Als Zeolith P werden Zeolith MAP® (Handelsprodukt der Firma Crosfield) und Zeolith A besonders bevorzugt. Geeignet sind jedoch auch Zeolith X sowie Mischungen aus A, X und/oder P. Von besonderem Interesse ist auch ein cokristallisiertes Natrium/Kalium-Aluminiumsilikat aus Zeolith A und Zeolith X, welches als VEGOBOND AX® (Handelsprodukt der Firma Condea Augusta S.p.A.) im Handel erhältlich ist. Der Zeolith kann als sprühgetrocknetes Pulver oder auch als ungetrocknete, von ihrer Herstellung noch feuchte, stabilisierte Suspension zum Einsatz kommen. Für den Fall, daß der Zeolith als Suspension eingesetzt wird, kann diese geringe Zusätze an nichtionischen Tensiden als Stabilisatoren enthalten, beispielsweise 1 bis 3 Gew.-%, bezogen auf Zeolith, an ethoxylierten Cι2-Cιs- Fettalkoholen mit 2 bis 5 Ethylenoxidgruppen, Cι2-Cι -Fettalkoholen mit 4 bis 5 Ethylenoxidgruppen oder ethoxylierten Isotridecanolen. Geeignete Zeolithe weisen eine mittlere Teilchengröße von weniger als 10 μm (Volumenverteilung; Meßmethode: Coulter Counter) auf und enthalten vorzugsweise 18 bis 22 Gew.-%, insbesondere 20 bis 22 Gew.-% an gebundenem Wasser.
Geeignete Substitute bzw. Teilsubstitute für Phosphate und Zeolithe sind kristalline, schichtformige Natriumsilikate der allgemeinen Formel NaMSixO2x+ι*y H2O, wobei M Natrium oder Wasserstoff bedeutet, x eine Zahl von 1,9 bis 4 und y eine Zahl von 0 bis 20 ist und bevorzugte Werte für x 2, 3 oder 4 sind. Derartige kristalline Schichtsilikate werden beispielsweise in der europäischen Patentanmeldung EP-A-0 164 514 beschrieben. Bevorzugte kristalline Schichtsilikate der angegebenen Formel sind solche, in denen M für Natrium steht und x die Werte 2 oder 3 annimmt. Insbesondere sind sowohl ß- als auch δ-Natriumdisilikate Na2Si2O5.y H2O bevorzugt.
Brauchbare organische Gerüstsubstanzen sind beispielsweise die in Form ihrer Natriumsalze einsetzbaren Polycarbonsäuren, wie Citronensäure, Adipinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Weinsäure, Zuckersäuren, Aminocarbonsäuren, Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA), sofern ein derartiger Einsatz aus ökologischen Gründen nicht zu beanstanden ist, sowie Mischungen aus diesen. Bevorzugte Salze sind die Salze der Polycarbonsäuren wie Citronensäure, Adipinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Weinsäure, Zuckersäuren und Mischungen aus diesen.
Geeignete polymere Polycarboxylate sind beispielsweise die Natriumsalze der Polyacrylsäure oder der Polymethacrylsäure, beispielsweise solche mit einer relativen Molekülmasse von 800 bis 150000 (auf Säure bezogen). Geeignete copolymere Polycarboxylate sind insbesondere solche der Acrylsäure mit Methacrylsäure und der Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure mit Maleinsäure. Als besonders geeignet haben sich Copolymere der Acrylsäure mit Maleinsäure erwiesen, die 50 bis 90 Gew.-% Acrylsäure und 50 bis 10 Gew.-% Maleinsäure enthalten. Ihre relative Molekülmasse, bezogen auf freie Säuren, beträgt im allgemeinen 5000 bis 200000, vorzugsweise 10000 bis 120000 und insbesondere 50000 bis 100000. Der Gehalt der Mittel an (co-)polymeren Polycarboxylaten beträgt vorzugsweise 1 bis 8 Gew.-%, insbesondere 2 bis 6 Gew.-%.
