Abstract

Tout au long de presque 20 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'irrigation au Mexique, j'ai observé que les formes traditionnelles de fabrication d'équipements électromécaniques (notamment des vannes et des mécanismes) pour le système d'arrosage sont généralement en acier de construction, en bronze et en fer fondu; elles sont ensuite usinées pour leur donner leur forme finale. On fait subir à l'équipement des traitements d'anticorrosion et de lubrification. L'invention vise à éliminer dans une large mesure les problèmes graves que présentent ces équipements et qui sont liés à leur conception, leur fonctionnement, leur entretien et vie utile, le degré élevé de détérioration liée aux eaux usées, résiduaires, alcalines, etc. Suite à plusieurs recherches, j'ai mis au point, essayé et vérifié une combinaison de systèmes, amplifiés et/ou moulés qui, de par la simplicité de conception et du matériau utilisé, à savoir du nylon, du polypropylène, du polyéthylène à poids moléculaire ultra élevé, du polyéthylène à haute densité, du PVC, représentent une solution idéale aux besoins actuels.
