Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de décodage pour téléviseurs, pourvu d'un récepteur de signaux qui extrait un signal utile d'un signal d'entrée modulé et d'un processeur qui commande le dispositif de décodage par l'intermédiaire d'un programme stocké dans une mémoire et convertit le signal utile en un signal de sortie. Un dispositif de sortie de signaux convertit une première partie du signal de sortie en un signal vidéo et une deuxième partie du signal de sortie en un signal de sortie audio. On peut commander le dispositif de décodage par entrée de signaux de commande, un dispositif d'émission de signaux étant commandé par le processeur. Le dispositif selon l'invention contient également une unité processeur audio qui traite les signaux audio analogiques ou numériques sous forme de train binaire afin de générer une sortie stéréo audio à partir du train binaire et de la convertir en au moins un signal audio analogique.