Insbesondere bevorzugt sind auch biologisch abbaubare Polymere aus mehr als zwei verschiedenen Monomereinheiten, beispielsweise solche, die gemäß der DE-A-43 00 772 als Monomere Salze der Acrylsäure und der Maleinsäure sowie Vinylalkohol bzw. Vinyl- alkohol-Derivate oder gemäß der DE-C-42 21 381 als Monomere Salze der Acrylsäure und der 2-Alkylallylsulfonsäure sowie Zucker-Derivate enthalten.
Weitere geeignete Buildersubstanzen sind Polyacetale, welche durch Umsetzung von Dialdehyden mit Polyolcarbonsäuren, welche 5 bis 7 C-Atome und mindestens 3 Hydroxylgruppen aufweisen, beispielsweise wie in der europäischen Patentanmeldung EP-A-0 280 223 beschrieben, erhalten werden können. Bevorzugte Polyacetale werden aus Dialdehyden wie Glyoxal, Glutaraldehyd, Terephthalaldehyd sowie deren Gemischen und aus Polyolcarbonsäuren wie Gluconsäure und oder Glucoheptonsäure erhalten.
Weitere geeignete Inhaltsstoffe der Mittel sind wasserlösliche anorganische Salze wie Bicarbonate, Carbonate, amorphe Silikate oder Mischungen aus diesen; insbesondere werden Alkalicarbonat und amorphes Alkalisilikat, vor allem Natriumsilikat mit einem molaren Verhältnis Na2O : SiO von 1:1 bis 1:4,5, vorzugsweise von 1:2 bis 1 :3,5, eingesetzt. Der Gehalt der Mittel an Natriumcarbonat beträgt dabei vorzugsweise bis zu 20 Gew.-%, vorteilhafterweise zwischen 2 und 15 Gew.-%. Der Gehalt der Mittel an Natriumsilikat beträgt im allgemeinen bis zu 10 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 8 Gew.-%. Unter den als Bleichmittel dienenden, in Wasser H2O2 liefernden Verbindungen haben das Natriumperborattetrahydrat und das Natriumperboratmonohydrat besondere Bedeutung. Weitere brauchbare Bleichmittel sind beispielsweise Natriumpercarbonat, Peroxypyrophosphate, Citratperhydrate sowie H2O2 liefernde persaure Salze oder Persäuren, wie Perbenzoate, Peroxophthalate, Diperazelainsäure, Phthaloiminopersäure oder Diperdodecandisäure. Der Gehalt der Mittel an Bleichmitteln beträgt vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 Gew.-% und insbesondere 10 bis 20 Gew.-%, wobei vorteilhafterweise Perboratmonohydrat oder Percarbonat eingesetzt wird.
Vergrauungsinhibitoren haben die Aufgabe, den von der Faser abgelösten Schmutz in der Flotte suspendiert zu halten und so das Wiederaufziehen des Schmutzes zu verhindern. Hierzu sind wasserlösliche Kolloide meist organischer Natur geeignet, beispielsweise die wasserlöslichen Salze polymerer Carbonsäuren, Leim, Gelatine, Salze von Ethercarbonsäuren oder Ethersulfonsäuren der Stärke oder der Cellulose oder Salze von sauren Schwefelsäureestern der Cellulose oder der Stärke. Auch wasserlösliche, saure Gruppen enthaltende Polyamide sind für diesen Zweck geeignet. Weiterhin lassen sich lösliche Stärkepräparate und andere als die obengenannten Stärkeprodukte verwenden, z.B. abgebaute Stärke, Aldehydstärken usw. Auch Polyvinylpyrrolidon ist brauchbar. Bevorzugt werden jedoch Celluloseether, wie Carboxymethylcellulose (Na-Salz), Methylcellulose, Hydroxyalkylcellulose und Mischether, wie Methylhydroxyethyl- cellulose, Methylhydroxypropylcellulose, Methylcarboxymethylcellulose und deren Gemische, sowie Polyvinylpyrrolidon beispielsweise in Mengen von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Mittel, eingesetzt.
