Abstract

L'invention concerne des polypeptides et des polynucléotides OATP6 de souris et une méthode de production de tels polypeptides au moyen de techniques de recombinaison. Cette invention concerne également des méthodes de dépistage de composés qui ont des effets agonistes ou antagonistes sur l'OATP6 de la souris. On attend de tels composés qu'ils soient utiles au traitement de maladies humaines, y compris, mais pas exclucivement: du cancer, des inflammations, des maladies cardiovasculaires, des troubles liés au système nerveux central, des maladies auto-immunes, et des maladies hépatiques et rénales.
