Abstract

Dans la prestation traditionnelle de services juridiques, un client qui a besoin de consulter un juriste pour un problème d'ordre juridique contacte personnellement ce juriste après s'être informé auprès d'une connaissance, ou dans les annonces des pages jaunes etc. Lorsque le client ne désire qu'une évaluation simple, peu coûteuse de ses droits ou obligations découlant de la loi, ce modèle traditionnel est souvent inadéquat. La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'offrir des services juridiques sur Internet, tout en préservant le secret professionnel de l'avocat, grâce à un site Web relié à des conseillers juridiques par domaines d'expertise juridique et de juridiction. Ces conseillers reçoivent des courriers électroniques envoyés par les clients et répondent à ces courriers après paiement par le client d'un montant donné au moyen d'une transaction électronique effectuée sur le site Web.