Beim Einsatz in maschinellen Waschverfahren kann es von Vorteil sein, den Mitteln übliche Schauminhibitoren zuzusetzen. Als Schauminhibitoren eignen sich beispielsweise Seifen natürlicher oder synthetischer Herkunft, die einen hohen Anteil an Cj8-C24- Fettsäuren aufweisen. Geeignete nichttensidartige Schauminhibitoren sind beispielsweise Organopolysiloxane und deren Gemische mit mikrofeiner, ggf. silanierter Kieselsäure sowie Paraffine, Wachse, Mikrokristallinwachse und deren Gemische mit silanierter Kieselsäure oder Bistearylethylendiamid. Mit Vorteilen werden auch Gemische aus verschiedenen Schauminhibitoren verwendet, z.B. solche aus Silikonen, Paraffinen oder Wachsen. Vorzugsweise sind die Schauminhibitoren, insbesondere Silikon- und/oder Paraffin-haltige Schauminhibitoren, an eine granuläre, in Wasser lösliche bzw. dispergierbare Trägersubstanz gebunden. Insbesondere sind dabei Mischungen aus Paraffinen und Bistearylethylendiamiden bevorzugt.
Als Salze von Polyphosphonsäuren werden vorzugsweise die neutral reagierenden Natriumsalze von beispielsweise l-Hydroxyethan-l,l-diphosphonat, Diethylentriamin- penta-methylenphosphonat oder Ethylendiamintetramethylenphosphonat in Mengen von 0,1 bis 1,5 Gew.-% verwendet.
Die Mittel können als optische Aufheller Derivate der Diaminostilbendisulfonsäure bzw. deren Alkalimetallsalze enthalten. Geeignet sind z.B. Salze der 4,4'-Bis(2-anilino-4- morpholino-l,3,5-triazinyl-6-amino)stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure oder gleichartig aufgebaute Verbindungen, die anstelle der Morpholino-Gruppe eine Diethanolaminogruppe, eine Methylaminogruppe, eine Anilinogruppe oder eine 2-Methoxyethylaminogruppe tragen. Weiterhin können Aufheller vom Typ der substituierten Diphenylstyryle anwesend sein, z.B. die Alkalisalze des 4,4'-Bis(2-sulfostyryl)-diphenyls, 4,4'-Bis(4-chlor-3-sulfostyryl)- diphenyls, oder 4-(4-Chlorstyryl)-4'-(2-sulfostyryl)-diphenyls. Auch Gemische der vorgenannten Aufheller können verwendet werden.
Beispiele für Bleichaktivatoren sind mit H2O2 organische Persäuren bildende N-Acyl- bzw. O-Acyl- Verbindungen, vorzugsweise mehrfach acylierte Alkylendiamine wie N,N'- tetraacylierte Diamine, acylierte Glykolurile, insbesondere Tetraacetylglykoluril, N- acylierte Hydantoine, Hydrazide, Triazole, Triazine, Urazole, Diketopiperazine, Sul- furylamide und Cyanurate, außerdem Carbonsäureester wie p-(Alkanoyloxy)benzolsul- fonate, insbesondere Natriumisononanoyloxybenzolsulfonat, und der p-(Alkenoyloxy)- benzolsulfonate, ferner Caprolactam-Derivate, Carbonsäureanhydride wie Phthalsäure- anhydrid und Ester von Polyolen wie Glucosepentaacetat. Weitere bekannte Bleichaktivatoren sind acetylierte Mischungen aus Sorbitol und Mannitol, wie sie beispielsweise in der europäischen Patentanmeldung EP-A-0 525 239 beschrieben werden, und acetyliertes Pentaerythrit. Der Gehalt der bleichmittelhaltigen Mittel an Bleichaktivatoren liegt in dem üblichen Bereich, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 10 Gew.- % und insbesondere zwischen 3 und 8 Gew.-%. Besonders bevorzugte Bleichaktivatoren sind N,N,N',N'-Tetraacetylethylendiamin (TAED), l,5-Diacetyl-2,4-dioxo-hexahydro- 1,3,5-triazin (DADHT) und acetylierte Sorbitol-Mannitol-Mischungen (SORMAN).
