洗浄用シート 技術分野
本発明は、 皮脂や肌等の汚れに対して特に高い洗浄力を有し、 肌や毛髪を清浄 に保ち、 場所を選ぶことなく使用できる、 安定性の良好な洗浄用シートに関する。 背景技術
従来、 皮脂汚れを除去するためには、 界面活性剤を主体とする固形又はペース ト状又は液状の洗浄剤を用いたり、 洗浄液をしみこませたシー卜で拭き取る方法 が用いられている。
しかしながら、 これらの界面活性剤を主体とする洗浄剤では、 皮脂汚れを可溶 化又は乳化して除去するために水で洗い流さなければならず、 水場での使用に限 定され、 洗面台や洋服が汚れたり、 すすぎきれない部位 （髪の生え際、 顎など） に活性剤が残る問題があった。 また、 シート状の洗浄剤は肌の汚れを除去する効 果はあるが、 皮脂汚れは完全に除去できず、 肌にベたつきが残る等の問題があり、 また通常の界面活性剤を主体とする洗浄剤に比べて洗浄力が劣るといつた問題が ある。 また、 従来のシートでは拭き取った際、 シートが毛羽立ち、 繊維が皮膚上 に残留するといつた問題が生じた。
従って、 本発明の目的は、 肌の汚れだけでなく皮脂に対しても高い洗浄力を有 し、 かつ皮膚に対して低刺激であり、 使用感に優れ、 しかも肌を清潔に保ち、 場 所を選ぶことなく使用できる、 安定性の良好な洗浄用シ一トを提供することにあ る。 発明の開示
本発明者らは、 シ一卜を構成する繊維として連続長繊維からなる不織布を用い てこれに吸油粉体及び低級アルコ一ルを含ませることにより、 皮脂を効果的に除 去すると同時に皮膚に対して低刺激であり、 使用感に優れ、 しかも肌を清潔に保 ち、 肌を長時間清浄な状態に保つことができ、 更に場所を選ぶことなく使用でき、 安定性が良好なシー卜が得られることを見出し、 本発明を完成した。
すなわち、 本発明は、 （a ) 連続長繊維からなる不織布に、 （b ) 吸油粉体、 及び （c ) 低級アルコールを含有してなることを特徴とする洗浄用シートを提供 するものである。
さらに本発明は、 さらに抗菌剤又は殺菌剤を含有する上記洗浄用シートを提供 するものである。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
本発明に用いられる （a ) 連続長繊維からなる不織布における連続長繊維とは、 紡糸ノズルから連続的に押し出して繊維化したものである。 この連続長繊維はセ ルロース系繊維であるのが好ましく、 天然セルロースを主原料とする繊維が特に 好ましい。 また、 この連続長繊維は、 流下緊張紡糸法により紡糸された糸をシー ト化することにより得るのがより好ましい。 このような不織布の市販品としては、 キュプラ不織布、 例えば 「ベンリーゼ」 （旭化成） を用いることができる。
またこの不織布の平均坪量は 2 0 - 1 2 0 g /m 特に 3 0〜 1 0 0 g /m2、 更には 4 0〜8 0 g /m2が使用感触が良好でふきとり性に優れる点で好ましい。 この平均坪量は、 常法により一定面積 ( l m2) あたりの重量を測定することによ り、 求めることができる。
本発明で用いられる （b ) 吸油粉体とは、 無機又は有機の粉体であり、 油性液 体を吸収又は吸蔵することができる無機粉体及び多孔質ポリマ—粉体を 、う。 無 機粉体としては、 例えばシリカ、 アルミナ、 タルク、 カオリン、 マイ力、 雲母チ タン、 ゼォライト、 グンジヨウ、 亜鉛華、 酸化鉄等が挙げられる。 多孔質ポリマ —粉体としては、 多孔質ナイロンパウダー 〔オルガソール 2 0 0 2 (エルフ （社 製） 等〕 、 多孔質ビニル系ポリマー 〔例えば特開昭 6 3 - 3 1 6 7 1 5号公報記 載のもの〕 、 ジメチルシリコーン架橋エラストマ一 〔トレフィル E— 5 0 6 C (東レ ■ ダウ · シリコーン社製） 等〕 、 ポリメチルメ夕クリ レ一ト 〔マイクロス フェア一 M、 マイクロスフェアー M— 1 00、 マイクロスフェアー M— 30 0、 マイクロスフェアー M— 4 0 0 (松本油脂社製） 等〕 、 メタクリレートーアルキ レンジメタクリレ一ト共重合体 〔ポリ トラップ （ダウ■コ一二ング社製） 等〕 等 が挙げられる。
これら吸油粉体としては、 スクヮランの吸油量 1. O gZg以上、 特に 2 g/g以上の吸油能を有する粉体が好ましい。 スクヮランの吸油量は、 J I S K 5 1 0 1 ( 1 9 78年） に規定される顔料の吸油量測定法に準拠して測定すれ ばよい。 即ち、 粉体 1 gをガラス板上に取り、 スクヮランを少量ずつ滴下しなが らヘラを用いて練り込み、 粉体が全体的にペースト状になったときを終点とし、 粉体 1 gあたりの所要スクヮラン量 （mL) を吸油量とする。 J I S法では油とし て煮あまに油を用いるが、 本法では皮脂との類似性からスクヮランを用いる。
( b ) 吸油粉体の平均粒径は、 特に制限されないが、 0. 5〜 5 0 mが好ま しく、 1〜20〃mの球状粉体とすること力 感触の点から好ましい。
