本発明は、環状ケトンの酸ィ匕による脂肪族アルデヒド酸、特にアジポアルデヒド 酸(5—ホルミルペンタン酸)、 及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸、 特にアジピン酸、 の製造法及びその製造に有用な触媒に関するものである。詳しくは周期表第 4族か ら第 1 1族に属する金属元素、例えば鉄を担体に固定化した特定の性質を有する触 媒 (以下、 固定化触媒或いは単に触媒ともいう) 、 及びそれを使用し環状ケトン、 例えばシクロへキサノンを酸化しアジポアルデヒド酸及びノ又はアジピン酸を製 造する方法に関するものであり、更にアジポアルデヒド酸を £—力プロラクタムに 誘導する方法も提供するものである。 背景技術
アジポアルデヒド酸は合成中間体として有用な化合物であり、その製造方法とし ては、 例えば、 シクロへキサノンを水及び銅化合物の存在下、 分子状酸素により酸 化する方法(特公昭 4 7 - 2 6 7 6 8号公報)、 シクロへキサノンを水及び反応系 に可溶な鉄またはィリジゥム化合物の存在下、 分子状酸素により酸化する方法(特 公平 4— 2 5 8 3号公報) などが知られている。
しかしながら、これらの方法において使用されている触媒はいずれも液相中に可 溶な鉄化合物、 ィリジゥム化合物或いは銅化合物であるので、工業的に実施する場 合、 以下のような三つの問題点を有している。 まず第一に、 シクロへキサノンの酸 素による酸化反応系内では、鉄を含有する均一系触媒を用いる場合、長時間使用す ることにより鉄原子同士が酸素原子を介して重合、 不活性な水酸化鉄、塩基性水酸 化鉄、 酸化鉄などを生じ、 経時的に活性が低下する。第二には、 銅もしくはィリジ ゥムを含有する均一系触媒では反応速度が低く、 生産性に劣る。第三には、 金属の 対イオンがハロゲン類である化合物を触媒として用いると一般に活性は高いが、そ の場合には、 系中にハロゲンが存在するため耐食性の高い材質の反応器、配管等の 装置が必須となり、 製造コス卜が上昇するのを余儀なくさせられる。 発明の開示
本発明者らは、前記課題を解決するために鋭意研究を重ねた結果、担体に周期表 第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素、例えば鉄を担持させ、特定の酸性度を有す る複合体は、分子状酸素の共存下、不均一反応系で環状ケトンの酸化による脂肪族 アルデヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸の生成反応、特にシクロへキサノンを 酸化してアジポアルデヒド酸及び/又はアジピン酸を生成する反応に対し安定し た活性を発現することを見出し本発明に達した。
即ち、 本発明は、環状ケトンの酸化による脂肪族アルデヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族 アジピン酸、特にシク口へキサノンの酸化によるァジポアルデヒド酸及び/又はァ ジピン酸の新規な製造方法を提供することにあり、 その要旨は、担体に周期表第 4 族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持させた複合体からなり、 且つ担体単位重量あたり酸量が 0 . 0 6腿 ol/ g以上である固定化触媒の存在下、 環状ケトンを分子状酸素により酸化することを特徴とする脂肪族アルデヒド酸及 び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸の製造方法に存する。
又、本発明は、環状ケトンの酸ィヒによる脂肪族アルデヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジ 力ルポン酸、特にシクロへキサノンの酸化によるアジポアルデヒド酸及び/又はァ ジビン酸を製造するための触媒に係わり、 その要旨は、担体に周期表第 4族から第
1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持させた複合体からなり、且つ担体 単位重量あたり酸量が 0 . 0 6誦 ol/ g以上であることを特徴とする固定化触媒に 存する。
本発明の更なる要旨は、 シクロへキサノンを、担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族 に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持させた複合体からなり、且つ担体単位重 量あたり酸量が 0 . 0 6腿 ol/ g以上である固定化触媒の共存下、分子状酸素によ り酸化してアジポアルデヒド酸を含有する酸化反応物を生成し、次いで酸化反応物 から得られたアジポアルデヒド酸を水素化触媒の存在下、アンモニア及び水素と反 応させて 6—アミノカプロン酸を生成し、生成した 6—アミノカプロン酸を加熱し て閉環反応により £一力プロラクタムに変換することよりなるど一力プロラクタ ムの製造方法である。
本発明の好ましい態様は、 上記固定化触媒において、担体に担持させる周期表第
4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素が、鉄、銅及びィリジゥムから選ばれるもので あり、特に鉄錯体であることよりなる触媒、及びその触媒と水の共存下酸化する脂 肪族アルデヒド酸及び Z又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸、特にアジポアルデヒド酸及び/ 又はアジピン酸の製造方法である。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
以下、 本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明において担体として使用されるものとしては、 粘土、 イオン交換樹脂、 金 属酸ィ匕物等が挙げられるが、好ましくはゼォライ トが用いられる。その結晶構造に ついては特に制約はないが、 ゼォライ ト構造を構成するチャンネルについて、酸素
8員環を越える大きさのものを少なくとも一方向に持つものが好ましい。さらに好 ましくは同じ条件を満たすチヤンネルが二方向以上、最も好ましくは三方向以上持 っゼォライ トが担体として適当である。 具体的に I Z A ( International Zeolite Association) の勧告にしたがった骨格構造タイプで表すと、 F A U、 E R I、 F E R、 B E A, M 0 R、 MWW、 M TW、 M F I、 M E Lなどが好ましい。
本反応の固定化触媒においては、担体は固体酸性を有することが重要であり、 ゼ ォライ 卜の場合は、 ゼォライ トの骨格を形成する元素として酸素以外に、 アルミ二 ゥム、 ガリウム、 インジウム、 ホウ素といった群からなる M元素の少なくとも一種 類の元素、 並びにケィ素、 ゲルマニウム及びスズといった群からなる T元素の少な くとも一種類の元素を含むことが必要である。 M元素としてはアルミニウムが好ま しく、 T元素としてはケィ素が好ましい。 この M元素及び T元素は同時に二種類以 上ゼォライ ト骨格中に存在してもかまわない。そして、 ゼォライ ト骨格を形成する 元素として、 鉄、 チタン、 亜鉛、 マンガン、 クロム、 コノ レト、 バナジウム及びジ ルコニゥムを更に含んでいてもよい。 これらの元素のモル比 2 T/M (即ち、 [ T 元素のモル数]を [M元素のモル数 2 ]で除した値、 なお T、 Μ、 いずれも各元素 群の合計量を示す)は、周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属 元素を担持する前においては 9以上、担持後の複合体としては 8以上であることが 好ましく、 いずれの場合も 3 0 0以下であるのが好ましい。
担体となるゼォライ トの比表面積については、 好ましくは 50〜1500m2/g、 よ り好ましくは 100〜1300m2/g、 最も好ましくは 150〜; L200m2Zgがよい。
同じくゼォライ 卜の平均粒子径については、このものが小さすぎると触媒分離性 が悪くなり、大きすぎると外表面積が小さくなり反応基質や目的生成物等の拡散律 速が大きくなるという理由から、 好ましくは 0 . 0 1 m〜l 0 ^m、 より好まし くは 0 . 0 2 zm〜8〃m、 最も好ましくは 0 . 0 3〃m〜 6〃mがよい。 この場 合の平均粒子径とは、走査型電子顕微鏡によって観察される結晶の観察面に投射さ れた面積を、 その等面積円形に変換したときのその円径の数平均値のことをさす。 また本発明において使用する固定化触媒は、担体としてゼォライ トを使用する場 合には、ゼォライ ト骨格を形成する元素以外に少なくとも周期表第 4族から第 1 1 族に属する少なくとも一種の金属元素を含まなければならない。金属元素として具 体的にはチタン、 クロム、 マンガン、 鉄、 コノ^レト、 ニッケル、 銅、 イリジウムな どが挙げられるが、 その中でも鉄、 銅、 ィリジゥムが好ましく、 さらに鉄が最も好 ましい。 また、 これらの元素を二種類以上同時に含んでもよい。
本発明の固定化触媒は、周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素以外にゼォ ライ トの一部が対カチオンとして、 プロトン、 リチウム、 ナトリウム、 カリウム、 ルビジウム等の第 1族元素、 マグネシウム、 カルシウム、 ストロンチウム等の第 2 族元素、 亜鉛などの第 1 2族元素、 ホウ素、 アルミニウム、 ガリウム、 などの第 1 3族の元素、 あるいはアンモニゥムイオン、 テトラェチルアンモニゥムイオン等に 置換されていてもよい。 しかしながら、 ナトリウム等の金属元素、 もしくはアンモ ニゥムイオンなどの置換量が多くなると、担体の酸性度が低下するので、例えば担 体が F AU型ゼオライ トの場合では、 N a/A l (モル比) が通常 0 . 2 5以下、 好ましくは 0 . 1 5以下である。
これらの第 4族から第 1 1族までの金属元素以外の元素では、プロトンならびに アルミニウムが好ましく、 さらにプロトンが最も好ましい。
担体に担持させる第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素の量は、元素によりその 最適値が異なるが、例えば鉄を例に挙げると、鉄元素として担体に対する重量比で 0 . 0 0 1 %〜6 0 %、 好ましくは 0 . 0 0 5 %〜5 0 %、 さらに好ましくは 0 . 0 1〜4 0 %の範囲がよい。この範囲を超えて担持量が少なすぎると十分な反応活 性が得られず、他方多すぎても触媒作用以外に低分散状態の水酸化物、酸化物等の 不活性な副生物を生ずる場合もあるので好ましくない。
ゼォライ ト等の担体に第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素を担持させる方法 としては特に制約はなく、触媒調製法として一般に使用されている方法から適宜採 用することができる。鉄を例に挙げると、溶媒に可溶な鉄化合物を用いた液相ィォ ン交換法、鉄化合物とゼオライトを粉体混合した後に熱処理することによって鉄を 導入する固相ィオン交換法、ゼォライ トの細孔容積とほぼ同等な体積の鉄を含む溶 液を用いて含浸、溶媒留去によって鉄を担持させるポアフィリング法、揮発牲の鉄 化合物の蒸気とゼォライトを接触させ、その後熱処理によりゼォライト細孔内で鉄 もしくは鉄の酸化物クラス夕一を成長させる方法などを含め、種々の方法を用いる ことができる。液相イオン交換法、ポアフィリング法で用いる溶媒には鉄ィ匕合物を 溶かすことができれば特に制約はなく、 水、 メタノール、 エタノール、 トルエンな ど様々なものを用いることができる。
本発明の担体に第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素を担持させた複合体から なる固定化触媒は、 その酸性度を後述の酸量滴定法で測定した場合、担体単位重量 あたりの酸量として 0 . 0 6腿 ol/ g以上、 好ましくは 0 . 0 8腿 ol/ g以上、 更 に好ましくは 0 . 1 0腿 ol/ g以上有するものである。
担体に担持させるために使用する第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素を含む 化合物についても特に制約はなく、 金属の硝酸塩、 硫酸塩、 リン酸塩、 塩化物、 臭 化物等の無機酸塩、 酢酸塩、 シユウ酸塩、 クェン酸塩等の有機酸塩、鉄ペン夕カル ボニル等のカルボニル錯体、 フエ口セン等の有機金属化合物、 1 , 2—エチレンジ アミンゃァセチルァセトンなどの有機配位子及び/又は無機配位子をもつ錯体、並 びに錯塩等が挙げられるが、 これらの中、 硝酸塩、 硫酸塩、 塩化物、 臭化物が好ま しい。