Als Enzyme kommen insbesondere solche aus der Klasse der Hydrolasen, wie der Protea- sen, Esterasen, Lipasen bzw. lipolytisch wirkenden Enzyme, Amylasen, Cellulasen bzw. andere Glykosylhydrolasen und Gemische der genannten Enzyme in Frage. Alle diese Hydrolasen tragen in der Wäsche zur Entfernung von Verfleckungen, wie protein-, fett- oder stärkehaltigen Verfleckungen, und Vergrauungen bei. Cellulasen und andere Glykosylhydrolasen können durch das Entfernen von Pilling und Mikrofibrillen zur Farberhaltung und zur Erhöhung der Weichheit des Textils beitragen. Zur Bleiche bzw. zur Hemmung der Farbübertragung können auch Oxidoreduktasen eingesetzt werden. Besonders gut geeignet sind aus Bakterienstämmen oder Pilzen, wie Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Streptomyces griseus und Humicola insolens gewonnene enzymatische Wirkstoffe. Vorzugsweise werden Proteasen vom Subtilisin-Typ und insbesondere Proteasen, die aus Bacillus lentus gewonnen werden, eingesetzt. Dabei sind Enzymmischungen, beispielsweise aus Protease und Amylase oder Protease und Lipase bzw. lipolytisch wirkenden Enzymen oder Protease und Cellulase oder aus Cellulase und Lipase bzw. lipolytisch wirkenden Enzymen oder aus Protease, Amylase und Lipase bzw. lipolytisch wirkenden Enzymen oder Protease, Lipase bzw. lipolytisch wirkenden Enzymen und Cellulase, insbesondere jedoch Protease- und/oder Lipase-haltige Mischungen bzw. Mischungen mit lipolytisch wirkenden Enzymen von besonderem Interesse. Beispiele für derartige lipolytisch wirkende Enzyme sind die bekannten Cutinasen. Auch Peroxidasen oder Oxidasen haben sich in einigen Fällen als geeignet erwiesen. Zu den geeigneten Amylasen zählen insbesondere α-Amylasen, Iso-Amylasen, Pullulanasen und Pektinasen. Als Cellulasen werden vorzugsweise Cellobiohydrolasen, Endoglucanasen und ß-Glucosidasen, die auch Cellobiasen genannt werden, bzw. Mischungen aus diesen eingesetzt. Da sich die verschiedenen Cellulase-Typen durch ihre CMCase- und Avicelase-Aktivitäten unterscheiden, können durch gezielte Mischungen der Cellulasen die gewünschten Aktivitäten eingestellt werden. Die Enzyme können an Trägerstoffen adsorbiert und/oder in Hüllsubstanzen eingebettet sein, um sie gegen vorzeitige Zersetzung zu schützen. Der Anteil der Enzyme, Enzymmischungen oder Enzymgranulate kann beispielsweise etwa 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis etwa 2 Gew.-% betragen.
Als Lösungsmittel können die in flüssiger Form vorliegenden Mittel neben den üblicherweise als flüssige Komponente vorliegenden nichtionischen Tensiden auch organische Lösungsmittel, z. B. ein- oder mehrwertige Alkohole mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen enthalten. Bevorzugte Alkohole sind Ethanol, 1 ,2-Propandiol, Glycerin sowie deren Gemische. Die Mittel enthalten vorzugsweise 2 bis 12 Gew.-% und insbesondere 3 bis 10 Gew.-% Ethanol oder ein beliebiges Gemisch aus Ethanol und Glycerin.
Insbesondere in nicht-wäßrigen Flüssigwaschmitteln sind neben den mono- und/oder po- lyfunktionellen kurzkettigen Alkoholen wie Ethanol, Propylenglykol und/oder Glycerin auch flüssige organische Ether, beispielsweise Diisopropylmonomethylether bevorzugt.
