The whole forms a communication network with network providers, and network managers or network administrators commercially exploiting the network or parts thereof.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système servant à fournir des informations tarifaires à un utilisateur de réseau de communication, et comportant une étape de téléchargement d'informations tarifaires, du réseau de communication vers l'utilisateur. Le téléchargement des informations tarifaires a lieu avant que l'utilisateur n'effectue un appel normal. Ce système permet à l'utilisateur d'obtenir des informations tarifaires concernant un appel téléphonique qu'il souhaite effectuer avant d'effectuer réellement l'appel, de sorte qu'il peut planifier l'appel à l'avance et l'effectuer pendant une période où les tarifs téléphoniques sont les plus bas.