本発明の固定化触媒は、第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素を液相中で担体に 担持させた複合体であるのが好ましいが、調製の際、担持時に用いる該金属元素に 対し特定量の塩基性化合物を存在させることが更に好ましい。 調製の際に用いる塩基性化合物としては、担持時に用いる溶媒に必要量が溶解し、 かつ、その後の熱処理工程によって容易に当該触媒から除去できる性質を有するも のがよい。 そうした性質を有するものとして以下のような化合物が挙げられる。 ( 1 ) アンモニア、 ヒドラジン
(2) 1〜 4個の窒素原子を含む総炭素数が 1〜1 2の鎖式アルキルアミン若し くはポリアミン類、或いは置換基を除く総炭素数が 1〜 1 2の鎖式アルキルァミン 若しくはポリアミンで窒素原子を含む任意の場所に 1〜 4個の下記置換基群 (A ) のなかの任意の置換基を有するもの
(3) 1または 2個の窒素原子を環上に含む 5〜6員環の環式アルキルアミン類 若しくは当該アルキルァミンで窒素原子を含む任意の場所に 1〜 3個の下記置換 基群 (B ) のなかの任意の置換基を有するもの
(4) 1または 2個の窒素原子を環上に含む 5〜 6員環のラク夕ム類若しくは当 該ラクタム類で窒素原子を含む任意の場所に 1〜 3個の下記置換基群 ( B )のなか の任意の置換基を有するもの
(5 ) ベンゼン環を 1個有する芳香族ァミン類

更に、 具体的には、 アンモニア、 ヒドラジン;メチルァミン、 ジェチルァミン、 トリェチルァミン、 1,2 -エチレンジァミン、 1,4 -ジァザビシクロ [2,2,2] ォ クタン、 トリエ夕ノールァミン;ピロリジン、 N -メチルビペリジン; N -メチルビ ロリジノン、 2 -ビぺリジノン;ァニリン、 ヒドロキシァ二リン; ピリジン、 ピラ ジン、 ビラミジン、 ピロ一ル、 ィミダゾ一ル、 ピコリン、 キノリン、 4 -ジメチル アミノビリジン、 2, 6 -ジメチルピリジン、 1,4 -ピリジニゥム水酸化物;水酸化物 テトラプチルアンモニゥムなどが挙げられる。このなかでもアンモニア、メチルァ ミン、 ジェチルァミン、 1 , 2 -エチレンジァミン;ピリジン、 4 -ジメチルァミノピ リジン、 2, 6 -ジメチルピリジンが好ましく、 特にアンモニアが好ましい。
複合体の調製時に存在させる塩基性化合物の量は、担持時に用いる当該金属元素 の合計モル数に対して、 通常 0 . 0 1から 5 0倍量 (モル比)、 好ましくは 0 . 0 5〜2 0倍量 (モル比)、 更に好ましくは 0 . 1から 1 0倍量 (モル比)、 特には 0 . 2〜5倍量 (モル比) である。
ここで、 担持時とは、担持必要物質を容器に充填する初期段階から、担持の実施 工程までを含む一連の過程を意味するものである。
塩基性化合物の添加は、金属元素の担持時であれば任意の段階で行うことができ、 例えばゼォライトを使用する場合には、通常以下の (a)〜( に示すような方法が用 いられる。
即ち (a ) 『当該金属元素を含む溶液に塩基性化合物を添加し、 その後ゼォライ トを加える』、 (b ) 『ゼォライトと溶媒を接触後、 塩基性化合物を添加する。 そ の後、当該金属元素を含む物質もしくは当該金属元素を含む物質を溶解させた溶液 を添加する』、 (c ) 『担持に必要な物質を全て加えた後、 それに塩基性化合物を 添加する』 (d ) 『担持に必要な物質を全て加え、 担持に必要な温度に達して一定 の時間処理した後に塩基性化合物を添加』などである。いずれの場合でも触媒活性 向上の効果はあるが、 その中でもゼォライ卜の構造破壊が少なく、かつ効率よく当 該金属元素が担持できる (c ) あるいは (d ) の方法が好ましい。
塩基性化合物を添加するときの温度は室温から担持の温度までなら任意であり、 また撹拌下であってもなくてもかまわない。塩基性化合物を添加するにあたり、全 量添加に必要な時間は担持のスケール等によっても異なるが、通常 5秒から 2時間、 より好ましくは 1 0秒から 1時間である。この際、塩基性化合物を適当な溶媒で希 釈しておいてもよく、又、塩基性化合物が常温で気体の場合は希釈するのは溶媒で も他の気体でもかまわない。
塩基性化合物の存在下での金属元素の担持操作は、複数回繰り返し行ってもかま わない。 また、 塩基性化合物を用いずに予め金属元素を担持した担体に対し、塩基 性化合物の存在下で、 更に担持操作を行ってもかまわないし、他方、 この塩基性化 合物の存在下での担持操作を行った後に、更に通常の担持操作を実施してもかまわ ない。
担持操作を複数回行う場合、さらに担持操作と担持操作の間に後述する熱処理を 実施しても良い。途中で熱処理を行わない場合には、担持操作と担持操作の間の乾 燥工程を省略することも可能である。
担持操作後の複合体(サンプル) は、 通常濾別などの方法で分離し、 水、 メ夕ノ —ル、 エタノール等を用いて洗浄するのが望ましい。その後、 常圧ないしは減圧条 件下での乾燥工程ならびに粉砕工程に処する。ここでいう乾燥とは、洗浄後のサン プルが粉体としての性状を示すようになるまで溶媒を失うことを言い、使用するゼ ォライ 卜の種類にもよるが、概ね担体の乾燥重量と等重量以下の溶媒を含む状態を 指す。
本発明における固定化触媒は、その調製過程において 2 0 0〜 1 1 0 0 °Cでの熱 処理を行う工程を施すことが好ましい。熱処理する工程は、ゼォライトに第 4族か ら第 1 1族の金属元素を導入する前でも、導入後でも実施することが出来、場合に よっては担体を加熱処理しながら第 4族から第 1 1族の金属元素を導入してもよ いが、担体を加熱処理した後に金属元素を担持させるのが好ましい。一方、前述の ような塩基を添加することによって金属元素を担持する場合には、担体に吸着した 塩基を除去するために、金属担持操作後に熱処理を行うのが肝要である。もちろん 担体を熱処理後に塩基を用いて金属元素を担持させ、その後さらに熱処理によって 塩基を除去してもかまわない。
また、本発明の固定化触媒の調製に際し、第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素 と担体との複合体に更に後述するような有機化合物群を導入する場合には、熱処理 の工程は少なくとも当該有機化合物を担体或いは複合体へ導入する前に行うこと が肝要である。 熱処理工程での温度は 2 0 0〜1 1 0 0 °Cで行われるが、好ましくは 3 0 0〜1 0 0 0 °C、 更に好ましくは 4 0 0〜9 0 0 °Cで、 4 5 0〜8 0 0 °Cが最も好ましい c 2 0 0 °Cより低い温度では触媒活性向上の効果が少なく、 1 1 0 0 °Cを超えて高温 に過ぎるとゼォライ ト等の担体の構造そのものが不可逆に破壊される可能性があ るので好ましくない。
担体或いは担体と金属元素、例えば鉄との複合体を熱処理する時間は、通常 0 . 5分から 1 2時間、 好ましくは 1分から 6時間である。 なお、 熱処理する時間とは、 実質的に触媒が処理温度にある時間を示し、用いる装置や触媒量により、見かけ上 同じ処理時間であつても、 装置内での実際の処理時間は異なることもある。
熱処理時における雰囲気は、 窒素、 アルゴン、 ヘリウム、 二酸化炭素などの不活 性ガス、 空気などの不活性ガスと酸素との混合ガス、或いは酸素などを用いること ができる。 この中でも窒素ないしは空気が好ましい。 また、 これらのガスに水蒸気、 窒素酸化物、 ィォゥ酸化物、塩化水素を体積比で 1 0 %まで混合させてもかまわな い o
雰囲気として使用するガスは、熱処理時に流通させてもさせなくてもかまわない。 流通させる場合には、 その流通速度は、 担体もしくは担体と金属元素 (鉄) の複合 体に対する重量空間速度 (WH S V) で、 通常 2 0 /h以下、 好ましくは 1 0 /h 以下である。
熱処理は一般に常圧下で行われるが、加圧または減圧下で行ってもよい。処理形 式としては、管状炉ゃマツフル炉等の任意の加熱装置を用い、 固定床または流動床 形式で行われる。
本発明の固定化触媒は、第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素と担体との複合体 に、 更に有機ィ匕合物を併用してもよい。使用する有機化合物としては、 副生成物の 低減と、 鉄 (元素) の液相中への溶出抑制を目的とし、 具体的には 1 , 2—ェチレ ンジァミン、 1, 4—ジァザビシクロ [ 2, 2, 2 ] オクタン、 ピリジン、 4—ピ コリン、 キノリン、 2 , 2 ' —ビビリジル、 1, 1 0 _フエナント口リン、 ジメチ ルグリオキシム、 1 , 2—シクロへキサンジオン ·ジォキシム、 ァセトヒドロキサ ム酸、 ジメチルホルムアミ ド、 N—メチルピロリ ドン、 エチレンジァミン四酢酸、 ポルフィリンなどの含窒素官能基を有する化合物類、 或いは 2, 2 ' —ビフエニル ジオール、 2 , 3—ブタンジオール、 ァセチルアセトン、 2—ヒドロキシァセトフ ェノンなどの含酸素官能基を有する化合物類、或いは含窒素官能基と含酸素官能基 を有する化合物類などが好ましい。 その中でも 2, 2, ージピリジル、 2, 2, — ビフエニルジオール、 1, 1 0—フエナント口リン、 ァセチルアセトンが好適であ り、 これらを併用することもできる。
これらの有機化合物を導入する時期、添加順序は特に制約はなく、担体に対する 添加順序に関して言えば第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素の添加と同時でも、 先でも後でもよいが、その中でも第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素を導入した 後から添加するのが好ましい。また有機化合物の添加量に関しては、担体中の第 4 族から第 1 1族の金属元素の存在量に対してモル比で 0 . 0 0 1から 2 0、 より好 ましくは 0 . 0 1から 1 0がよい。有機化合物の添加方法に関しても特に制約はな く、担体に第 4族から第 1 1族の金属元素をゼォライトに担持させた後、有機化合 物を固体の状態で添加し、減圧及び室温以上の加熱条件で、担体表面及び/又は内 部に導入する方法、あるいはメタノールなどの液相中に有機化合物を溶解させて、 担体と接触させる方法などを用いることができる。このなかでも固体の状態で接触 させる方法が簡便であり好ましい。
本発明の固定化触媒において、担体に担持された第 4族から第 1 1族の金属元素 は、担体細孔内及び/又は外表面にて様々な状態をとりうるが、鉄を例に挙げると、 次の ( 1 )及び(2 ) の状態などであり、 これらの両状態は共に存在していてもよ い。
( 1 ) 鉄イオンとして存在。
鉄が配位子を持つ場合には上記した添加有機ィ匕合物の他、水、水酸化物イオン、 塩化物イオン、 臭化物イオン、 1, 2—エチレンジァミンのような鉄を担体に担持 する過程で鉄とともに担体細孔内へ導かれたり、或いは細孔内にもともと存在した 分子またはイオンを配位させていてもよい。さらに一つの有機化合物の配位子が二 個以上の鉄原子を配位させていてもかまわない。
( 2 ) 鉄の金属クラス夕一もしくは鉄の酸化物クラス夕一。
この場合も ( 1 ) と同様な配位子を有する場合があり得る。 クラスター全体での 電荷は 0価から 3価が好ましい。また一つのクラス夕一内に含まれる鉄の原子数に 制約はないが、 好ましくは 2個から 1 1個である。
本発明方法では、上記の担体に第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金 属元素が担持され固定化触媒を用いて、環状ケトンの酸化開裂反応を行い脂肪族ァ ルデヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸を製造する。原料として使用される環状 ケトンとしては、炭素数 4〜7の飽和脂環式モノケトンであり、具体的にはシクロ ペン夕ノン、 シクロへキサノン、 シクロヘプ夕ノン等が挙げられるが、 これらの中、 特にシクロへキサノンが有用である。
本発明方法におけるその反応条件につき、シクロへキサノンからアジポアルデヒ ド酸及び/又はアジピン酸の製造例を挙げて示せば以下のとおりである。
本発明方法によるアジボアルデヒド酸及び/又はアジピン酸の製造において、水 の存在は必ずしも必須ではないが、水の存在下実施するのが副反応が抑制されると いう点で好ましい。水の使用量はシクロへキサノンに対し、 重量比で 0 . 0 1倍な いし 1 0 0 0倍、 より好ましくは 0 . 0 5倍ないしは 1 0 0倍程度、 さらに好まし くは 0 . 1倍ないしは 5 0倍とするのがよい。水の使用量により反応系のシクロへ キサノンと水との液相は反応温度下で均一相あるいは懸濁相となるが、本発明方法 を実施するにはそのいずれでもよい。ここで水というのは反応基質として外部から 供給するものだけでなく、目的とする反応及び副反応によって生じる水も含めたも のを指し示し、これら全てを合わせた水の量が上述の一定量の中に入っていればよ い。
固定化触媒の使用量は反応基質である環状ケトンに対し重量比で 0 . 0 0 5以上 であることが好ましい。上限は、 固定化触媒と液相のスラリ一が少なくとも反応条 件において流動牲を保つ範囲ならばよい。
