Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité à système à clé, comprenant une première interface conçue pour être connectée à plusieurs terminaux locaux et une unité de commande couplée à la première interface. L'unité de commande est conçue pour recevoir un signal de données d'utilisateur de la première interface et pour acheminer ledit signal jusqu'à une destination sélectionnée. L'unité de commande possède un registre pour la mémorisation des informations d'état, lesquelles comprennent un segment local et au moins un segment éloigné, lequel produit une représentation de l'état fonctionnel de l'unité à système de clé. Le segment éloigné produit une représentation de l'état fonctionnel d'une unité à système de clé éloigné. Les informations contenues dans le registre peuvent être affichées sur un écran d'affichage d'un terminal local, de manière que les informations d'état du système soient fournies à l'utilisateur sur l'unité à système à clé et l'unité à système de clé éloignée.
