Abstract

La présente invention concerne une technique d'analyse d'un échantillon consistant: à immobiliser un polypeptide sur un support physique; à mettre le polypeptide immobilisé au contact d'un échantillon test pouvant renfermer un agent capable de modifier le polypeptide immobilisé; à mettre le polypeptide immobilisé au contact d'un polypeptide partenaire de liaison, la liaison de ce polypeptide partenaire au polypeptide immobilisé dépendant, tout du moins partiellement, du stade de modification du polypeptide immobilisé; et à mesurer l'association du polypeptide partenaire de liaison avec le polypeptide immobilisé.