本発明方法を実施する際の反応温度としては、かなり広い範囲から選定すること ができ、 例えば 0 °Cから 2 0 0 C、 より好ましくは 2 0 °Cから 1 6 0 °C、 最も好ま しくは 4 0 °Cから 1 4 0 °Cである。圧力は常圧で充分反応を進行させ得るが、常圧 以上に加圧してもよい。 これら温度、圧力の組み合わせは水及びシクロへキサノン を液体の状態で保ちうる条件が望ましい。
反応に使用する分子状酸素源としては純酸素を用いても、また空気等の希釈され た形態で用いても差し支えない。より低圧で反応を行うためには 1 0 %を越える酸 W
12 素濃度が好ましく、気相部の爆発限界を考慮する場合には希釈ガス中の酸素濃度は 1%から 10%が望ましい。 酸素を希釈するガスとしては、 窒素、 アルゴン、 二酸 化炭素、 ネオン、 ヘリウム、 水素、 ブタン、 プロパン、 ェタン、 メタンなどが挙げ られる。 また、酸素分圧が低すぎると目的とするアジポアルデヒド酸の生産効率が 悪くなり、高すぎると制御しにくい自動酸化などの副反応が起こり得るため、反応 条件下で酸素分圧は通常 0. 01〜 2. OMPa、 好ましくは 0. 02〜: L. 0M Pa、 最も好ましくは 0. 05〜0. 5MPaを保つ必要がある。
また反応系中に脂肪族炭化水素、 芳香族炭化水素、 含酸素有機化合物、 含窒素有 機化合物、 含硫黄有機化合物、 含ハロゲン有機化合物等を存在させてもよい。 これ らの化合物として例えば、 ベンゼン、 シクロへキセン、 1, 3—シクロへキサジェ ン、 へキサン、 ペンタン、 1 , 1' —ビシクロへキシリデン、 3—シクロへキシリ デンシクロへキセン、 1, 1, 一ビシクロへキセニル、 1—シクロへキシルシクロ へキセン、 ジシクロへキシルなどの炭化水素類、 メタノール、 エタノール、 1—ブ ロパノール、 2—プロパノール、 1ーブ夕ノール、 2—ブ夕ノール、 1, 1—ジメ チルエタノール、 1 , 2—エタンジオール、 シクロへキサノール、 cis及び trans - 1 , 2—シクロへキサンジオール、 cis及び trans— 1, 3—シクロへキサンジォ —ル、 cis及び trans— 1 , 4—シクロへキサンジオール、 2—シクロへキセン一 1 —オール、 1 , 6—へキサンジオール、 1, 5—へキサンジオール、 2, 5—へキ サンジオール、 2— (1—シクロへキセニル) 一シクロへキサノール、 2—シクロ へキシリデンシクロへキサノール、 2—シクロへキシルシクロへキサノール、 1— ( 1—シクロへキセニル)一シクロへキサノールなどのアルコール類が挙げられる。 また、 アセトン、 2—ヒドロキシシクロへキサノン、 3—ヒドロキシシクロへキ サノン、 1, 2—シクロへキサンジオン、 2—シクロへキセン一 1—オン、 3—シ クロへキセン一 1一オン、 1, 2—エポキシシクロへキサン、 3, 4—エポキシシ クロへキセン、 2, 3—エポキシシクロへキサン一 1—オン、 力プロラクトン、 6 ーヒドロキシへキサナ一ル、 5—ヒドロキシへキサナール、 5—へキセナ一ル、 1, 6一へキサンジアール、 2— ( 1—ヒドロキシシクロへキシル) ーシクロへキサノ ン、 2— (2—ヒドロキシシクロへキシル) 一シクロへキサノン、 2— (1—シク 口へキセニル) ーシクロへキサノン、 2—シクロへキシリデンシクロへキサノン、 2—シクロへキシルシクロへキサノン、ジシクロへキシルエーテルなどの含酸素有 機化合物類、 ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキサン、 3—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキ セン、 4—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキセン、 2—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキサ ノン、 3—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキサノン、 4—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキ サノン、 2—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキサノール、 3—ヒドロペルォキシシクロ へキサノール、 4—ヒドロペルォキシシクロへキサノール、 などの有機過酸化物類 を挙げることもできる。
更に、 アジピン酸モノメチル、 アジビン酸ジメチル、 ペンタン二酸、 ペンタン二 酸モノメチル、 ペンタン二酸ジメチル、 ブタン二酸、 ブタン二酸モノメチル、 ブ夕 ンニ酸ジメチル、 6—ヒドロキシへキサン酸、 6—ヒドロキシへキサン酸メチル、 5—ホルミル— 6—ヒドロキシゥンデカン二酸、 5—ホルミル一 5—ゥンデセン二 酸、 6— ( 2—ォキソシクロへキシル) 一 6—ヒドロキシへキサン酸、 6— ( 2— ォキソシクロへキシリデン)一へキサン酸、 5— ( 1—ヒドロキシシクロへキシル) - 5—ホルミルペンタン酸、 5—シクロへキシリデンー 5—ホルミルペンタン酸、 5—( 1ーシクロへキセニル)― 5—ホルミルペンタン酸などのカルボン酸類もし くはカルボン酸誘導体類、 2—クロロシクロへキサノンなどの含ハロゲン有機化合 物類、 2, 2, —ビビリジルヽ 2 , 2, 一ビフエニルジオール、 1, 1 0—フエナ ントロリン、 ァセチルアセトン、 ジベンゾ [ b、 d ] フランなどの触媒に添加した 有機化合物由来の化合物類などが挙げられる。
またこうした化合物のうち、 任意のアルデヒド、 ケトンに相当する化合物は、 任 意のアルコール類、 例えばメタノール、 エタノール、 1—プロパノール、 2—プロ パノール、 1ーブ夕ノール、 2—ブ夕ノール、 1 , 1—ジメチルエタノール、 シク 口へキサノール、 2—シクロへキセノール、 2—ヒドロキシシクロへキサノンとい つた化合物とァセ夕一ル及び/又はケ夕一ル、或いはへミアセ夕一ル及び/又はへ ミケタールを形成して存在していてもよい。さらに任意のアルデヒド又はケトンに 相当する化合物は、任意のアルデヒド又はケトンに相当する化合物とともにアルド —ル縮合、もしくはアルド一ル縮合してその後脱水反応によって生成する化合物を 存在させてもよい。 この場合、 二つのアルデヒド、 ケトンに相当する化合物は互い に異なっていてもよいし、 同じ種類の二つの分子であってもかまわない。 また一つ の分子内に存在する二つのカルボニル基によって、アルドール縮合もしくはアルド —ル縮合の後に脱水反応が生じたことにより生成する化合物が存在していてもか まわない。また任意の上述のようなカルボン酸類と任意の上述のようなアルコ一ル 類とがエステル化したことによって生じる化合物を存在させてもかまわない。任意 のアルコール類が、エーテル結合することによって生じた化合物を反応中に存在さ せてもかまわない。
上述した化合物のうち、 メタノール、 エタノール、 1—プロパノール、 2 -プロ パノール、 1 -ブ夕ノール、 2 -ブ夕ノール、 1, 1 -ジメチルエタノール、 1 , 2 - エタンジオールを除く化合物は、反応系中に大量に存在すると、 副反応が起こりや すく、 触媒の活性に悪影響を与えるため、 反応液中の各化合物の存在量は、 通常全 液相重量の 2 0 wt%以下、好ましくは 1 0 wt%以下、更に好ましくは 5 wt%以下と するのがよい。一方前述のアルコ一ル類はその合計重量が全液相重量の 9 0 wt %ま で占めていてもかまわない。
さらに水相中及び/又は有機相中に、第 4族から第 1 1族の金属元素由来のィォ ン、 錯体、 クラス夕一、 イオン性クラス夕一、 酸化物、 イオン性金属酸化物クラス 夕一、水酸化物、金属酸化物のコロイ ドなどが重量パーセント濃度にして 1 5 %ま で、 より好ましくは 1 0 %まで存在していてもよい。 この際、 金属元素に配位する 配位子及び金属元素の価数に関しては特に制約はない。
また同じく水相中及び/又は有機相中に、 ナトリウムイオン、 カリウムイオン等 の第 1族元素の陽イオン、 マグネシウムイオン、 カルシウムイオン等の第 2族元素 の陽イオン、 アルミニウムイオン等の第 1 3族元素の陽イオン等が、 固定化触媒に 対する重量パーセント濃度にして 1 5 %まで、より好ましくは 1 0 %まで含まれて いてもかまわない。
本発明の酸化反応の反応時間あるいは滞留時間は、反応条件、反応形式等により 異なるが、好ましくは通常 1 0秒〜 1 0時間、更に好ましくは 1分〜 7時間である。 反応の形式は、 回分式、 連続式のいずれでもよく、 反応器の形式も攪拌懸濁床式、 固定床式、流動床式など任意の形式のものを用いることができる。通常は攪拌懸濁 床を用いて連続的に反応を行うのが工業的には有利である。以下、攪拌懸濁床を用 いたシクロへキサノンの連続酸化反応の例を挙げて具体的に述べる。 [反応形式の概要]
反応形式は任意であるが、例えば以下のような反応形式を用いることができる。 反応器に本発明の固定化触媒を収容しておき、水、 シクロへキサノン及び分子状酸 素源となりうる酸素含有ガスを連続的に反応器に供給し、同時に生成したアジポア ルデヒド酸ゃアジピン酸と未反応のシクロへキサノンを含む反応混合物を連続的 に取り出す。取り出した反応混合物はガス分離塔でガスを分離し、分離したガスは 反応器へ再循環する。一方、取り出した反応混合物に含まれる固定化触媒を含む水 層は、有機層と層分離した後に反応器へと再循環する。目的生成物を含んだ有機層 は蒸留塔へと導かれ、蒸留により未反応シクロへキサノンと、 目的生成物であるァ ジポアルデヒド酸ゃアジピン酸、副生成物であるその他の化合物類に分離される。 回収したシクロへキサノンは反応器へと再循環し、不要な副生成物類はパージすれ ばよい。このとき副生成物群に有用な化合物が含まれている場合には、 この蒸留ェ 程でその化合物を取り出すことも可能である。なお、反応器から取り出した水を含 む反応混合物の有機層と水層との分離が不十分で、有機層に不溶な固定化触媒が含 まれている場合にはそれを分離し、さらに残った有機層を有機溶媒によって抽出し た上で、 有機溶媒層を蒸留塔に導き、 目的生成物等を分離してもよい。
[原料供給方法]
1 . 反応の開始時
反応開始後の反応器中には固定化触媒、 シクロへキサノン、酸素を含むガスが少 なくとも存在し、反応器への初期充填の段階でこれら反応原料等を加える順番には 特に制約はない。 しかしながら、 副生成物の生成を減少させるために、反応系中に 水を共存させ、なおかつ水非存在下でシクロへキサノンと固定化触媒とが接触する のを避けた方が好ましい。反応に水を用いる場合の具体的な添加順序としては、次 のような態様の混合ならびに充填方法を用いることが好ましい。
( 1 - 1 ) :反応器に固定化触媒を入れた後、 水を加え、 次いでシクロへキサノン を加える。
( 1— 2 ) :反応器にシクロへキサノンを入れ、 さらに水を加え、 その後固定化触 媒を加える。
( 1 — 3 ) :反応器にシクロへキサノンを入れ、 さらに予め水と接触させてスラリ 一状にしておいた固定化触媒の水分散液を加える。
(1-4) :反応器に予め水と接触させてスラリー状にしておいた固定化触媒の水 分散液を加え、 さらにシクロへキサノンを加える。
(1— 5) :初期充填用の別容器に ( 1— 1) から (1— 4) の方法を用いて固定 化触媒、水、 シクロへキサノンを混合して懸濁液を調製し、懸濁したスラリーの状 態で反応器に移送する。
ここでいう固定化触媒には、粉体としての性状が保たれている限り、適当量の水 が含まれていても良い。例えば FAUタイプのゼォライトを担体とする触媒の場合 には、ゼォライトと金属元素の複合体の乾燥重量と等重量までの水を含んでいても かまわない。 なお反応温度が室温を超える場合、 (1— 1) から ( 1— 5)の各方 法の任意の段階で加熱を開始してもよい。
また、 反応器に充填する前の固定化触媒、水、 シクロへキサノンとも別途事前に 酸素を含むガスと接触しておくことが好ましいが、この場合の酸素濃度は必ずしも 反応条件と同じでなくてもよい。さらに反応混合物の攪拌及び酸素を含むガスの流 通は、 固定化触媒、 水、 シクロへキサノンの各充填段階、 もしくは反応温度が室温 より高い場合には反応器の昇温段階ならびに昇温終了後の、いずれから開始しても よい。 また攪拌と酸素を含むガスの流通は、 必ずしも同時に開始する必要はない。
2. 反応継続時
原料 (酸素) の供給
酸化反応が進行するにつれ、反応器内のシクロへキサノン及び酸素が減少するた め、 これらを補充しながら連続的に反応するのが好ましい。
酸素の供給方法としては、 以下の態様のいずれかを用いることができる。
(2- 1) :反応器上部にシクロへキサノン、水等を還流させるための冷却装置を 設置し、 その冷却装置において酸素を含むガスをある一定の流量、 もしくは、 ある 一定の圧を保って流通させ、 連続的に酸素を供給する方法。
(2-2) :反応器上部にシクロへキサノン、水等を還流させるための冷却装置を 設置し、 その冷却装置において酸素を含むガスを流通させるが、反応器内の酸素濃 度を測定し、その指示値に応じて酸素を含むガスの流量もしくは酸素分圧を変化さ せ、 連続的に酸素を供給する方法。 (2-3) :酸素供給口を反応液内に設置した (2— 1) もしくは (2— 2) に準 ずる方法。
