Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de transmission de colis électronique, destiné à transmettre de l'information numérique entre des systèmes informatiques dans un réseau. Le système de transmission de colis électronique comprend un système serveur intercalé entre un système émetteur et un système récepteur. Le système serveur stocke de l'information numérique reçue sur le réseau. Cette information numérique peut représenter un colis, un document, une image, un logiciel exécutable, un fichier audio, etc. Le système émetteur envoie une déclaration vers le système de réception. La déclaration signifie que le système émetteur envoie l'information numérique au système serveur sur le réseau et que cette information peut être accessible au système récepteur. Le système récepteur peut recevoir directement la déclaration du système émetteur ou via un second système serveur relié au réseau. Le système serveur peut recevoir directement la déclaration du système émetteur ou via un second système serveur relié au réseau. Le système serveur peut contenir une page Web à laquelle le système récepteur peut accéder afin d'obtenir l'information numérique stockée. La déclaration peut comprendre un localisateur de ressource qui adresse la page Web sur le système serveur. Cette page peut demander au système récepteur une authentification valide avant de lui conférer un accès à l'information numérique. La transmission de l'information numérique peut être annulée par la système émetteur après émission vers le système serveur de l'information numérique jusqu'à ce que le système récepteur utilise l'information numérique.