Ein pulverformiges bis granuläres Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung enthält vorzugsweise 2 bis 20 Gew.-% Cι2-C)8- Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10 %, bezogen auf den Gehalt an C12-Cι8-Alkylsulfat, 2 bis 20 Gew.-% C9-C13- Alkylbenzolsulfonate, wobei C12-C18- Alkylsulfate und die Cg-Cπ-Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1 vorliegen, 15 Gew.-% bis 55 Gew.-% anorganischen und/oder organischen Builder, bis zu 10 Gew.-% weitere anionische Tenside, 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% nichtionische Tenside, bis zu 25 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.- % Bleichmittel, bis zu 8 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,5 Gew.-% bis 6 Gew.-% Bleichaktivator und bis zu 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% anorganische Salze, insbesondere Alkalicarbonat, -sulfat und oder -silikat, sowie bis zu 2 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,4 Gew.-% bis 1,2 Gew.-% Enzyme und weitere, in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln übliche Inhaltsstoffe, wie Strukturbrecher, Schauminhibitoren, optische Aufheller, Enzyme, Stabilisatoren, insbesondere für Persauerstoffverbindungen und Enzyme, textilweichmachende Stoffe, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Schauminhibitoren und Färb- und Duftstoffe. Ein flüssiges Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung enthält vorzugsweise 2 bis 20 Gew.-% C1 -Cι8-Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10 %, bezogen auf den Gehalt an Cι2-Cι8-Alkylsulfat, 2 bis 20 Gew.-% Cp-Co-Alkylbenzolsulfonate, wobei die C12-Cι8-Alkylsulfate und die C -C13- Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1 vorliegen, 4 bis 25 Gew.-% flüssige nichtionische Tenside, bis zu 10 Gew.- % Lösungsmittel, bis zu 10 Gew.-% Buildersubstanzen, bis zu 3 Gew.-% Enzyme und bis zu 2 Gew.-% weitere in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln übliche Inhaltsstoffe.
Duftstoffe können auch in Form von festen Compounds in die insbesondere pulverförmigen bis granulären Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel eingearbeitet werden. Solche konzentrierten Duftstoff-Compounds lassen sich beispielsweise separat durch Granulation, Kompaktierung, Extrusion, Pelletierung oder über andere Agglomerationsverfahren herstellen. Als Trägermaterialien haben sich beispielsweise Cyclodextrine bewährt, wobei die Cyclodextrin-Parfüm-Komplexe zusätzlich noch mit weiteren Hilfsstoffen beschichtet werden können. Die besondere Herstellung von Duftstoff- Formkörpern wird beispielsweise in der älteren deutschen Patentanmeldung DE-A-197 46 780.6 beschrieben, in welcher ein Verfahren offenbart wird, bei dem ein festes, im wesentlichen wasserfreies Vorgemisch aus Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls Hilfsstoffen und 5 bis 25 Gew.-% Parfüm einer Granulation oder Preßagglomeration unterworfen wird.
Beispiele
Die Prüfung der Waschleistung erfolgte unter praxisnahen Bedingungen in Haushaltswaschmaschinen des Typs Miele W 918 Novotronic. Die Maschinen wurden mit 3,5 kg Haushaltswäsche (Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche, Leibwäsche) und 0,5 kg Testgewebe beschickt. Als Testgewebe wurden sowohl kommerziell erhältliche künstlich angeschmutzte Baumwollgewebe und Polyester/Baumwoll-Mischgewebe sowie mit einem maschinellen Verfahren natürlich angeschmutzte Baumwollgewebe und Polyester/Baumwoll-Mischgewebe eingesetzt.
Waschbedingungen:
Leitungswasser von 16°d (Äquivalent 160 mg CaO/1), wurden im Hauptwaschgang bei 40 °C und 60 °C mit 4,3 g/1 Waschmittel und 60 Minuten Waschzeit gewaschen. Es wurde dreimal mit Leitungswasser nachgespült, anschließend geschleudert und getrocknet. Das Flottenverhältnis, kg Wäsche : Liter (1) Waschlauge, betrug 1 : 4,5.

3 Sokalan® CP 5 (Hersteller: BASF AG, Ludwigshafen) Die Testgewebe waren mit den unten angegebenen verschiedenen Anschmutzungen versehen. Die Waschwirkung wurde durch Messung der Remission bestimmt. (Messung des Weißgrades: Zeiss-Reflektometer, 465 nm, Ausblendung des Aufheller-Effektes). Die Versuche wurden jeweils fünfmal wiederholt. Die angegebenen Remissionswerte sind die Durchschnittswerte über alle Messungen. Die Ergebnisse sind in den Tabellen 2 und 3 wiedergegeben.