(2-4) :反応器内の圧力を一定に保ち、 反応の進行によって圧力が減少した分 を純酸素の添加により補償する、 もしくは、 反応器内の酸素濃度を測定し、 その指 示値に応じて純酸素又は純酸素と希釈ガスを供給し、反応器内の全圧ならびに酸素 分圧を一定に保つ方法。
酸素を含むガスを流通させる場合には、 酸素の供給量は「酸素の供給量(mo 1 /h) /シクロへキサノンの供給量 (mo 1/h)」の値が 0. 01から 200、 好ましくは 0. 05から 100の間で行うとよい。 また酸素を含むガスを反応混合 物内に直接供給する場合には、その供給口の形状及び大きさには特に制約がない。 供給口は、攪拌軸もしくは攪拌翼に取り付けてあってもかまわないし、 それらとは 独立して別途設けてもよい。
原料 (シクロへキサノン) の供給
シクロへキサノンの反応器への供給方法は、以下の態様のいずれを用いてもよい が、 反応を安定化させるために (3— 1) の方法を用いるのが好ましい。
(3- 1) :反応器へ間断なく連続的に供給する方法
(3-2) :ある間隔時間をおいて間欠的に供給する方法
[反応器]
反応器の形式については特に制約はなく、 1槽あるいは 2槽以上の連続した攪拌 槽からなる反応器や、 チューブラ一型反応器等、一般的な反応器を使用することが できる。
また反応器材質に関しても特に制約はなく、反応条件における腐食の進行が著し くない限り、 様々なものを用いることができる。例えば、 ステンレス鋼、 ハステロ ィ、 モネル、 インコネル、 チタン、 チタン合金、 ジルコニウム、 ジルコニウム合金、 ニッケル、 ニッケル合金、 タンタル、 フッ素系樹脂を内側にコーティングした材料、 各種ゴムを内側にコ一ティングした材料、各種ガラスを内側にコ一ティングした材 料、 各種ガラスなどが例示できる。
[反応方法]
本反応は、 攪拌を伴って行っても、 攪袢をさせずに行ってもよいが、 攪拌を行う 方が好ましい。その場合、 攪拌動力は、 固定化触媒を含む反応混合物の容積当たり、 好ましくは 0 . 0 5〜5 0 W /リツトルであり、 より好ましくは 0 . 1〜 1 0 W/ リットルである。攪拌動力があまりに大きすぎると固定化触媒の破砕が起こりやす くなり、 その結果、固定化触媒の分離性や触媒活性の低下をもたらすので好ましく ない。攪拌軸の本数は、槽に対して一本でも二本でもそれ以上でもかまわない。液 に対する攪拌軸の挿入は上部でも横でも下部でもそれぞれの中間的な角度でもよ レ、。例えば、 中心攪拌、 攪拌軸を槽底から挿入する中心攪拌、 偏心攪拌、 側面攪拌 などが挙げられるが、 もちろん、 これらの方法に特に限定されるわけではない。 攪拌翼の羽根の枚数は特に限定されず、 1乃至 1 0枚等のものが適宜使用できる。 攪拌翼はいかなるタイプのものでも使用できる。例えば、 プロペラ翼、角度付き平 羽根、 ピッチ付き平羽根、 平羽根ディスク夕一ビン、 平羽根(夕一ビン)、 パドル、 湾曲羽根、 ファゥドラ一型、 ブルマージン型、 ヘリカル翼、 アンカー翼、 適当な穴 のあいたパドル翼、 スカバ一翼、 ベーンドディスク夕一ビンなどが挙げられる。さ らに液相同士の混合の効率を上げ、気相部との接触効率を高めるために、反応器内 にじやま板、 バッフルプレート、 ドラフトチューブ等を設置してもよい。 また、 必 要に応じて金属(鉄)化合物を水、 もしくはシクロへキサノンに可溶な形で反応器 に連続して供給してもよい。
[反応混合物の分離方法]
反応混合物の分離方法に特に制約はなく、例えば以下の態様が採用されるが、 こ れらの中、 フィル夕一の目詰まり等の負担を減少させる意味で (4— 1 )及び(4 - 2 ) がより好ましい。
( 4 - 1 ) :反応器内もしくは反応器外に反応混合物の触媒分離槽を設け、 固定化 触媒の混入を避けて液相 (有機層) 部分のみを取り出す。
( 4 - 2 ) :反応器内もしくは反応器外に反応混合物の触媒分離槽を設け、 固定化 触媒の混入を避けて液相(有機層)部分のみを取り出し、 さらに微量混入した固定 化触媒を除去する目的で液相 (有機層) をフィル夕一に通して取り出す。
( 4 - 3 )反応器内もしくは反応器外にフィル夕一を設置し、固定化触媒を除去し て液相部を取り出す。
但し、 ここで触媒分離槽とは、 静置槽、 遠心分離機など、 密度差を利用して液相 と固定化触媒を分離せしめるものを指す。
また触媒分離槽、 フィルターともに複数用いてもよく、 その場合は並列させても 直列させてもあるいはそれらが混在する形式で用いてもよい。また有機層と水層の 分離性を高める目的で、触媒分離槽内で反応温度よりも低い温度に自然放冷ないし は強制冷却してもよい。
[再循環方法]
反応器から取り出した反応混合物を、静置、更にはフィルター通過等を施して得 た固定化触媒を含んだ液相 (水層等) を反応器内へと再循環させる際、 或いは後述 の蒸留操作によって回収したシクロへキサノンを反応器へと再循環させる際には、 その固定化触媒を含んだ液相もしくは回収したシクロへキサノンの温度を(反応温 度— 6 0 °C) を超える温度で、 より好ましくは (反応温度— 5 0 °C) を超える温度 で反応器内へと再循環させるのが好ましい。このとき移送用に圧縮ガスを用いても よく、 その種類についての制約は特にないが、反応で使用しているガスと同様のガ ス、反応で使用しているガスを他の不活性ガスで希釈したガス、 或いは不活性ガス を用いるのが好ましい。 この場合の不活性ガスとは窒素、 アルゴン、 二酸化炭素、 ネオン、 ヘリウム等をいう。
酸素を含むガスを反応器内へと再循環させるときには、 その温度は任意だが、室 温から反応温度までの間で行うのが好ましい。この再循環ガスが室温より高温の場 合には、 反応器の熱媒として使用することもできる。
[抽出方法]
反応混合物を有機層と水層とに静置分離した際に有機層に随伴した固定化触媒 をフィル夕一分離した後、 液相 (有機層) を有機溶媒にて抽出する場合、 抽出溶媒 としては芳香族炭化水素、 エステル、 エーテル、 ケトン等を用いることができる。 それら一連の化合物の中でもベンゼン、 トルエン、 キシレン、 酢酸ェチル、 メチル イソプチルケトン、 シクロへキサノンが好ましく、更にシクロへキサノンを用いる のが最も好ましい。抽出時の温度は任意だが、室温から反応温度までの間で行うの が好ましい。
[蒸留方法]
最終的に目的生成物であるアジポアルデヒド酸ゃアジピン酸を取り出すために は蒸留工程を用いるのが好ましい。例えば以下のような方法を用いることができる, 反応混合物から分離した有機化合物を主体とする混合物及び/又は抽出溶液をま ず第一塔にて蒸留し、未反応もしくは抽出溶媒として用いたシクロへキサノンなら びに低沸点化合物を、反応混合物から分離する。底部から得られた混合物をさらに 第二塔で蒸留し、 目的生成物であるアジポアルデヒド酸を塔頂から取り出す。この 際、付加価値の高いアジピン酸は塔底から得られる混合物の中から更に取り出すこ とができる。
[触媒活性の安定化方法及び触媒賦活方法]
触媒活性の経時的な劣化が起こり反応が不安定になつた場合には、①反応液の一 部を連続的に取り出し、反応液中の固定化触媒に対し賦活処理を施した後再循環す る、 あるいは②新しい固定化触媒、 担体に担持している金属元素を含む化合物、若 しくは必要な有機化合物等を連続的に反応器へと供給して、反応器内の触媒活性を 一定のレベルに保つことが望ましく、 ①及び②を組合せて行ってもよい。
固定化触媒を賦活させる方法としては、下記のいずれの方法を用いることができ、 これらの方法は必要に応じて組み合わせて用いてもよい。
(5- 1) :酸性水溶液で処理する方法、
(5-2) :アル力リ性水溶液で処理する方法、
(5-3) :酸化剤で処理する方法、
(5— 4) :還元剤で処理する方法、
(5-5) :溶媒にて固定化触媒上の付着成分を除去する方法、
(5-6) :超臨界流体を用いて処理する方法、
(5-7) : 100 °C以上の温度で熱処理する方法、
(5-8) :液相または気相にて固定化触媒から溶出した金属元素、有機化合物な どを補充する方法、
(5-9) : 5 OkP a以下に減圧して低沸点化合物を除去する方法
賦活処理の終わった固定化触媒は、 乾燥した状態、水、 シクロへキサノン等を含 んだスラリーの状態、或いは水、 シクロへキサノン等の溶媒を含んだケーキ状態の いずれの状態で反応器に再循環させてもよい。このとき、乾燥した状態というのは 固定化触媒が粉体としての性状を保っている状態をいい、適当量の水を含んでいて もかまわない。 また、 再循環させるときの温度は、 室温から (反応温度 + 3 0 °C)、 より好ましくは、 室温から (反応温度 + 2 0 °C) がよい。
上記方法によりシクロへキサノンの酸化反応で得られるアジポアルデヒド酸は 各種合成品の中間原料として有用であるが、特に、 このアジポアルデヒド酸を水素 化触媒の存在下、アンモニア及び水素と反応させ 6—アミノカプロン酸を生成する ことが出来、このものは更に加熱処理することによりナイロン一 6の原料である £ —力プロラクタムに変換することができる。
6—ァミノ力プロン酸は、アジポアルデヒド酸及び/又はアジポアルデヒド酸誘 導体を、 通常、 3 0〜3 0 0 °Cの温度で加圧条件下、 水素化触媒の存在下に過剰量 のアンモニア及び水素と反応させるか、或いはアジポアルデヒド酸及び/又はアジ ポアルデヒド酸誘導体をアンモニアによりアミ ド化した後に水素と反応させるこ とにより生成する。 この場合、 アジポアルデヒド酸誘導体は、 主に前記アジポアル デヒド酸の製造時に由来するもので、異なつた種類の誘導体が二種類以上含まれる 混合物であってもかまわず、 具体的にはアジポアルデヒド酸エステル、 アジポアル デヒド酸ァセタール、 アジポルデヒド酸エステルのァセ夕一ル体を示す。エステル 前駆体のアルコール及びァセ夕ール体の前駆体となるアルコ一ルとしては、通常炭 素数 1から 4のアルコールであり、 好ましくはメタノール、 エタノール、 n—プロ パノール, i—プロパノール、 n—ブ夕ノ一ル、 t—ブ夕ノール、 1,4-ブタンジォ ールである。水素化触媒としては、水素化反応に使用されている公知触媒から適宜 選択することが出来、 例えばコバルト、 ニッケル、 パラジウム、 白金、 ルテニウム、 ロジウムを主体とする触媒を挙げることができる。又、 これらの反応で溶媒を用い る場合には、 通常炭素数 1〜 6のアル力ノール、 水、 三級ァミン、 炭素数 2〜 1 0 のエーテルを使用することが出来る。さらに必要に応じて酸触媒によるエステルの 加水分解工程、 ァセタールの加水分解工程を任意の段階で行ってもよい。
還元及びアミノ化反応により得られた生成物から触媒、アンモニアを分離した後、 必要な場合は 6—ァミノ力プロン酸を分離し、更に精製して製品として回収するこ とができる。一方、 £—力プロラクタムの製造を目的とする場合には、触媒及びァ ンモニァを分離した後のアミノカプロン酸含有溶液若しくは更に分離精製操作を 行ったアミノカプロン酸を、通常 1 0 0〜3 7 0 °Cに加熱して縮合閉環反応させ目 的化合物に変換する。 £—力プロラクタムは、蒸留等の通常の方法により反応生成 液から分離、 回収する。
また、本発明方法における反応の条件を若干変更することにより、 アジピン酸を 主成分として製造することも可能である。この場合も、反応に用いる分子状酸素源 としては純酸素を用いても、また空気等の希釈された形態で用いても差し支えない。 希釈のために必要なガスはアジポアルデヒド酸製造時と同様なものが使用できる。 また気体の圧力は常圧でも、常圧以上に加圧してもかまわない。ただし酸素分圧は アジポアルデヒド酸を主生成物として得ようとする場合より高めに設定すること が望ましい。 具体的には 0 . 0 5〜 2 . 5 M P a、 好ましくは 0 . 0 7〜1 . 5 M P a、 最も好ましくは 0 . 0 9〜0 . 8 M P aの酸素分圧を反応開始時から反応終 了時の間保っていることが望ましい。ここでいう反応開始時とは、反応に必要な全 ての物質が反応器内に投入された状態を指し示し、もし反応が室温以上の場合は前 述の条件に加えてそれら反応に必要な物質の混合物が反応に必要な温度に達した 状態を指し示す。また反応終了時とは、反応開始時以降で反応に必要な物質の組成 (酸素分圧を含む)が別途指定した条件を逸脱する場合、若しくは、反応に必要な 温度から 3 0 °C以上温度が低下した状態のいずれかの条件を満たしている状態を 指し示す。
次に本発明方法を実施例及び参考例により、更に詳しく説明するが本発明はその 要旨を越えない限り以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
触媒の酸量は、 酸量滴定により求め、 その測定条件は以下の通りである。
触媒を、 1 2 0 °C、 常圧、 空気雰囲気で 1 2時間、 乾燥する。
乾燥後のサンプル(触媒)をデシケ一夕一中にて室温まで放冷し、 そのうち 0 . 2 5 gを秤量し、 それをなす型フラスコ (2 5ml) に入れ、 氷浴上で冷却する。 これに 0 °Cに冷却した 4 . 3規定の塩化ナトリゥム水溶液を 4 . 2 5ml加え、 0 °C の温度を保って 1 0分間撹拌する。
