Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Probenaufgabe für miniaturisierte Analysensysteme. Durch gezieltes Design des Kanalsystems und Verdrängen des Flüssigkeitsvolumens eines bestimmen Kanalabschnitts können definierte Volumina von 0,01 νl bis zu 100 νl aufgegeben werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung eignet sich insbesondere für eine anschliessende Analyse der Proben mittels Isotachophorese.
