Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques et des procédés relatifs au traitement des troubles neurologiques. Les compositions considérées renferment au moins un polypeptide hFGF-8, ou au moins un acide nucléique isolé, ou son complément, qui code au moins un polypeptide hFGF-8. L'invention concerne également des anticorps et des chiméres hFGF-8, des vecteurs d'expression hFGF-8, des cellules hôtes et des animaux transgéniques, ainsi que des procédés relatifs à leur élaboration et à leur utilisation.