その後、 その混合物を平均細孔径 0 . 8〃mのポリエ一テルスルホン製メンブラ ンフィル夕で濾過し、得られた濾液を 0 . 0 2規定水酸化ナトリウム水溶液で中和 滴疋" 5る。
得られた酸の当量を使用したゼォライ 卜の重量で除し、ゼォライ 卜の単位重量あ たりの酸量 (単位:腿 ol/ g) を求める。
参考例:固定化触媒の調製
例 1 (固定化触媒— 1)
東ソ一社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト HSZ— 360HUA (2S i/Al = 14. 0 ([S iのモル数]を [A 1のモル数ノ2]で除した値を表す。 以下同じ) 、 Na2 O/S iO2= 0. 0008 [いずれもモル比] 、 H型) 16. 00 gに、 水 15 0mlに硫酸鉄 (I I) 7水和物 8. 33 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 不活性ガス 雰囲気下、 室温で 3時間攪拌した。得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄,乾燥 した後、 蛍光 X線分光法(以下、 XRFと称する) によって鉄含有量を測定したと ころ、 重量濃度にして 0. 35%であった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し, 3kPaの減圧下, 120°Cで 3時間乾燥させ たところ 4. 30 であった。 これに 0. 0417 gの 2, 2 ' —ビビリジル (サ ンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量)を加え, よく振とうしたのち 3 k P aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間,その後,同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。 続いて 0. 0496 gの 2, 2, —ビフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して 約 1当量) もカロえ, よく振とうしたのち 3kPaまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1 時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを 塩ィ匕メチレン 50 m 1の中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後にサンプルを濾 別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 3時間 乾燥させ、 (固定化触媒一 1) を得た。
例 2 (固定化触媒一 2)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライト CBV— 760 (2Si/Al = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 23. 6gに、 0. 1M硝酸 22 lmlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 8. 98 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下、 室温で 1時間攪拌した。得られた固形 物(サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量を測定したとこ ろ、 重量濃度にして 0. 50%であった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し, 3kPaの減圧下, 120°Cで 3時間乾燥させ たところ 20. 02 であった。 これに 0. 268 gの 2, 2 ' —ビビリジル(サ ンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量)を加え, よく振とうしたのち 3 k P aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間,その後,同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った c 続いて 0. 320 gの 2, 2, —ビフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振とうしたのち 3kPaまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時 間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩 化メチレン 200mlの中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後にサンプルを濾 別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 3時間 乾燥させて (固定化触媒一 2) を得た。
例 3 (固定化触媒— 3)
東ソ一社製 FAU型ゼォライト HSZ— 360HUA (2 S i/Al = 14. 0、 Na20/S i O2 = 0. 0008 [いずれもモル比]、 H型) 16. 00 gに、 0. 1M硝酸 150mlに硝酸鉄(III) 9水和物 3. 02 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下、 室温で一時間攪袢した。得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄 · 乾燥した後、 X R Fによつて鉄含有量を測定したところ、重量濃度にして 0.78 % であった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し, 3 kP aの減圧下, 120°Cで 3時間乾燥させ たところ 2. 53 であった。 これに 0. 0549 gの 2, 2 ' —ビビリジル(サ ンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量)を加え, よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間,その後,同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。 続いて 0. 0656 gの 2, 2, ービフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して 約 1当量) も加え, よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1 時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを 塩化メチレン 50mlの中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別す る, この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3 kP aの減圧下, 60°Cで 3時間乾燥 させて (固定化触媒一 3) を得た。
例 4 (固定化触媒一 4)
(固定化触媒— 3) 2. 14gに、 2Mの硝酸ナトリウム水溶液 30mlを加え、 2時間還流条件下で処理し、 その後、 濾過し、 水で洗浄した。 このナトリウムによ るイオン交換の処理をもう一度繰り返した。さらに脱塩水にて洗浄し、 3kPaの 減圧下, 60°Cで 5時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒—4) を得た。得られた (固定化 触媒— 4)の鉄含有量を XRFによって測定したところ、重量濃度にして 0.70% であった。 また Na/Alは 0. 085 (モル比) であった。
例 5 (固定化触媒— 5)
東ソ一社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト HSZ— 360HUA (2 S i/Al = 14. 0、 Na2O/Si〇2= 0. 0008 [いずれもモル比]、 H型) 16. 00 gに、 0. 1M硝酸 150mlに硝酸鉄(III) 9水和物 3. 02 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下、 室温で 1時間攪拌し、 得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄-乾 燥した。
乾燥後のサンプルのうち 5.00 gを 2M硝酸ナトリウム水溶液 47mlに加え、 2時間還流条件下で処理を行い、 その後濾過し、水で洗浄した。 このナトリゥムに よるイオン交換の処理をさらに二回、 合計三回行い、 その後、脱塩水にて洗浄し、 常圧空気雰囲気下、 120°Cにて 12時間乾燥させた。このサンプルの鉄含有量を XRFによって測定したところ、 重量濃度にして 0. 76%であった。 また Na/ 1は0. 18 (モル比) であった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し、 さらに 3 kP aの減圧下, 100°Cで 3時間乾 燥させたところ 1. 04 であった。 これに 0. 0226 gの 2, 2, 一ビビリジ ル(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) を加え, よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで 減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間 保った。続いて 0. 0264 gの 2, 2, ービフエニルジオール (サンプル中の鉄 に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振とうした後 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温 下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサン プルを塩化メチレン 30 m 1の中に投入,還流条件下で一時間洗浄した後に触媒を 濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 3時 間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 5) を得た。
例 6 (固定化触媒一 6)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライト CBV— 760 (2Si/Al = 55. 0 [モル 比]、 H型) 64. 0 gに、 水 600mlに硫酸鉄(I I) 7水和物 33. 40 g と 1M塩酸 0. 6 mLを混合させた溶液を加え、 不活性ガス雰囲気下、室温で 3時 間攪拌した。得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによつ て鉄含有量を測定したところ、 重量濃度にして 0. 47%であった。 (固定化触媒 -6)
例 7 (固定化触媒— 7)
(固定化触媒— 6) 4. 00 gに水 25mlを加え、 さらに 0. 1Mアンモニ ァ水 7. 15mlを加えた。得られたスラリーを室温にて 10分間攪拌し、 その後、 濾過を行い、 さらに脱塩水による洗浄を濾液の pHが 7. 5になるまで行った。サ ンプルをエバポレー夕一で減圧乾燥し、 (固定化触媒一 7) を得た。
例 8 (固定化触媒一 8)
(固定化触媒— 7) を窒素気流下、 510°Cで 4時間熱処理を行い、 (固定化 触媒— 8) を得た。
例 9 (固定化触媒— 9)
塩化鉄 (III) 6水和物 0. 541 gを水 40mlとメタノール 20mlの混合 物にとかし、 更に炭酸水素ナトリウム 0. 164g、 2, 2, —ビビリジル 0. 3 13 g、 2, 2, —ビフエニルジオール 0. 373 gをこの順序で加え、 室温で撹 拌したところ、 暗赤色の混合物を得た。 これに 1—ブ夕ノール 29. 4 g、 ケィ酸 ェチル 83. 4 g、 ドデカ夕ングストケィ酸 26水和物 3. 31 gを加え、 得られ たスラリーを 45°Cで 1時間、 次いで 80°Cで 4時間 45分撹拌し、 その後室温下 で 15時間熟成させた。ゲル化したサンプルを減圧下にて溶媒留去し、得られた濃 赤色のドライゲルを 80 °Cの水で 3回洗浄し、その後 120 °C空気雰囲気下で 12 時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒一 9) を得た。