Aus Tabelle 3 wird deutlich, daß die Rezepturen, die die speziellen Alkylsulfate gemäß der Erfindung enthalten, über die Bandbreite der am häufigsten anfallenden Arten an Anschmutzungen eine verbesserte Waschleistung zeigen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Tensidkombination für den Einsatz in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln, enthaltend Ci2-Cι8-Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10 %, bezogen auf den Gehalt an Cι2-Cι8- Alkylsulfat, und Cg-Cn-Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1.
2. Tensidkombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den C12- C is- Alkylsulfaten der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit mehr als 16 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Cj2-Cι8- Alkylsulfate.
3. Tensidkombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Cι2- C is- Alkylsulfaten der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit mehr als 16 Kohlenstoffatomen über 10 und kleiner als 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Cι2-Cι8- Alkylsulfate, ist.
4. Tensidkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Cι2-C18- Alkylsulfaten der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit einer Kettenlänge von 14 Kohlenstoffatomen in einer Menge von 40 bis 80 Gew.-% Kohlenstoffketten enthalten sind.
5. Tensidkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cι2-Cι8- Alkylsulfate und die Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 4 : 1 vorliegen.
6. Tensidsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es nichtionische Tenside enthält, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus alkoxylierten C8-C ig- Alkoholen, alkoxylierten Fettsäurealkylestern, Aminoxiden, Polyhydroxyfettsäureaminen und deren Mischungen.
7. Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die alkoxylierten C8-Cι8- Alkohole ausgewählt sind aus Cι2-Cι6-Fettalkohol- alkoxylaten mit einem mittleren Alkoxylierungsgrad zwischen 5,2 und 5,8.

Pulverförmiges bis granuläres Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel enthaltend eine Tensidkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 2 bis 20 Gew.-% Cι2-Cι8-Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10 %, bezogen auf den Gehalt an Cι2-C]8-Alkylsulfat, 2 bis 20 Gew.-% C9-C13- Alkylbenzolsulfonate, wobei die Ci2-C18- Alkylsulfate und die C9-Cj3-Alkyl- benzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1 vorliegen, 15 Gew.-% bis 55 Gew.-% anorganischen und/oder organischen Builder, bis zu 10 Gew.-% weitere anionische Tenside, 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% nichtionische Tenside, bis zu 25 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% Bleichmittel, bis zu 8 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,5 Gew.-% bis 6 Gew.-% Bleichaktivator, bis zu 20 Gew.- %, insbesondere 0,1 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% anorganische Salze, insbesondere Alkalicarbonat, -sulfat und/oder -silikat, sowie bis zu 2 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,4 Gew.-% bis 1,2 Gew.-% Enzyme und weitere, in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln übliche Inhaltsstoffe enthält.
9. Pulverförmiges bis granuläres Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Builder ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Phosphate, Zeolithe, wasserlöslichen Alkalisilikate sowie organischen Builder, wie Polycarboxylate, (co)polymere Polycarboxylate oder biologisch abbaubare Terpolymere und Quartpolymere, enthalten sind.

Flüssiges Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, enthaltend eine Tensidkombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 2 bis 20 Gew.-% C12-C is- Alkylsulfate, wobei der Anteil der Kohlenstoffketten mit weniger als 14 Kohlenstoffatomen kleiner ist als 10 %, bezogen auf den Gehalt an Cι2-C18- Alkylsulfat, 2 bis 20 Gew.-% C9-C13- Alkylbenzolsulfonate, wobei die Cι2-Cι8- Alkylsulfate und die C8-Cι8- Alkylbenzolsulfonate in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1 vorliegen, 4 bis 25 Gew.-% flüssige nichtionische Tenside, bis zu 10 Gew.-% Lösungsmittel, bis zu 10 Gew.-% Buildersubstanzen, bis zu 3 Gew.-% Enzyme und bis zu 2 Gew.-% weitere in Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln übliche Inhaltsstoffe enthält.