(b) 吸油粉体の本発明シート中の含有量は、 不織布 (a) 1重量部に対し皮 脂除去効果及び使用感の点から 0. 0 0 0 1〜 1重量部、 特に 0. 0 0 0 2〜 0. 5重量部、 更には 0. 0 00 3〜0. 3重量部が好ましい。
(c) 低級アルコールとしては、 エチルアルコール、 イソプロピルアルコール 等が挙げられるが、 安全性や匂いの点から、 特にエチルアルコールが好ましい。
(c) 低級アルコ一ルの本発明シート中の含有量は、 不織布 （a) 1重量部に 対し、 皮脂及び肌の汚れの洗浄力及び刺激性の点から、 0. 0 5〜3重量部、 特 に 0. 0 5〜2重量部、 更には 0. 1〜2重量部が好ましい。
また、 本発明シート中には水を含有しているのが皮膚に対する刺激性、 肌感触 の点から好ましく、 水の含有量としては不織布 （a) 1重量部に対し 0. 5〜 9 . 5重量部、 特に 0 . 6〜9 . 0重量部、 更には 0 . 7〜8 . 5重量部が好ま しい。
また、 本発明シート中には、 皮脂の洗浄と微生物の増殖抑制を目的としてシャ ンプ一等に使用される抗菌剤又は殺菌剤を配合することができる。 該抗菌剤とし ては、 例えば、 2—メルカプトピリジン— N—ォキシド塩類 （例えば、 カルシゥ ム塩、 マグネシゥム塩、 バリウ厶塩、 ストロンチウ厶塩、 亜鉛塩、 力ドミゥ厶塩、 スズ塩又はジルコニウム塩等） 、 1ーヒドロキシー 2 —ピリ ドン類 （例えば 1 ― ヒドロキジ一 2 —ピリ ドン、 1 —ヒドロキシ一 4 一メチル一 2 —ピリ ドン、 1 — ヒドロキシ一 6—メチルー 2 —ピリ ドン、 1ーヒドロキシ— 4 , 6—ジメチルー 2 —ピリ ドン、 1ーヒドロキシ一 4 _メチル一 6— ( 2 , 4， 4 —トリメチルぺ ンチル） — 2—ピリ ドン等） 、 2 , 2 ' 一ジチォ—ビス一 （ピリジン— N—ォキ シド） 、 トリクロロカルバニド、 トリク口サン、 ィォゥ、 硫化セレン、 硫化力ド ミゥム、 アラントイン、 メントール類、 サリチル酸、 ゥンデシレン酸等が挙げら れ、 殺菌剤としては、 例えば、 塩化ベンザルコニゥム、 塩化べンゼトニゥ厶、 塩 化セチルピリジニゥ厶、 グルコン酸クロルへキンジン、 酢酸クロルへキンジン、 塩酸クロルへキシジン等のカチオン系殺菌剤、 安息香酸およびその塩類、 p—ォ キシ安息香酸ェステル類が挙げられる。
これらの抗菌剤又は殺菌剤は不織布 （a ) 1重量部に対し 0 . 0 0 0 0 1〜 0 . 1重量部、 特に 0 . 0 0 0 0 5〜0 . 0 5重量部配合するのが好ましい。 更に、 本発明のシート中には、 ポリオキシエチレンアルキルェ一テル、 ポリオ キシェチレンポリォキシプロピレングリコール、 ポリォキシェチレンポリオキシ プロピレンアルキルエーテル、 多価アルコール脂肪酸部分エステル、 ポリオキシ ェチレン多価アルコール脂肪酸部分エステル、 ポリォキシェチレン脂肪酸エステ ル、 ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、 ポリオキンエチレン硬化ヒマシ油等の非ィ ォン界面活性剤、 グリセリン、 1， 3—ブチレングリコール等の多価アルコ一ル、 グリコールエーテル、 防腐剤、 香料、 色素、 酸化防止剤、 pH調整剤、 電解質物質、 キレート剤等を本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で適宜配合できる。
本発明シートは、 例えば （a ) 連続長繊維からなる不織布に、 吸油粉体を含有 する含水低級ァルコ―ル分散液を含浸させることにより製造される。 含浸手段と してはスプレー法、 浸漬法等が挙げられる。
不織布 （a ) に低級アルコール分散液を含浸させるには、 不織布を折りたたん でスプレー法により含浸すればよい。 ここで低級アルコール分散液の含浸量は、 洗浄力及び使用感触の点から、 1〜 1 0 gZg (不織布） が好ましく、 2〜 5 g Zg (不織布） がより好ましい。
得られた本発明の洗浄用シートは、 毛髪、 皮膚、 特に顔の洗浄用シートとして 好適である。 その使用方法は、 顔等を常法に従いふきとり操作をすればよい。 実施例
次に実施例を挙げて本発明を説明する。
実施例 1
表 1記載の組成となるように不織布に水分散液又は含水エタノール分散液をス プレーして含浸 （3 g / g (不織布） ) させた。 得られた洗浄用シートについて 下記方法により、 洗浄力、 使用感触、 ベたつき抑制効果、 ふきとり性、 毛羽立ち にくさ及びシー卜の強度を評価した。 得られた結果を併せて表 1に示す。 表 1中 の成分の量は、 不織布 1重量部あたりの重量部を示す。
( 1 ) 洗浄力測定法
前腕内側部にカーボンブラックを混合した人工皮脂 （モデル汚れ） を一定量塗 布し、 色差測定 （E 1 ) 後、 洗浄用シートでモデル汚れを除去した後に再度色差 を測定する （E 2 ) 。 次式より洗浄率を算出する。