また (固定化触媒— 9) を空気気流下、 600°Cにて 6時間焼成を行ったところ、 重量が 24%減少した。得られた黄白色の粉末を XRF測定したところ、鉄の含有 量は重量濃度にして 0. 16%であった。 よって (固定化触媒— 9) は 0. 12% の鉄を含有していたと考えられる。
例 10 (固定化触媒— 10)
水 100mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4. 05 gを溶かした溶液に、 シリカ系 触媒担体 ·キャリアクト Q— 15 (富士シリシァ化学株式会社製;粒子径 75〜 5 00〃m、 細孔径約 150 ) 10. 0 gを加え、 すぐに濃アンモニア水溶液 (2 8〜30wt%) 2. 02mlを滴下した。得られたスラリーを 60°Cにおいて 1 時間攪拌し、 その後、 濾別し、 濾液が約 pH7になるまで脱塩水による洗浄を行つ た。濾別したサンプルは減圧下エバポレー夕一によって乾燥させ、 その後、 窒素気 流下にて 600°Cで 4時間熱処理を行い、 黄白色の粉体(固定化触媒— 10)を得 た。
上記例 1〜 10で得られた各固定化触媒について、上記測定法により触媒の酸 量滴定を行い、 酸量を算出した。 その結果を下記表— 1に示す。

(固定化触媒— 1) を用いたシクロへキサノンの酸化閧裂反応
内径 50 mm,内側の高さ 25 mmのガラス製反応器に 1. 79 gの(固定化触 媒—1) を入れ, 水 15ml, シクロへキサノン 1. 5 gをカロえ, 分子状酸素微加 圧下 (常圧に対して 1 kP a程度加圧)全長 30mm,最大直径 8 mmのテフロン コートされたほぼ円筒形のスターラーバーを用い,マグネチックス夕一ラーで 12 00から 1500 r pmにて撹拌しながら, 65°0で1. 5時間反応させた。得ら れた反応混合物から固定化触媒を遠心分離し, さらに溶媒(メタノール) を用いて 抽出し, 内部標準を用いたガスクロマトグラフにて分析したところ、 目的生成物で あるアジポアルデヒド酸の収率は 0. 96%であった。
反応後の (固定化触媒— 1) の分析
上記反応の後,(固定化触媒一 1 )触媒は 1.77 g回収された(投入量の 99 %)c また, XRFによって回収触媒の元素分析を行ったところ, 2S i/Al比(モル 比) は 1 %増加, F e/A 1比 (モル比) の変化量は検出限界 ( 1 %)以下, F e 含有量は 3 %減少していた。さらに粉末 X線回折によっては反応前後での結晶化度 の変化は検知できなかった (検出限界 1%以下) 。
実施例 2〜 5及び比較例 1〜 6
各固定化触媒の使用量及び反応温度を、表— 2に記載の条件に変更した以外は実 施例 1と同様の反応条件でシクロへキサノンの酸化開裂反応を実施し、目的生成物 であるアジポアルデヒド酸を得た。 その結果を表— 2にまとめて示す。

触媒として P Q社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV- 7 6 0 ( 2 S i/A l = 5 5. 0 [モル比]、 H型) を 2. 0 0 g用い、 その他は実施例 1と同様の条件で反応を行 つたところ、 目的生成物であるアジポアルデヒド酸は得られなかった。
参考例:固定化触媒の調製 (熱処理)
例 1 1 (鉄担持 FAU型ゼォライ トー 1 )
P Q社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 7 6 0 ( 2 S i/A l = 5 5. 0 [モル比]、 H型) 3 2. 0 0 gに、 塩酸により pH4に調製した水 3 0 0mlに硫酸鉄 (II) 7水和物 1 6. 7 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 不活性ガス雰囲気下、 室温で 3時間 撹拌した。得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄 ·乾燥した後、 蛍光 X線分光法 (以下、 XRFと称する) によって鉄含有量を測定したところ、 重量パ一セント濃 度にして 0. 47%であった。 また Feイオン交換後の 2S i/Al (モル比) は 67であった。
例 12 (固定化触媒一 11)
(鉄担持 F A U型ゼオライ ト— 1 )の一部を取り出し、 3 kP aの減圧下、 12 0°Cで 3時間乾燥させたところ 2. 83 であった。 これに 0. 0377 gの 2, 2, 一ビビリジル (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) を加え, よく振とうしたの ち 3 k P aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で一時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 1 20°Cで 3時間保った。続いて 0. 0449 gの 2, 2,—ビフエニルジオール(サ ンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) もカロえ, よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った c 得られたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50 m 1の中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄し た後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3 kP aの減圧下, 60°Cで 3時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 11) を得た。
例 13 (固定化触媒一 12)
(鉄担持 FAU型ゼォライ ト— 1)の一部を取り出し、 窒素気流下、 管状炉で 4 00°Cにて 24時間熱処理を行った。焼成後のサンプルの鉄の含有量を XRFにて 測定したところ、 (鉄担持 FAU型ゼォライ ト— 1) と有意の差は認められなかつ た。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し、熱処理直後に秤量したところ 2. 38 gであつ た。 これに 0. 031 gの 2, 2' —ビビリジル (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当 量) を加え, よく振とうしたのち 3kPaまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。続いて 0. 038 gの 2, 2, 一ビフエ二ルジォ一ル (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振と うしたのち 3kPaまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の 状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50mlの中に 投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り 返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 2時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 12) を得た。 例 14 (固定化触媒— 13)
(鉄担持 FAU型ゼォライト— 1)の一部を取り出し、 窒素気流下、 管状炉で 7 40°Cにて 4時間熱処理を行った。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し、熱処理直後に秤量したところ 2. 50gであつ た。 これに 0. 033 gの 2, 2' —ビビリジル (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当 量) を加え、 よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。続いて 0. 039 gの 2, 2, 一ビフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振と うしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の 状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50mlの中に 投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り 返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 2時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 13) を得た。
例 15 (固定化触媒— 14)
(鉄担持 FAU型ゼォライト— 1)の一部を取り出し、 窒素気流下、 管状炉で 9
00 °Cにて 4時間熱処理を行った。焼成後のサンプルの鉄の含有量を X R Fにて測 定したところ、 重量パ一セント濃度で 0. 53%だった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し、熱処理直後に秤量したところ 4. 07 gであつ た。 これに 0. 060 gの 2, 2, 一ビビリジル (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当 量) を加え、 よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。続いて 0. 072 gの 2,
2, —ビフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) もカロえ, よく振と うしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の 状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50mlの中に 投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り 返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 2時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒一 14) を得た。
例 16 (固定化触媒一 15)

このサンプルの一部を取り出し、熱処理直後に秤量したところ 2. 59 gであつ た。 これに 0. 034 gの 2, 2, 一ビビリジル(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当 量) を加え、 よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。続いて 0. 041 gの 2, 2, ービフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振と うしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の 状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50mlの中に 投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り 返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 2時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 15) を得た。
例 17 (固定化触媒一 16)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライト CBV— 760 (2 S i/Al = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 64. 0 gに、 塩酸により p1H 4に調製した水 600mlに硫酸鉄(Π) 7 水和物 33. 4 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 不活性ガス雰囲気下、 室温で 3時間撹 拌した。得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄 含有量を測定したところ、 重量パーセント濃度にして 0. 46%であった。 また F eイオン交換後の 2 S i/A 1 (モル比) は 66であった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し、窒素気流下、管状炉で 750°Cにて 4時間熱処 理を行った。
熱処理後のサンプルの一部を取り出し、熱処理直後に秤量したところ 49. 72 であった。 これに 0. 645 gの 2, 2 ' —ビビリジル (サンプル中の鉄に対し て約 1当量) を加え、 よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。続いて 0. 763 gの 2, 2, —ビフエニルジオール(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じ く減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩化メチレン 500 mlの中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業 を二回繰り返した後に, 3kPaの減圧下, 60°Cで 2時間乾燥させて (固定化触 媒— 16) を得た。
例 18 (鉄担持 FAU型ゼオライト— 2)

例 19 (固定化触媒一 17)
(鉄担持 FAU型ゼオライト一 2)のうち 4. 10gを取り出し、 これに 0. 0 62gの 1, 10—フエナント口リン ' 1水和物(サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当 量) を加え、 よく振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後,同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得られたサンプルを塩化メ チレン 100mlの中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後に触媒を濾別する, この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3 kP aの減圧下, 60°Cで 2時間乾燥させ て (固定化触媒— 17) を得た。
例 20 (固定化触媒— 18)
(鉄担持 FAU型ゼオライト— 2)のうち 2. 93 gを取り出し、 これに 0. 0 317 gのァセチルァセトン (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1. 2当量) を加え、 よ く振とうしたのち 3 kP aまで減圧, この状態で 120°Cにて 3時間保った。得ら れたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50 m 1の中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後 に触媒を濾別する,この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3 kP aの減圧下, 60°C で 2時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 18) を得た。
例 21 (固定化触媒一 19)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライト CBV— 760 (2Si/A 1 = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) を窒素気流下、 管状炉で 750°Cにて 4時間熱処理を行った。熱処理後のサ ンプル 8. 00gに、 塩酸により pH4に調製した水 600mlに硫酸鉄(II) 7 水和物 33. 4 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 不活性ガス雰囲気下、 室温で 3時間撹 拌した。得られたサンプルを水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量を測 定したところ、 重量パ一セント濃度にして 0. 52%であった。 また Feイオン交 換後の 2 S i/Al (モル比) は 67であった。
このサンプルの一部を取り出し、約 3 kP aの減圧下, 12 CTCで 3時間乾燥さ せた。
乾燥後に秤量したところ 3. 05 であった。 これに 0. 045 gの 2, 2' - ビビリジル (サンプル中の鉄に対して約 1当量) を加え、 よく振とうしたのち 3 k Paまで減圧, この状態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°C で 3時間保った。 続いて 0. 053 gの 2, 2 ' ービフエニルジオール (サンプル 中の鉄に対して約 1当量) も加え, よく振とうしたのち 3kPaまで減圧, この状 態で室温下で 1時間, その後, 同じく減圧の状態で 120°Cで 3時間保った。得ら れたサンプルを塩化メチレン 50 m 1の中に投入,還流条件下で 1時間洗浄した後 に触媒を濾別する,この洗浄作業を二回繰り返した後に, 3 kP aの減圧下, 60°C で 3時間乾燥させて (固定化触媒— 19) を得た。
実施例 6
内径 50 mm, 内側の高さ 25 mmのガラス製反応器に 2. 00 の(固定化触 媒— 12) を入れ, 水 15ml, シクロへキサノン 1. 5 gを力 αえ, 分子状酸素微 加圧下 (常圧に対して 1 kP a程度加圧)全長 30 mm,最大直径 8 mmのテフ口 ンコートされたほぼ円筒形のスターラーバーを用い,マグネチックスターラーで 1 200から 1500 r pmにて攪拌しながら, 85 で1. 5時間反応させた。得 られた反応混合物から固定化触媒を遠心分離, さらに溶媒(メタノール) を用いて 抽出し, 内部標準を用いたガスクロマトグラフにて分析したところ、 目的生成物で あるアジポアルデヒド酸の収率は 5. 54%であった。
実施例 7
(固定化触媒一 13 ) を 2. 00 g用い、 その他は実施例 6と同様の反応条件でシ クロへキサノンの酸化開裂反応を実施したところ、目的生成物であるアジポアルデ ヒド酸を 5. 70 %の収率で得た。
実施例 8 (固定化触媒一 14 )を 2. 00 g用い、 その他は実施例 6と同様の反応条件でシ クロへキサノンの酸化開裂反応を実施したところ、目的生成物であるアジポアルデ ヒド酸を 6. 60%の収率で得た。
実施例 9
(固定化触媒一 15)を 2. 00g用い、 その他は実施例 6と同様の反応条件でシ クロへキサノンの酸化閧裂反応を実施したところ、目的生成物であるアジポアルデ ヒド酸を 6. 44 %の収率で得た。
実施例 10
内容積 50 OmLのチタン製ォ一トクレーブに 10.0 gの(固定化触媒— 16) を入れ、 水 75. 0 g、 シクロへキサノン 7. 49 gを加え、 系内を 0. IMP a の加圧状態を保ちながら、反応混合物内に出口を備えたガス導入口よりオートクレ ーブ上部に取り付けた冷却管の上部へと、 酸素 5% ·窒素 95% (いずれも体積濃 度)の混合ガスを 1 ONL/hの流量で流通させ、反応混合物を 6枚翼夕一ビンで 1000 r pmにて撹拌し、 85°〇で1. 5時間反応させた。得られた反応混合物 から固定化触媒を遠心分離, さらに溶媒(メタノール) を用いて抽出し, 内部標準 を用いたガスクロマトグラフにて分析したところ、目的生成物であるアジポアルデ ヒド酸の収率は 8. 8%であった。
実施例 11
20. 0 gの (固体化触媒- 16) を入れ、 酸素 5% ·窒素 95% (いずれも体 積濃度)の混合ガスを 18 NL/hの流量で流通させたこと以外は実施例 10と同 様の反応条件でシクロへキサノンの酸化開裂反応を実施したところ、目的生成物で あるアジポアルデヒド酸の収率は 9. 9%であり、 アジピン酸の収率は 1. 88% であった。
実施例 12
(固定化触媒一 17 )を 2. 00 g用い、 その他は実施例 6と同様の反応条件でシ クロへキサノンの酸化開裂反応を実施したところ、目的生成物であるアジポアルデ ヒド酸を 6. 60 %の収率で得た。

PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 760 (2 S i/Al = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 10. 00 gに、 脱塩水 100mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4.
05 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下、 室温で 1分間撹拌した。 このスラ リーを室温に保ちつつ、 濃アンモニア水 (28〜30重量%) 1. 82ml (NH3 /Fe [添加使用した鉄元素に対するモル比] :2.79) を 5分間かけて滴下した。得ら れた黄褐色のスラリーを 60°Cに昇温し、 その温度を保ちつつ 1時間撹拌した。サ ンプルは濾別し、 濾液の pHが 7. 5以下になるまで脱塩水を用いて洗浄、 その後 エバポレー夕一にて減圧乾燥した。乾燥したサンプルはさらに窒素気流下、管状炉 を用いて 750°Cで 3時間処理した。得られたサンプルを (固定化触媒一 1)とす る。
得られた固形物 (サンプル) を水で洗浄 ·乾燥した後、 蛍光 X線分光法 (以下、 XRFと称する)によって鉄含有量を測定したところ、重量パーセント濃度にして 1. 25%であった。 また Fe担持後の 2 S i/Al (モル比) は 68であった。 例 23 (固定化触媒一 21)
例 22 (固定化触媒一 20)において、 Fe担持時に添加する濃アンモニア水の 体積を 3. 04ml (NH3/Fe [モル比] :4.66) に変更した以外は、 全く同じ手法 を用いて (固定化触媒— 21)を調製した。 XRFによると鉄含有量は 4. 84% であった。
例 24 (固定化触媒一 22)
脱塩水 100mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4. 05 gを溶解させた溶液を室温 で撹拌しながら、 濃アンモニア水 (28〜30重量%) 1. 82mlを 5分間かけて滴 下した。得られた赤褐色の反応混合物を室温下さらに 30分間撹拌、 その後、 PQ 社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 760 (2 S i/Al = 55. 0 [モル比]、 H 型) 10. 00 gを投入し、 温度を 60°Cに昇温してさらに 1時間撹拌した。 サン プルは濾別し、 濾液の pHが 7. 5以下になるまで脱塩水を用いて洗浄、 その後ェ バポレー夕一にて減圧乾燥した。乾燥したサンプルはさらに窒素気流下、管状炉を 用いて 750°Cで 3時間処理した。得られたサンプルを (固定化触媒 _22) とす る。
得られた固形物 (サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量 を測定したところ、 重量パーセント濃度にして 0. 91%であった。
例 25 (固定化触媒一 23)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 760 (2 S i/A 1 = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 10. 00 gに、 脱塩水 100mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4. 05gを 溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下 60°Cまで昇温させ、 30分間撹拌した。反 応混合物を 60°Cに保ち、 撹拌しながら濃アンモニア水 (28〜30重量%) 1. 82 mlを 5分間かけて滴下した。得られた黄褐色のスラリーを 60°Cでさらに 30分 撹拌した。 その後サンプルは濾別し、 濾液の pHが 7. 5以下になるまで脱塩水を 用いて洗浄、 その後エバポレー夕一にて減圧乾燥した。乾燥したサンプルはさらに 窒素気流下、 管状炉を用いて 750°Cで 3時間処理した。得られたサンプルを (固 定化触媒— 23) とする。
得られた固形物 (サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量 を測定したところ、 重量パーセント濃度にして 1. 55%であった。
例 26 (固定化触媒一 24)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 760 (2 S i/A 1=55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 10. 00 gに、 脱塩水 100mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4.