色差計としては、 ミノルタ色彩色差計 C R— 3 0 0 (ミノルタカメラ （株） 製） を使用した。 ( 2) 使用感触、 ベたつき抑制効果、 ふきとり性、 毛羽立ちにくさ及びシートの 強度の評価方法。

不織布としてベンリ一ゼ J E 5 5 0 (坪量 5 5 g /m 2 ) を用い、 表 2に示す 組成の含浸液をスプレーして含浸 （3 . 2 g / g (不織布） ） させ、 実施例 1 と 同様の方法により評価した。 得られた結果を併せて表 2に示す。 使用感触、 ベた つき抑制効果、 ふきとり性、 シートの毛羽立ちにくさ及びシートの強度、 全ての 点におし、て最も良し、結果を示した。

表 1及び表 2から明らかなように、 連続長繊維からなる不織布に吸油粉体及び エタノールを含んでなる本発明シートは、 皮脂除去効果に優れているだけでなく、 使用感触も良好であり、 かつシ一卜の毛羽立ち等もなかった。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明の洗浄用シートは、 肌の汚れだけでなく皮脂に対して高い洗浄力を有し、 肌を清浄に保ち、 場所を選ぶことなく使用でき、 安定性も良好である。

Claims

請求 の 範 囲
1. (a) 連続長繊維からなる不織布に、 （b) 吸油粉体、 及び （c) 低級アル コールを含有してなることを特徴とする洗浄用シート。
2. (a) 連続長繊維からなる不織布が、 セルロース系の連続長繊維からなる不 織布である請求項 1記載の洗浄用シート。
3. (b) 吸油粉体が、 多孔質ビニル系ポリマーである請求項 1又は 2記載の洗 浄用シ一ト。
4. (c) 低級アルコ―ルがエチルアルコールである請求項 1〜3のいずれか 1 項記載の洗浄用シート。
5. さらに抗菌剤又は殺菌剤を含有するものである請求項 1〜 4のいずれか 1項 記載の洗浄用シート。