04 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下 60°Cまで昇温させ、 55分間撹拌 した。 反応混合物を 60°Cに保ち、 撹拌しながら濃アンモニア水 (28〜30重量%) 1. 82mlを 5分間かけて滴下した。得られた黄褐色のスラリ一を 60°Cでさら に 5分撹拌した。 その後サンプルは濾別し、 濾液の pHが 7. 5以下になるまで脱 塩水を用いて洗浄、 その後エバポレー夕一にて減圧乾燥した。乾燥したサンプルは さらに窒素気流下、管状炉を用いて 750°Cで 3時間処理した。得られたサンプル を (固定化触媒— 24) とする。
得られた固形物 (サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量 を測定したところ、 重量パーセント濃度にして 1. 49%であった。
例 27 (固定化触媒— 25)
Zeolyst International社製 F AU型ゼオライ ト CB V— 760 (2 S i/A 1 = 55. 0 [モル比]、 H型) 30. 0gに、 lmol/l(リットル)硝酸アンモニゥム水 溶液 600mlを加え、 80°Cで 1時間撹拌した。 その後サンプルをろ過し、 脱塩 水にて洗浄した。さらにもう一度サンプルに 1 mol/ 1 (リットル)硝酸アンモニゥム水溶 液 600mlを加え、 80°Cで 1時間撹拌し、 ろ過、 洗浄、 乾燥を行ってアンモニ ゥム型 FAUゼォライ トを得た。
得られたアンモニゥム型 FAUゼォライ トのうち、 10. 00 gに脱塩水 100 mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4. 05 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下 60°Cまで昇温させ、 30分間撹拌した。反応混合物を 60°Cに保ち、 撹拌しなが ら濃アンモニア水 (28〜30重量%) 1. 82mlを 5分間かけて滴下した。得られ た黄褐色のスラリーを 60°Cでさらに 30分撹拌した。その後サンプルは濾別し、 濾液の pHが 7. 5以下になるまで脱塩水を用いて洗浄、 その後エバポレー夕一に て減圧乾燥した。乾燥したサンプルはさらに窒素気流下、管状炉を用いて 750°C で 3時間処理した。 得られたサンプルを (固定化触媒—25) とする。
得られた固形物 (サンプル) を水で洗浄 '乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量 を測定したところ、 重量パーセント濃度にして 1. 63%であった。
例 28 (固定化触媒一 26)
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 760 (2S i/A 1 = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 10. 00 gに、 脱塩水 100mlに硝酸鉄 (III) 9水和物 4. 05gを 溶解させた溶液を加え、 60°Cに昇温し、 その温度を保ちつつ 1時間撹拌した。サ ンプルは濾別し、 濾液の pHが 6. 5以下になるまで脱塩水を用いて洗浄、 その後 エバポレー夕—にて減圧乾燥した。乾燥したサンプルはさらに窒素気流下管状炉を 用いて 750°Cで 3時間処理した。得られたサンプルを (固定化触媒— 26) とす る。
得られた固形物(サンプル) を水で洗浄'乾燥した後、 XRFによって鉄含有量 を測定したところ、 重量パ一セント濃度にして 0. 77%であった。 また Feィォ ン交換後の 2 Si/A 1 (モル比) は 70であった。
例 29 (固定化触媒— 27) [アンモニゥム型ゼオライト調整]
PQ社製 FAU型ゼォライ ト CBV— 760 (2 S i/Al = 55.0 [モル比]、 H型) 30. 00 gに、 1規定硝酸アンモニゥム水溶液 600mlを加え、 80°C にて 1時間攪拌し、サンプルをろ過 '洗浄した。この操作を 2回繰り返し、 120°C にて 12時間乾燥させることでアンモニゥム型ゼォライトを得た。
得られたアンモニゥム型ゼォライト 12. 0gに、脱塩水 120mlに硝酸鉄(I I) 9水和物 4. 85 gを溶解させた溶液を加え、 空気雰囲気下、 60°Cで 30分 間攪拌した。 このスラリーに、 濃アンモニア水(28〜30重量%) 2. 18ml を 5分間かけて滴下した。得られた黄褐色のスラリーをさらに 60°Cで 30分攪拌 した。サンプルはろ別し、 ろ液の pHが 7. 5以下になるまで脱塩水を用いて洗浄、 その後常圧下、 120°Cにて 12時間乾燥させた。この鉄を担持させる操作を同じ 触媒に関して 3回繰り返した。
得られたサンプルをさらに窒素雰囲気下、管状炉を用いて 750°Cで 3時間処理 した。 得られたサンプルを (固定化触媒- 27) とする。
実施例 16
内径 50 mm,内側の高さ 25 mmのガラス製反応器に 2. 00 gの(固定化触 媒一 20) を入れ,水 15ml, シクロへキサノン 1. 5gを加え, 分子状酸素微 加圧下(常圧に対して 1 kP a程度加圧)全長 30mm,最大直径 8 mmのテフ口 ンコートされたほぼ円筒形のス夕一ラーバーを用い,マグネチックス夕一ラーで 1 200から 1500 r pmにて攪拌しながら, 85°〇で1. 5時間反応させた。得 られた反応混合物から固定化触媒を遠心分離, さらに溶媒(メタノール)を用いて 抽出し,内部標準を用いたガスクロマトグラフにて分析したところ、 目的生成物で あるアジポアルデヒド酸の収率は 7 . 4 %であった。

また、 実施例 1 8 (固定化触媒- 2 2 ) ではアジピン酸が 1 . 4 6 %の収率で生 成し、 実施例 1 9 (固定化触媒- 2 3 ) ではアジビン酸が 1 . 3 9 %の収率で生成 していた。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明によれば、環状ケトンの酸化反応、特にシクロへキサノンからアジポアル デヒド酸製造に必要な酸化開裂触媒として、担体に特定の金属元素を担持させた特 定の性質を有する固定化触媒を使用することを可能とし、それによつて触媒の分離 精製工程の簡略化、更には対イオンとしてハロゲンが入らない系を構築し反応器等 の材質の低級化が可能となるので、 工業的に利するところが大きい。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担 持させた複合体からなり、且つ担体単位重量あたり酸量が 0 . 0 6醒 ol/ g以上で ある固定化触媒の存在下、環状ケトンを分子状酸素により酸化することを特徴とす る脂肪族アルデヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸の製造方法。
2 . 担体がゼォライ トである請求の範囲第 1項記載の製造方法。
3 . 環状ケトンがシクロへキサノンであり、脂肪族アルデヒド酸がアジポアル デヒド酸であり、脂肪族ジカルボン酸がアジピン酸である請求の範囲第 1項又は第 2項記載の製造方法。
4 . 周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素が、 鉄、 銅及びィリジゥムか ら選ばれるものである請求の範囲第 1項〜第 3項のいずれか一項記載の製造方法。
5 . 周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素が、鉄である請求の範囲第 4 項記載の製造方法。
6 . ゼォライ 卜に担持させた金属元素が、鉄イオン及び/又は鉄錯体である請 求の範囲第 1項〜第 5項のいずれか一項記載の製造方法。

1 1 . シクロへキサノンを、担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくと も 1種の金属元素を担持させた複合体からなり、且つ担体単位重量あたり酸量が 0 . 0 6誦 ol/ g以上である固定化触媒の存在下、分子状酸素により酸化してアジポア ルデヒド酸を含有する酸化反応物を生成し、次いで酸化反応物から得られたアジポ アルデヒド酸を水素化触媒の存在下、アンモニア及び水素と反応させて 6—ァミノ カブロン酸を生成し、生成した 6 _アミノカプロン酸を加熱して閉環反応により £ —力プロラクタムに変換することを特徴とする ε—力プロラクタムの製造方法。

1 3 . 環状ケトンを固定化触媒の存在下、分子状酸素により酸化し脂肪族アルデ ヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸を製造するに際し、 固定化触媒として、担体 に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持した複合 体からなり、 且つ、 該ゼォライ トの骨格を形成する元素のうち、 ケィ素、 ゲルマ二 ゥム及びスズからなる群の元素を Τで表し、 アルミニウム、 ガリウム、 インジウム、 ホウ素からなる群の元素を Μで表したときに、 該複合体中の元素の割合 2 Τ/Μ (モル比)が 8以上であるものを用いることを特徴とする脂肪族アルデヒド酸及び /又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸の製造法。
1 4 . 環状ケトンを固定化触媒の存在下、分子状酸素により酸化し脂肪族アルデ ヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸を製造するに際し、 固定化触媒として、 ゼォ ライ トに周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持し た複合体からなり、 且つ、 該ゼォライ トはその骨格を形成する元素のうち、 ケィ素、 ゲルマニウム及びスズからなる群の元素を Τで表し、 アルミニウム、 ガリウム、 ィ ンジゥム、 ホウ素からなる群の元素を Μで表したときに、該ゼォライ ト中の元素の 割合 2 Τ/Μ (モル比)が 9以上であるものを用いることを特徴とする脂肪族アル デヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸の製造法。
1 5 . 固定化触媒が、担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種 の金属元素を液相中で担持させた複合体からなり、 且つ、該複合体は担持時に使用 する該金属元素の合計モル数に対し 0 . 0 1〜5 0倍量(モル比)の塩基性化合物 の存在下で調製されたものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第 1 4項 のいずれか一項記載の製造方法。
1 6 . 塩基性化合物がアンモニア、直鎖アルキルアミン類又は脂環式アルキルァ ミン類であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1 5項記載の製造方法。
1 7 . 該複合体が 2 0 0〜 1 1 0 0 °Cでの加熱処理工程を含む調製工程により調 製された固定化触媒を用いる請求の範囲第 1項〜第 1 6項のいずれか一項記載の 製造方法。
1 8 . 固定化触媒が、担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種 の金属元素を担持させ、 その後、 2 0 0〜1 1 0 0 °Cで加熱処理した複合体からな る請求の範囲第 1 7項記載の製造方法。
1 9 . 固定化触媒が、 担体に 2 0 0〜 1 1 0 0 °Cでの加熱処理を行った後、 周期 表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持させた複合体か らなる請求の範囲第 1 7項記載の製造方法。
2 0 . 担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担 持させた複合体からなり、且つ担体単位重量あたり酸量が 0 . 0 6議 ol/g以上で あることを特徴とする脂肪族アルデヒド酸及びノ又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸製造用 固定化触媒。
2 1 . 担体がゼォライトである請求の範囲第 2 0項記載の固定化触媒。
2 2 . 周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素が、鉄、銅及びィリジゥムか ら選ばれるものである請求の範囲第 2 0項又は第 2 1項記載の固定化触媒。
2 3 . 周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する金属元素が、鉄である請求の範囲第 2 2項記載の固定化触媒。
2 4 . 脂肪族アルデヒド酸がアジポアルデヒド酸であり、肪族ジカルボン酸がァ ジピン酸である請求の範囲第 2 0項〜第 2 3項のいずれか一項記載の固定化触媒。
2 5 . 該ゼォライトの骨格を形成する元素のうち、 ケィ素、 ゲルマニウム及びス ズからなる群の元素を Tで表し、 アルミニウム、 ガリウム、 インジウム、 ホウ素か らなる群の元素を Mで表したときに、 該複合体中の元素の割合 2 T/M (モル比) が 8以上である請求の範囲第 2 1項〜第 2 4項のいずれか一項記載の固定化触媒。
2 6 . 該ゼォライトはその骨格を形成する元素のうち、 ケィ素、 ゲルマニウム及 びスズからなる群の元素を Tで表し、 アルミニウム、 ガリウム、 インジウム、 ホウ 素からなる群の元素を Μで表したときに、 該ゼォライ ト中の元素の割合 2 Τ/Μ (モル比)が 9以上である請求の範囲第 2 1項〜第 2 5項のいずれか一項記載の固 定化触媒。
2 7 . ゼォライ卜に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元 素を担持した複合体からなり、且つ、該ゼォライトの骨格を形成する元素のうち、 ケィ素、 ゲルマニウム及びスズからなる群の元素を Τで表し、 アルミニウム、 ガリ ゥム、 インジウム、 ホウ素からなる群の元素を Μで表したときに、該複合体中の元 素の割合 2 Τ/Μ (モル比)が 8以上であることを特徴とする脂肪族アルデヒド酸 及び/又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸製造用固定化触媒。
2 8 . ゼォライ卜に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元 素を担持した複合体からなり、且つ、該ゼォライトはその骨格を形成する元素のう ち、 ケィ素、 ゲルマニウム及びスズからなる群の元素を Τで表し、 アルミニウム、 ガリウム、 インジウム、 ホウ素からなる群の元素を Μで表したときに、該ゼォライ ト中の元素の割合 2 Τ/Μ (モル比)が 9以上であることを特徴とする脂肪族アル デヒド酸及び/又は脂肪族ジ力ルボン酸製造用固定化触媒。
2 9 . 固定化触媒が、担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種 の金属元素を液相中で担持させた複合体からなり、且つ、該複合体は担持時に使用 する該金属元素の合計モル数に対し 0 . 0 1〜5 0倍量(モル比)の塩基性化合物 の存在下で調製されたものである請求の範囲第 2 0項〜第 2 8項のいずれか一項 記載の固定化触媒。
3 0 . 塩基性化合物がアンモニア、直鎖アルキルアミン類又は脂環式アルキルァ ミン類である請求の範囲第 2 9項記載の固定化触媒。
3 1 . 該複合体が 2 0 0〜 1 1 0 0 °Cでの加熱処理工程を含む調製工程により調 製された固定化触媒よりなる請求の範囲第 2 0項〜第 3 0項のいずれか一項記載 の固定化触媒。
3 2 . 固定化触媒が、担体に周期表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種 の金属元素を担持させ、その後、 2 0 0〜1 1 0 0 °Cで加熱処理した複合体からな る請求の範囲第 3 1項記載の固定化触媒。
3 3 . 固定化触媒が、 担体に 2 0 0〜 1 1 0 0 °Cでの加熱処理を行った後、周期 表第 4族から第 1 1族に属する少なくとも 1種の金属元素を担持させた複合体か らなる請求の範囲第 3 1項記載の固定化触媒。
